Browns WR Jerry Jeudy lands at No. 82 in NFL Top 100

USA Todaya day ago
The NFL has begun unveiling its annual Top 100 players list, as voted on by the players, and the latest installment featured Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy at No. 82.
Jeudy was acquired by the Browns last March in a trade with Denver and signed a three-year extension with the team shortly after, which has him tied to the team through the 2027 season. During his first season in Cleveland, Jeudy had a breakout campaign, setting career-highs in catches (90) and yards (1,229), and earned the first Pro Bowl selection of his career.
New York Giants quarterback Jameis Winston was featured in the NFL's segment on Jeudy and had high praise for his former teammate:
'His ability to stop on a dime and come back to the football and make guys miss was so impressive.'
While Jeudy will be catching passes from a new signal-caller this upcoming season, he'll have an opportunity to build on his impressive first season with the team.

'Cut Him' - NFL Rookie Second-Round Pick Arrested On Scary Charges

'Cut Him' - NFL Rookie Second-Round Pick Arrested On Scary Charges originally appeared on The Spun. Things appear to be going off the rails for one NFL player who hasn't even signed his rookie contract yet. Advertisement An arrest report available online shows that Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins was arrested in Broward County, Florida. The charges are listed as "TOUCH OR STRIKE/BATTERY/DOMESTIC VIOL(ENCE)." The date of birth and mugshot are a match for the former Ohio State Buckeyes running back, leaving little room for doubt. Given that the charges appear to include some form of domestic violence, Judkins' NFL career could be in jeopardy before it even begins. As you might expect, NFL fans were extremely disappointed to see Judkins get involved in something like this. Some decided to have a joke at the Browns' expense. Advertisement "Couldn't even wait til his rookie contract was signed," one user lamented. "Cut him before preseason starts if the allegations are true," another demanded. "If found guilty he should lose the right to play in the NFL for the rest of his life!" a third said. "Buddy should have focused more on the game instead of engaging in violence outside the game." "Ruining your career before it even gets started." (Photo by)It certainly doesn't help that Judkins hasn't even signed his rookie contract with the Browns yet. Judkins and many other second-round draft picks are currently in disputes with their teams over the amount of money guaranteed by the contract. Advertisement Regardless of how quickly Judkins can get this issue behind him, the arrest itself is likely to eviscerate his leverage in any contract talks. And that's assuming that the Browns don't decide that he isn't worth a contract at all. Whether or not he signs with the Browns next week or next month, he's going to be subject to discipline from the league. Judkins could be facing up to a six-game for his actions. The Browns took Judkins No. 36 overall in the 2025 NFL Draft following three standout college seasons at Ole Miss and Ohio State. He was a two-time All-SEC running back for the Rebels and won numerous accolades under Lane Kiffin while setting school records as a true freshman. NFL Fans React To Browns Decision On Quarterback Room

NFL Fans React To Browns Decision On Quarterback Room originally appeared on The Spun. After getting off to a hot start at Browns rookie minicamp, Shedeur Sanders now reportedly finds himself on the outside looking in of the team's practice reps with the preseason fast approaching. Advertisement Following a pair of late night speeding violations, Sanders is rumored to be fourth on Cleveland's depth chart behind Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett and fellow 2025 rookie Dillon Gabriel. And according to longtime Browns insider Mary Kay Cabot, Gabriel may be able to keep Sanders down due to one "superpower" the former Oregon star possesses: So, what must Gabriel do to leapfrog the two veteran signal-callers and start on opening day? His superpower in the competition is his computer-like processing speed and decision-making, and it's where he can get a leg up in the competition. During spring practices, including rookie minicamp, organized team activities and mandatory minicamp, Gabriel looked solid and held his own, but he can really make his move in camp during joint practices against the Panthers and Eagles, and the preseason games. Fans reacted to Shedeur being buried on the depth chart over the weekend. "Sounds like a 5th round pick," a user said. "What happened to all the early reports that he was lighting it up? 😂" another person laughed. "Let him go ball somewhere where he's appreciated," a fan replied. Advertisement "Gabriel was always better," another claimed. "Started in a better system for a better program in a more respected school." "Welcome to Canada." "he may be RB1 with how things are looking for the Cleveland Browns 👮‍♂️" another user joked. After watching their team draft two QBs back in April to bring their roster total to five, there's been no shortage of headlines — most recently involving rookie second-round pick Quinshon Judkins who allegedly committed domestic violence and was arrested in Florida.
