(Video) Lady Gaga & Fiancé Michael Polansky Spotted At Maxwell Food Centre In Singapore
Many international stars have been spotted at popular tourist attractions during their visits. Previously, in our neighbouring country, Singapore, billionaire Bill Gates was seen enjoying a meal at the iconic Newton Food Centre, one of the country's most well-known hawker centres.
It's perhaps no surprise that superstar Lady Gaga has been spotted at a hawker centre while continuing her stay in Singapore following her electrifying performance. Here's what the singer has been up to:
In case you haven't heard, Lady Gaga is currently in Singapore for her MAYHEM World Tour, performing a four-day concert at the National Stadium. During the first two days of her performance, Little Monsters from both Singapore and Malaysia turned up dressed in some of her most iconic outfits. The Oscar winner's next show is later tonight (Wednesday, 21st May), which means that she's had a few days to explore the country before going back up on stage.
While her other recent activities remain unclear, yesterday (Tuesday, 20th May), the singer, her fiancé Michael Polansky, and her team were spotted at Maxwell Food Centre. According to several fan accounts, the Grammy-winning artist, dressed in all-black, was seen having lunch and engaging with fans. There's currently no information on the food she ordered, but from the screenshots, bottles of Tsingtao beer were seen on the table.
After enjoying their meal, Mother Monster, her fiancé, and her team were seen leaving the hawker centre, greeted by cheering fans of the 'Abracadabra' songstress. Known for how much she adores her fans, Lady Gaga paused to sign a few autographs for her Little Monsters as she made her way back to the car. Lady Gaga was not the first international artist to dine at Maxwell Food Centre. Dua Lipa was also spotted there with her team when she performed in Singapore last year.

#SHOWBIZ : Mission: Impossible' composer Lalo Schifrin dies at 93
LOS ANGELES: Argentine musician Lalo Schifrin, composer of the memorable "Mission: Impossible" theme and the scores for dozens of Hollywood movies and TV shows, has died at age 93, media outlets reported on Thursday. Schifrin's son, William, confirmed his father's death, The Hollywood Reporter said. An agent for Schifrin did not immediately respond to an e-mail from Reuters. Born in Buenos Aires, Schifrin became a fan of American jazz in his teens. He was also a pianist and conductor. Schifrin received six Oscar nominations for movie scores that included the 1967 film "Cool Hand Luke" and "The Amityville Horror" in 1979. He won four Grammys, including one for the "Mission: Impossible" theme set to an unconventional 5/4 time signature. The song was written for the CBS television spy drama that debuted in 1966 and became a blockbuster film franchise still running today. Schifrin received an honorary Oscar for his lifetime of work in 2018. Clint Eastwood presented him with the award. - REUTERS

Miley Cyrus blamed for dad Billy Ray's smoking habit on 'Hannah Montana' set
Miley Cyrus says she caught some flack for her dad's pot habit on the set of the Disney Channel series 'Hannah Montana'. Photo: TNS Miley Cyrus says she caught some flack for her dad's pot habit on the set of the Disney Channel series Hannah Montana . The Grammy winner, 32, shed some light on her child star days while appearing on Thursday's (June 19) episode of Sorry We're Cyrus , the podcast hosted by her mum, Tish, and big sister Brandi. Asked about an amusing 'core memory' from making the teen sitcom co-starring her father, Miley said: 'Dad smoking pot and everyone blaming me for it.' Tish said she remembered the drama, noting that once everyone realised it was actually Billy Ray toking on the set, people on the show kept calling her to say 'B-Ray was smoking pot.' She said she refused to believe it at the time, and tried blaming Miley's co-star Mitchel Musso instead. 'It was Mitchel Musso! It was both,' Miley replied with a laugh. During the episode, the famous family also addressed when Tish 'mysteriously' – as Miley teased – unfollowed her on Instagram last month, prompting speculation about the state of their relationship. Miley at the time dismissed the rumour mill, saying that though she 'rarely' bothers weighing in on the grapevine, her mum is her 'best friend' and the two 'are too tight for anything to ever come between us.' Much like Tish responded to one of her own followers, Cyrus said the move was a 'simple, coincidental and uninteresting' mistake, despite occurring just hours after Billy Ray broadcast how excited he was to see his daughter. They had their own dust-up in July 2024, when he apparently called Miley and Tish 'skanks' in texts and audio obtained by multiple outlets. About a year prior, Tish and youngest daughter Noah – who reportedly had a relationship with her new stepdad Dominic Purcell, before he wed her mum – put their own reported feud to bed. – New York Daily News
