In a separate action, the Department of Companies Control has requested that the State's Attorney-General forcibly liquidate Dar Al Sabeel for Press and Distribution company. This request was made because the company's losses have reached double its capital. It also failed to disclose its beneficial owner, pay its full capital, and submit annual financial statements. Additionally, an association in the Ain Al-Basha area decided to dissolve itself.
