Apoorva Mukhija, aka Rebel Kid, says she never struggled in Mumbai, YouTube paid for 2 BHK apartment: ‘I earned my annual salary in a month from Instagram'
In her latest vlog, Farah welcomed Apoorva into her home. Farah's long-time house help and fan-favourite, Dilip, greeted Apoorva with a cheeky house tour. In typical Dilip style, he jokingly referred to Farah's place as a 'gareeb ka ghar,' which left Farah wide-eyed and laughing. The vlog started with an excited Dilip rebelling against his employer to create the hype for their newest guest.
As the conversation flowed, Apoorva opened up about her journey from growing up in Kurukshetra, moving to Noida, and finally settling in Mumbai at 21. When Farah asked if she had struggled in Mumbai, Apoorva replied honestly, 'Not really. I always lived in a 2 BHK here.'
Curious, Farah asked, 'So your dad helped you with rent?' Apoorva quickly responded, 'No, I did it all by myself.' Impressed, Farah gave her a high-five. Apoorva added, 'Aapko toh pata hi hai, YouTube se kitne paise aate hai (You already know how much YouTube pays.)'

She shared that even when she had a regular job, she made her yearly salary in just a month through Instagram. That success gave her the courage to quit and focus full-time on content creation. She also mentioned that both the Netflix film Nadaaniyan and reality web show The Traitors were shot before the controversy broke out. 'After that, no one's offered me work. You're the first one to invite me home,' she told Farah.
Some time later, when they headed to the kitchen to cook Afghani eggs, a conversation made Apoorva confess, 'Mere paas driver nahi hai, gaadi nahi hai, ghar nahi hai. (I don't have a car, driver or even a house)' Apoorva was made to vacate the house after the Samay Raina controversy. Currently, she is living on rent in a different location. That's when Farah turned to Dilip, who earlier called her abode 'gareeb ka ghar' and said, 'See how rich we are! This is the first time we're saying that. Usually, we keep saying hum log kitne gareeb hai (We are so poor)!'
Recently reports of Apoorva earning in crores surfaced online. One such post caught The Rebel Kid's attention who took to her Instagram Stories to clear the air. The post read: 'According to Business Today, Apoorva Mukhija makes Rs 2.5 lakh every single day, and with her savage online alter ego 'Kaleshi Aurat', she's built a Rs 41 crore empire, charging up to Rs 6 lakh for a reel and Rs 2 lakh for a 20-second story.' Reacting to the claims, Apoorva wrote: 'Galat hai bhai? (This is wrong?)'
Earlier, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Apoorva spoke about the buzz around her income. She said, 'I am everywhere, but my net worth is not even close to ₹41 crore. I'm not even making one-tenth of that. These clothes are rented. I have to return them after this. My heels are dirty, nails are fake, and my watch — which is ₹20,000 –is the most expensive thing I'm wearing.'
She added, 'If I ever make ₹10 crore, I'll retire. Someone take me there. Give me money!'

'Jurassic World: Rebirth' box office collection Day 4 – Scarlett Johansson starrer sees major drop, earns Rs 4.25 crore on first Monday
After a roaring start over the weekend, Jurassic World: Rebirth witnessed a significant dip in collections on its first Monday. The Scarlett Johansson-led dinosaur thriller managed to earn an estimated Rs 4.25 crore on Day 4, marking a sharp drop from its Sunday collection of Rs 16.25 crore, according to reports on The film opened on Friday with a strong collection of Rs 9.25 crore, saw growth over Saturday with Rs 13.5 crore, and peaked on Sunday. Its three-day opening weekend stood at an impressive Rs 39 crore net. According to the film's production house, the movie opened to an extraordinary start, with a massive box office collection of Rs 49.3 crores in the Indian release weekend. With this, the film's box office total even surpassed the opening weekend numbers of Jurassic World: Dominion (Rs 44 crore gross in India). However, Monday's decline from the weekend high signals the usual weekday slump, raising questions about how the film will sustain through the week. The overall India net collection now stands at approximately ₹43.25 crore after four days. Language-wise, the English version continues to dominate with Rs 18.5 crore over the weekend, followed by the Hindi dub at Rs 13.5 crore. The Tamil and Telugu versions together contributed Rs 6.2 crore. Monday's drop was visible across all language markets. This action-packed new chapter sees an extraction team venture into the most dangerous place on Earth, an island research facility for the original Jurassic Park, inhabited by the most uncontrollable giants that were left behind. Audience word-of-mouth remains mixed, with some praise coming in for Johansson's performance and the film's visual spectacle, but some criticism was directed at the predictable plot. The coming days will be crucial for the film's long-term run, especially with new releases like the superhero movie 'Superman' lined up for release later this week.

‘Metro... In Dino' Box Office collection day 4: Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Pankaj Tripathi, Neena Gupta starrer inches closer to the Rs 20 crore mark
's new film 'Metro... In Dino' has made a decent mark at the box office in its first four days. Starring a crowd of popular actors like , , , Anupam Kher, Konkona Sen Sharma, , Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Shaikh, the film opened in cinemas on 4 July. Tired of too many ads? go ad free now This musical drama dives into love and relationships in today's busy city life. A modern twist on urban love 'Metro... In Dino' is called a spiritual sequel to Anurag Basu's 2007 film 'Life... In A Metro'. Back then, Basu explored how love and heartbreak play out in crowded city streets. Now, he returns with fresh stories, following four new couples as they face their own ups and downs. Interestingly, Konkona Sen Sharma is the only actor from the original film who has come back for this new chapter. The rest of the cast brings a mix of fresh faces and seasoned stars who help paint a lively picture of love in the modern age. Box office numbers so far The film had a fair start at the box office, picking up more pace over the weekend. On its first day (Friday), 'Metro... In Dino' earned around Rs 3.5 crore. Saturday saw a jump to Rs 6 crore, and Sunday went even higher at Rs 7.25 crore, taking advantage of the weekend crowd. However, like many films, it faced a dip on its first Monday. Early estimates by Sacnilk show the movie collected Rs 2.5 crore on day 4. This brings its total collection in India to Rs 19.25 crore. Here's a quick breakdown of its day-wise collections: Day 1 (Friday): Rs 3.5 crore Day 2 (Saturday): Rs 6 crore Day 3 (Sunday): Rs 7.25 crore Day 4 (Monday): Rs 2.5 crore (early estimates) Total: Rs 19.25 crore Music that touches the heart Pritam has worked his magic once again by giving the film soulful songs. Just like he did with 'Life... Tired of too many ads? go ad free now In A Metro', his music this time lifts every emotion in the story. It adds an extra layer to the scenes of joy, confusion and heartbreak, helping the audience connect even more deeply. Critics weigh in on the box office run Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh spoke about why the numbers could have been higher. According to him, while the film did well over the weekend, it lost out on some business because of tough competition. He shared on Twitter, 'Metro In Dino shows encouraging trends over the weekend, clearly indicating that its target audience – urban centres – has responded positively to the film... However, the weekend total remains on the lower side. ' The film minted Rs 16.58 crore net over its opening weekend. Adarsh added, 'The weekend numbers could've been stronger in an open run, but the presence of two major #Hollywood films – 'Jurassic World Rebirth' and 'F1 The Movie' – along with the steady performance of the holdover title 'Sitaare Zameen Par' has resulted in a division of business.' He also pointed out that the coming weekdays are going to be very important for the film. 'Metro In Dino needs to hold steady at Friday levels [or thereabouts] to register a healthy total,' he said. 'Metro... In Dino' review The Times of India, in its review, highlighted that while the film is quite pleasant, some parts felt a bit scattered. The review reads, "Despite being largely pleasant, some tracks don't quite add up, feel uneven and don't know where to end. After an engaging build up, the second half feels a tad stretched. You also wish the story scratched the surface a little more, especially for Konkona-Neena Gupta track, where the actors have the potential and gravitas to dig deeper. " But they also praised the movie for doing something Bollywood has missed recently. 'There has been a scarcity of love stories in Bollywood and Metro In Dino, elevated by some fine performances, fills that gap perfectly. It is a breezy, intimate watch tailor-made for a rainy day."
