Love Island fans accuse ‘panicking producers' of ‘protecting' girl after explosive row – and giving her ‘winners' edit'
While there's no evidence of any ITV2 producers meddling in the process, fans have come to their own conclusions concerning Movie Night.

Viewers are questioning editing decisions when it comes to Helena and how she is being portrayed against Shakira.
Fans have flooded the comments section of the site and claimed that producers have deliberately set up the brunette to look a certain way.
In particular, why Helena's negative comments about Shakira were not aired during the infamous Love Island movie spectacular.
Sofa detectives are claiming bosses are 'protecting' blonde air hostess Helena.
During Movie Night, contestants were shown controversial scenes of all their antics that they might not have wanted to be shown.
This included private conversations about other people in the villa, flirty interactions and kisses from Casa Amor.
One user on Reddit wrote: "There's no good couples this year and we're already in the run up to the end of the season, so the producers are probably trying to push the couples that have been together longer, like Helena/Harry and Meg/Dejon.
"They both got much lighter edits than they could have gotten on movie night!"
A second assumed: "Producers are weird AF for putting in every clip of Shakira talking about Helena but left out half the clips of the sh*t Helena did that made Shakira feel that way."
A third fan mused: "I just don't understand why the compilation of Shakira was shown without showing all the cr*p Helena has pulled that caused Shakira to act that way. Come on! Helena has been so nasty and Shakira was just reacting to it."
"How they didn't show the 'shall I wear Shakira's bikini' clip is beyond me. Lmao," wrote another baffled fan.
Love Island erupts in vicous row as FOUR girls confront 'mean girl' on Movie Night - and boy is forced to step in
"They are basically protecting Helena," remarked another.
"Makes me think the producers are protecting her because the couples are being torn apart and they need to give SOMEONE the winners' edit.
"For the first time there's no front-running couple (or even anything remotely close to it) so near to the end and I imagine they've decided they need to push for one," penned another.
During one clip, Shakira's comments on Helena were shown to the rest of the group.
The moment showed a series of clips where Shakira slammed Helena for her behaviour.
One clip showed her telling Toni that Helena needs to take off her bikini because it doesn't fit properly, another showed Shakira agreeing with Harrison after he called Helena Harry's "bit on the side".
It came after Helena repeatedly tried to interfere with Shakira's relationship, from whispering sexual comments in his ear during the Heart Rate challenge, to taking swipes at Shakira and even asking Harry to the Hideaway while he was in a couple with Shakira.
Love Island continues on ITV2 and is available to stream on ITVX.

Love Island faces backlash as Women's Aid accuse ITV show of reinforcing 'misogyny and sexism' as they release statement addressing Harrison's 'disgusting' behaviour
Love Island has faced backlash from Women's Aid after Tuesday night's episode as Harrison's antics sent fans into a fury as his love triangle with Lauren and Toni continued. After a rollercoaster relationship with Toni, Harrison returned from Casa Amor last week with Lauren. However he and Toni have continued flirting and have had secret chats on the terrace, with Harrison often telling Toni one thing and Lauren another. On Tuesday fans were left fuming as they branded Harrison 'disgusting' after he appeared to have sex with Lauren before later crawling back to Toni, who does not know the full extent of Harrison's intimate actions. And now Women's Aid have spoken out on his behaviour as they insisted the ITV reality show is continuing to reinforce misogyny and sexism. Communications Manager at Women's Aid Jessye Werner said that while production companies have been making steps to call out toxic behaviours more must be done. She told The Tab: 'Despite these positive steps, we still see unhealthy patterns of behaviour on these shows, showing just how steeped in misogyny and sexism our society still is. 'Women are often lied to, slut-shamed and manipulated, as well as laughed at behind their backs. Misogyny and sexism lay the foundation for the tolerance of abuse and violence – it reinforces a culture that excuses and trivialises violence against women and girls. 'More must be done to educate contestants on sexism and misogyny, and it is a great credit to viewers who take to social media, continuing to call out these behaviours as soon as they see them.' At the end of Tuesday's episode Lauren was left sobbing after Toni chose to recouple with Harrison after he expressed his desire to give things another go despite appearing to have taken things to the next level with Lauren. Yet ITV has highlighted they carry out extensive duty of care protocols during, before and after filming. These include suspending social media, training in language and behaviour and ongoing support and welfare sessions. Their guidelines state: 'All Islanders will complete video training and guidance across a range of topics to include mutually respectful behaviour in relationships, behaviour patterns associated with controlling and coercive behaviour and language around disability, sexuality, race and ethnicity, and microaggressions before they meet their fellow Islanders.' Their representative said: 'Misogyny and sexism lay the foundation for the tolerance of abuse and violence – it reinforces a culture that excuses and trivialises violence against women and girls' On Tuesday Harrison was seen whispering across the beds as he asked Harry whether he had a condom. After Harry passed the wrapper to his friend, Lauren was seen climbing on top of Harrison before the camera panned away to show their islanders shocked faces. And the next day as Lauren chatted with Helena and Meg, she confessed it wasn't the first time the couple had slept together as she admitted they had gone all the way the other night too. Yet despite the intimacy, Harrison was quick to change his mind on who he had a greater connection with as he went crawling back to Toni after news of a shock recoupling. Speaking to Harry he confessed: 'I want Toni' before he met with her on the terrace to beg her to give him another chance. And shockingly Toni once again chose to give things another go with her former flame, despite insisting she was 'done' earlier in the episode. Yet it seems Toni may not know the full story, with fans speculating she doesn't know he and Lauren appeared to have had sex. Taking to X, formerly Twitter, fans didn't hold back with their comments as they penned: 'Harrison is disgusting you're having sex with Lauren knowing you don't even like her and Lauren is just a whole mess both of you go home I'm sick of it'. 'And she still doesn't know he's sh****d Lauren twice this is so dirty someone intervene'; 'I beg Lauren stands up and mentions they sh****d twice Harrison ain't even told Toni yet loool'; 'this is embarrassing for Toni'; 'nah Toni, girl you've just lost the bag'; 'Harrison you CANNOT be crawling back to Toni now after having sex with Lauren and not being honest with her about it'; 'Harrison having sex with Lauren then running back to Toni ?! I know Lauren shouldn't have but this is all on Harrison'; 'had sex with lauren TWICE mind you, now he wants toni back'; 'Harrison wants Toni but he's having sex with Lauren. Toni and Harrison are such weirdos'; 'Harrison asking for a condom and proceeding to have sex in a room full of people ??? Disgusting'; 'How do they feel so comfortable having sex with people in the room?!'; 'Having sex with other people in the room is one thing, but on NATIONAL TV??'; 'Where is Toni sleeping? Cos if Harrison & Lauren are having sex in the same room, the respect is below hell'; 'harrison and lauren are CRAZY bc how are you having sex in a room full of people AND asking for a condom'.

I lost six stone on Mounjaro after gorging on entire pizzas and drinking five cans of Coca-Cola a day - but trolls are calling me 'lazy' for not shedding the weight naturally
A father who lost six stone in 11 months after taking Mounjaro has been criticised by trolls who say he is 'lazy' and 'taking the easy way out'. George Keywood, from London, became pre-diabetic and was struggling to walk upstairs when he began taking the weight loss drug last year. Before turning to Mounjaro, the 31-year-old was stuck in a rut, drinking up to five cans of Coca-Cola a day and often eating a full pizza and garlic bread in the evenings. But in August last year, he started taking the medication from a private online pharmacy that offered it to him for free, and he has since lost up to two pounds a week. Now, six stone down, George's sugar cravings have gone and he now only eats one main meal a day, often skipping breakfast entirely. He said his food shop has seen 'less overspending on junk food' thanks to his lack of appetite and he no longer splashes out as much on taxis, as losing weight means he is able to walk longer distances again. But the actor and content creator has received negativity online from critics who say he is 'cheating' by taking the medication. George says 'people love to judge' his situation, after he was also lambasted online when he was heavier, with social media users saying he was 'mismatched' with his slim wife Sienna. The pair met after Sienna, 30, spotted George playing the character Craig on the TV show 'People Just Do Nothing', which ran on BBC Three from 2014 to 2018. She fully supports George's weight loss as it has allowed him to be more active and play with their five-year-old son Oliver, whereas before she was often 'having to do everything' herself. George said: 'There's still a lot of negativity [online] with people saying I'm taking the easy way out or cheating, or, "Oh just go to the gym and be a real man". 'You can't win. There's always a reason for people to want to hate. I'm doing this for me, not them. 'There's been a lot of support too. I did a post on Facebook recently and all the comments were positive. 'For me, if I were to lose another 40kg, I feel like we'd be at normal levels at that point. 'I've been on it for nine months so if I can do another nine months and do the same again, I'll have overachieved. 'For me the maximum I want to be on it is two years. I think these changes can last longer than people think they can. George says that he wants to live until 70 or 80-years-old and see his son grow up, adding: 'You don't see fat people in the care homes.' Despite being overweight his 'whole life', the influencer says that it has never set him back or caused him any 'significant issues'. 'I guess I'm luckier in some respects that I never got bullied for being big,' he added. Prior to shedding the pounds, George would start every morning with scrambled eggs on toast with cheese, drinking a litre of milk on the side. After snacking on crisps and chocolate, he would eat a 'massive' sandwich for lunch, followed by more crisps and cola. Dinner would consist of a whole pizza and garlic bread, with another Coca-Cola to wash it all down. Each can of full sugar cola has a whopping 35g of sugar in it - and George would drink up five cans a day. The NHS says that adults should consume no more than 30g of free sugars daily, and George was drinking 175g of sugar from his soft drinks alone. He began taking a 2.5mg dose of Mounjaro in August 2024 and has worked his way up to the 12.5mg dose he takes now. 'My feet used to be so swollen I couldn't wear shoes, and now they're completely uninflamed and completely fine now. 'I was feeling rough with my pre-diabetes and struggling to walk upstairs too far. I thought, "it's probably too much at this point". 'For about five out of the seven days you don't think about food. It doesn't make you unable to stomach food but it turns off the desire to want to have meals or overindulge. 'Which is great because that's what I used to do. I was drinking four to five cans of full fat Coca-Cola a day, and now I'm on one a week. 'The desire for sweets has completely gone. These days I can just about stomach one meal a day.' The father-of-one says he would eat a large BBQ chicken pizza to himself and then also have a tub of ice-cream afterwards. Sienna fully supports George's weight loss as it has allowed him to be more active and play with their five-year-old son Oliver, whereas before she was often 'having to do everything' herself 'With Mounjaro, I tried to eat a pizza one day and threw up half an hour after,' he said. His wife has also seen a 'huge difference' in George following his weight loss. 'I barely ever see him eating to be honest,' Sienna said. 'On holidays, the difference I noticed is he can walk all day. 'Before, we'd go on holidays and I'd be dreading it, thinking we'd have to catch an Uber everywhere. 'Now it's like it used to be when we first met, he can walk around all day. He's just been happier. 'With our son, I felt like I had to do pretty much everything because we couldn't do very many active things.' Sienna recalled a time before George lost weight. She was carrying their son around Peppa Pig world on their own, with her husband 'traipsing along behind us, hating every minute'. She added: 'Now it feels like he does a lot more. He can take Oliver for days out. It's like the tables have turned. 'He's just really motivated and I'm really proud of him. He's made the decision to do this for his health and it's really benefited me and my son.'

Jude Bellingham revealed on EA Sports FC 26 cover alongside childhood friend - as he is named front and centre of popular franchise AGAIN
Jude Bellingham has been named as one of the two cover stars for EA Sports FC26. In a sign of the Real Madrid star's global celebrity, this is the second year running that he features front and centre of the franchise's promotional material. This year, however, he will share the limelight with one of his old pals from the England youth teams - Bayern Munich 's Jamal Musiala, who now plays for Germany. The new game will launch worldwide on September 26 with an overhauled gameplay experience, including a new dimension in manager career mode called Manager Live, refined gameplay fundamentals, and new live events and tournament modes for Ultimate Team. Bellingham, 22, said: 'It's really nice to share this moment with Jamal, as a reflection of how far we've come. I remember our times rooming together in the England Youth team, we'd play the game all the time. 'Where I'm from, everyone knows the game, everyone plays it and talks about it so much. I'm grateful to be given the opportunity to be on the cover again.' Musiala, also 22, added: 'When I found out I'd be on the cover of FC, it was such a crazy feeling. I thought, how could I tell my little brother? He's a big fan of the game, so this will be a nice surprise for him. 'It's something I always wanted growing up and it's such a big part of football culture. Who knows, maybe I can still beat Jude at FC!' Despite starring on the cover of EA Sports FC26, the duo will have a delayed start to the 2025-26 season. Bellingham is expected to miss the start of the campaign after a successful surgery on his shoulder. Spanish media reported that he could be out for between two and three months. Meanwhile, Musiala is set to be out for several months after breaking his leg and dislocating his ankle at the Club World Cup. The 22-year-old sustained the horrific injuries after he collided with goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma in Bayern's quarter-final defeat by PSG.
