Speaking to The Sun at last week's TRIC Awards, she said: 'I was in the gym yesterday and I do lots of weights. I know loads of women in their mid-forties who are always talking about weights massively.
"I was always into cardio, but since I ran the London Marathon, I've got more into weights.'
Laura, who shares son Rocco, 11, and daughter Tahlia, 10, with her ex-husband Alex Goward, often squeezes in workouts before the school run.
She said: 'I sometimes get up at 5am to do so. My friends and I joke that we're in the 5am club. I don't do it every day, but most mornings.'
As she's moved into her forties, Laura says she's become more conscious about skincare and wellness – taking collagen and learning routines from her 10-year-old daughter.
The TV personality said: 'She's so into skincare – I take tips off her, because I was never like that as a teenager.'
Channel 4 star Laura also confirmed she has had cosmetic tweakments, admitting: 'Oh absolutely. I've had Botox before, and there's lots of people who do it, so whatever suits you. If you want to do something, then do it for you.'
And despite the pressures of being on screen, Laura believes looking good should be a personal choice.
She gushed: 'I love watching things on Instagram where you'll see someone who has had work done, and someone who hasn't. Whether you're on television or not, it's completely up to you.'
Back in 2022, Laura opened up about being hailed a "pin-up" and how she often received X-rated messages.

"I get some nice complimentary messages from people," she explained to The Daily Star during a Facebook Live.
She then revealed that she was sent a rather X-rated snap.
Laura explained at the time how she was sent a photo of one of her followers in a face mask, adding: "But let's just say it wasn't of their face."
Speaking of being a pin-up, Laura gushed over how it's "really nice" to be dubbed as a "national beauty".

But we can reveal that the boy in question has already caused heartache and tears this series with another love triangle. The raunchy action happened on Friday night when the duo shared a moment under the duvet in the main bedroom. A source said: 'This could be one of the most shocking Casa moments since Andrew Le Page licked Coco's tit or whatever. 'They hit it off and one thing led to another. 'It was all under the duvet in the main bedroom on Friday night, but viewers will have to wait and see if ITV decide to air the footage or not. 'Tonight's show - Sunday - will show what happens on the first day of Casa Amor so, if execs do decide to screen the bedroom moment at all, it might not be until Monday's episode or even Tuesday as there's so much drama already. 'It's already looking like this could be one of the best Casa Amors ever. 'The lad has been in a love triangle and has made a girl cry with his actions.' Love Island's Harry is left stunned as ex-girlfriend arrives in first look at Casa Amor The Sun revealed yesterday that one Casa Amor girl, Lauren Wood, comes into the show with experience of the villa because she was one of this year's Dry Run Islanders. She was part of the group who stayed over for a few nights before the OGs moved in to test out camera angles and so on. CASA A-PHWOAR The iconic segment of the hit dating show officially makes its return tonight - and there's no messing around where the boys are concerned. As they get settled into Casa, Dejon suggests spicing up the atmosphere with a game of Truth or Dare so that everyone can get to know each other on a deeper level. This soon leads to Casa snogs, as Ben engages in a three way kiss with the bombshells of his choice - one of which is Harry's ex, Emma. But that's not the only cheeky interaction that takes place, with Harrison snogging one of the bombshells he's most attracted to. And as the kiss lingers a little bit too long, the group tells them that they can stop. Harry also reunites with his ex Emma as they head into Casa Amor, and confirms that the 'E' tattooed on his wrist is in fact for her. Harry and Emma are reacquainted, as she tells him: 'Surprise!' The group sits down and the Islanders share what their types are. When Yaz explains that she requires emotional availability from a man, Emma whispers to Harry 'well that's you out.' When quizzed about how strong out of 10 his relationship is with Toni, Harrison tells the new Bombshells: 'Seven, could be better..' When asked if any of the new girls have caught his eye, Tommy tells the group: 'There's definitely a few of you that tickle my fancy.' Catching up with his ex, Harry says: 'I don't need you to come and tell me off.' Emma is also quick to call Harry and Helena 'snakes,' after their recent villa behaviour. Emma responds: ''It's disgraceful though… like, how are you still doing the same thing? 'The way you've been moving with Helena honestly… you two deserve each other… two snakes.' 5 We can reveal that the boy in question has already caused heartache and tears this series with another love triangle Credit: ITV

In an interview with the BBC, creator Danny gave viewers a taste of what they could expect from the show, stating: "The first episode is told from the perspective of Greg (Christopher Eccleston) and the kids, nine months after Marie (Paula Malcomson) has walked out. They are trying to find a way to cope, but a new woman in Greg's life brings problems rising to the surface.' ‌ 'The second instalment of the series spotlights Marie, while the third episode delves into themes of fierce protection and divided loyalties,' he added. Brooklyn Beckham posts adoring tribute to wife Nicola as family feud rages on

Brooklyn Beckham has posted a gushing tribute to his wife, Nicola Peltz, after a source told the Mirror he 'felt he didn't fit in' with his famous footballing family Brooklyn Beckham has posted another loving tribute to his wife, Nicola Peltz, as the bitter feud with his family rumbles on. The young couple, who married three years ago, reportedly left David Beckham 'heartbroken' when they swerved his 50th birthday in May - despite being in the UK at the time. On Saturday, a source told the Mirror that the hot sauce enthusiast, 26, doesn't feel like he 'fits in' with his famous family, ahead of his little sister Harper's 14th birthday. And now, Brooklyn has declared he's on Team Nicola again in his latest Instagram post in which he shares a snap of his wife larking about next to a pile of Louis Vuitton luggage with the caption: "My girl xx." ‌ READ MORE: Brooklyn Beckham feels he 'doesn't fit into family' as Harper's 'heartbroken' over rift ‌ It comes after a source told us that Brooklyn probably wouldn't be going to Harper's 14th birthday next week because of the tension between his wife and his parents. Claiming Victoria and David's firstborn 'didn't want things to turn out this way', they said: 'He didn't want it to turn out this way and he's always been really close to all his siblings, but he is a married man now and his priorities have to lie somewhere else." Last month, Brooklyn publicly marked the five-year anniversary of his marriage proposal to Nicola, saying it was his 'best decision ever'. Our source said: "It's becoming increasingly obvious that the former photographer's loyalties don't lie with his parents and siblings", but adds that it isn't surprising given he is now married. They continued: 'He just doesn't feel his family have treated Nicola well and now that he's grown so close to her family in the States, he doesn't really feel like he fits into the Beckham family right now. "If Harper's wish is to have her brother at home for her big day, sadly, she's probably going to be disappointed.' ‌ There's been plenty of family affection flying around on the Beckhams' social media channels, most recently when David paid tribute to Victoria on their wedding anniversary and tagged Brooklyn in the caption. However, Brooklyn has, so far, stayed silent despite being very vocal on Instagram when it comes to Nicola's billionaire family. In posts, which some have said are twisting the knife, Brooklyn has wished both his brother-in-law and father-in-law Happy Birthday recently despite snubbing his own dad's milestone. He also fuelled the feud rumours by posing for a new photoshoot for Italian brand, Moncler, which was shot in London in May just two miles from the Beckham's family home in Notting Hill - and only one mile away from David, who was at the Chelsea Flower Show at the time.
