Halle Berry ‘sticks' to new Cannes Film Festival dress guidelines
Sky News contributor Louise Roberts says the dress code has been 'tightened' recently.
'Any of those massive trains that actresses and Z-list wannabees, I guess … sort of trail up the red carpet, and it causes such a chaos,' Ms Roberts said.
'Halle Berry has come a cropper because she had a dress in mind which had one of these massive trains on it.
'She was photographed yesterday in quite a nice demure … black and white halter neck number.
