Unusual jewellery line is winning wearers 'so many compliments'
In a world where fashion often follows the crowd, sometimes it's nice to break the mould by wearing some unique and unconventional jewellery. With the festival season just around the corner, summer is the perfect time to try something new.
Much more than just accessories, the right piece of jewellery is a statement of individuality and creativity. Vitaly is a Canadian based jewellery and accessory company wowing Brits with chunky, funky, heavy metal pieces.
Known for its minimalist, architectural-inspired designs, the brand specialises in genderless designs. Using using 100% recycled stainless steel in all their products, Vitaly is committed to ethical sourcing, offering stylish and eco-conscious options for trend setters.
One of the highlights of the Vitaly collection is the The Paralyze chain. Blending soft and hard elements, the statement piece has gently curving spikes that take on an almost feather-like appearance.
Available in a choice of stainless steel, gold and polished black metals, one buyer praised the unique style of the £185 heavy metal chain, saying: "This work of art is magnificent."
Another unique piece that's hard enough to handle every sweaty set and midnight mosh pit is the £61 stainless steel Monolith ring. Available in a choice of nine different sizes, the solid polished band with two substantial planes is said to "embody both oneness and separation."
For a more subtle twist, bring the bling to the ears with Series Hoops. A set of six stackable hoops designed for maximum versatility, Series features two earrings each in three different sizes. Made from stainless steel, the set is on sale for £72, buyers have called them "a great set of hoops" that are "simple and high-quality."
Jewellery lovers who would like to try Vitaly for less could snap up a bargain on their sale page. Some of the best deals include the RPM bracelet - an homage to the humble AUX cord, the adjustable bangle comes in stainless steel or gold. Reduced from £102 to £72, it's an unusual gift for music lovers.
Other great buys include the The Fang necklace - a show-stopping neckpiece with an otherworldly appearance reduced from £208 to £125 and the Decibel ear cuff, designed to be worn without the need for a piercing, is now £55 down from £91.
If the Vitaly range isn't quite right, Astrid and Miyu has effortlessly edgy festival fits. Add a pop of colour with brightly coloured Birthstone Bracelets for £130 or add the £45 Wave Ear Cuff to illuminate the face.
Elsewhere, Abbott Lyon has has a carefully curated collection of subtle pieces including gold and silver chokers from £99, fully customisable name bracelets from £89 and a collection of Evil Eye jewellery to add a pop of magic to you accessories.
Customers have shared their thoughts on the Vitaly brand on the website.
One buyer, who purchased the Ransom chain said: "Obsessed with my new necklace heavy duty beautiful quality and such a cool accent piece."
Another who snapped up Collateral cuff in the sale, called it: "Beautiful and sculptural cuff. So well made and fits like a glove. I know it's going to be a huge compliment getter!"
"These rings make any outfit shine," said another shopper who purchased the Grip rings, adding: "they are so simple and shine really nicely. I'm very satisfied with these!"
While there were no negative reviews to speak of, one buyer who left a three-star review on Trustpilot said: "I bought stuff on 25% off but still felt like their prices are on the steep end. Their designs are cool and different, but that seems to be their only unique selling point."
A five-star review that summed up the Paralyze chain said: "My favourite necklace. It's even better than I expected. I get so many compliments."

Discontinued chocolate bars Brits miss the most ranked
From Cadburys to Nestlé and Mars, there's no denying that we're a sweet-toothed nation. From the crunchy honeycomb centre of a Malteser to the gooey caramel of a classic Mars, everyone's got a favourite chocolate bar. Most of us will also link our favourite chocolate to memorable moments such as school days or that walk home from our first job. So, when they disappear from the shelves, we wait longingly for a comeback. Now, a survey by a brand that is part of Smooth Radio has revealed the nation's top ten most-loved bars that Brits would like to see return. The discontinued chocolate bar Brits want to return Surveying 2,000 people across the UK, the results found that the minty twist on the classic Wispa bar came out on top, with more than one in five (22%) naming it as the chocolate they'd most like to see return. A member of the Wispa family, the mint version first hit shelves in 1995 but was sadly discontinued in 2003 - much to the frustration of chocolate lovers. Kit Kat Caramac, which was discontinued two years ago after 64 years due to declining sales, came in joint second with 20% of the vote. Milky Way Crispy Rolls, pulled from production by Mars in 2022, also tied for second place. White chocolate fans were left disappointed when Cadbury Dream was discontinued in the UK over two decades ago - and it seems they still miss it, as nearly one in five (18%) named it their preferred discontinued treat. Known for its rich milk chocolate combined with smooth white chocolate, Cadbury Marble followed close behind with 16% of the vote. It was discontinued in 2012, while Orange Crunchie - which featured a tangy orange-flavoured honeycomb centre - placed alongside it. Rounding out the top five were other nostalgic favourites like Mars Delight, Cadbury Aztec, SnowFlakes, Quality Street Toffee Deluxe, and Mint Crunchie, each earning 13% of the vote. Discontinued chocolate bars you'd most like to bring back Wispa Mint 22% Caramac 20% Milky Way Crispy Rolls 20% Cadbury Dream 18% Cadbury Marble 16% Orange Crunchie 16% Mars Delight 13% Cadbury Aztec 13% SnowFlakes 13% Quality Street Toffee Deluxe 13% Mint Crunchie 13% Cadbury's Tiffin 12% Kit Kat Senses 12% White Crunch Bar 11% Toffo 11% Fox's Echo 9% Snaps 6% Taz 4% Recommended Reading: Which chocolate is making a comeback? However, it's not all bad news, as several various chocolate bars have made a comeback in recent months. Mars Wrigley brought back Maltesers White Chocolate after more than a decade in May, much to the delight of fans. While Cadbury Crispello, that was also discontinued in 2014, was recently spotted on the shelves at B&M.

Coin collector issues £2 alert as he says value of one will 'blow your mind'
The Coin Collecting Wizard has shared the three most valuable £2 coins in a TikTok video, and one is worth a whopping £1,000 - but you'll need to find the rare error version Brits have been urged to check their pocket money for three rare coins - and one could 'blow your mind'. The rarest of these collectible pieces might bring in a £1,000, an expert says. However, you need to look out for specific years, and in one case, a sought-after error. In a video shared on TikTok, an expert called the Coin Collecting Wizard showed what to hunt for. He explained the three valuable coins to his more than 250,000 followers, reports Lancs Live. "Have you got any £2 coins?" he asked. "Check out these worth big money - the last one will blow your mind." First, he told viewers to look for a coin called the Commonwealth Northern Ireland. Because of an extremely limited mintage, this can be worth up to £65 in excellent condition. He explained: "This £2 coin known as the Commonwealth Northern Ireland is the rarest £2 coin you can find in your change. "With only 485,000 minted it is worth around £35 in uncirculated condition and £65 if brand new." This 2002 coin is one of four different designs, each showing a different flag for the four UK nations. The Northern Ireland variant displays the Northern Irish flag on the reverse (tails side), alongside a moving figure holding a banner. Next, he discussed the 2011 King James Bible coin. This coin features the opening words from the Book of John on its tails side. In the golden edge of the coin it reads "King James Bible" and "1611-2011". The expert continued: "Only 975,000 King James Bible £2 coins are out there in your change. Released in 2011 this is becoming scarcer to find but if you are lucky enough to find it then it is worth around £4 in circulated condition and £20 if brand new." Topping his list was the Lord Kitchener coin with a specific error. "£1,000 for this £2 coin," he exclaimed. "Yes, I told you this one will blow your mind. "This is the Lord Kitchener £2 from 2014 but you need to find a rare error version known as a mule error, which makes it worth a grand. If yours doesn't have the words 'two pounds' on the Queen's side then you have found the rare error." This coin marks 100 years since the start of the First World War. In February last year, an example of this coin fetched £1,000 at auction.
