A woman revealed how she got her garden lawn looking lush and green again.
Patricia Munday took to social media back in 2020 to share her hack to get your grass healthy again.
She shared before and after pictures of her garden and before using her bargain buy, her lawn was looking lackluster.
The majority of her grass had turned brown and had also started balding in some places.
But after using the miracle product, her lawn was back to looking thick and lush, and it took just a couple of weeks.
She said: "Just wanted to show our lawn after using Speedy Seed from Home Bargains.
"Absolutely amazing we were going to re-turf parts of the garden and our so glad we tried this, highly recommend."
While she may have shared the buy years ago, it's clearly stood the test of time as Home Bargains are still selling it for just £4.99 for 750g.
Home Bargain bosses: "Fast-acting grass seed and easy to use, this Speedy Seed Grass Seed is a great way to fix dead patches in your lawn.
"This lawn seed features fast-germinating seeds to provide you with a flawless lawn in no time. Perfect for bringing new life to old lawns and restoring the greenery of your garden."

In the comments of the post shared in the Facebook group, Gardening On A Budget Official, Patricia, revealed how she sowed the seeds and how long they took to work.
She said she sowed the seeds generously (especially on the bald patches), before stomping them into the soil with her feet and watering them daily.
Patricia added that the seeds began to grow within two weeks and just two weeks after that, her lawn was good as new again.
People who saw the post were quick to thank Patricia for the hack while others confirmed the buy worked wonders.

The five low-maintenance and easygoing dog breeds that are the perfect companion for busy pet owners
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) FINDING a dog to suit your lifestyle can be tricky, especially if it's a busy household. There are plenty of adorable dog breeds that may steal your heart, but their exercise and training needs could make them unsuitable for you. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 6 Certain breeds have been recommended for buys owners Credit: Getty So if you're looking for a pooch that's easy-going, the experts at pet insurance firm Many Pets have revealed the five breeds that fit the bill perfectly. No dog is totally low-maintenance as they all rely on their owner for food, activities, and healthcare. But some dogs are undoubtedly easier to care for than others. Opting for a manageable pup isn't just about minimising your responsibilities as a groomer and exercise provider. It's also about finding a companion who fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. Here's the breeds that are ideal for those seeking low(er)-maintenance pups. Basset Hound 6 The experts at Many Pets describe the Basset Hound as the "laid-back lounger". As a breed, they are calm and easygoing, which makes them excellent companions for the listless and lackadaiscal. Their short coat requires minimal grooming, and they're generally content with short walks. And while their droopy ears and soulful eyes don't have much bearing on their low-maintenance status, they certainly add to their charm. Basset hounds are perfect for individuals and families who want a laid-back pet that enjoys affection without demanding too much activity. They're great with young children and fit well in homes without large gardens. I'm a vet & wouldn't own 5 dogs – watch out for a breed prone to pricy back problems & secretly-high-maintenance pooches French Bulldog 6 Known by Many Pets as the "sturdy sweetheart", French Bulldogs are compact, affectionate, and require minimal grooming. They enjoy short play sessions and are generally low-energy, making them perfect for busy families. This adorable breed is best for owners looking for a companion that doesn't need extensive exercise but is still playful and loving. They adapt well to apartment living and are good with children. Italian Greyhound 6 Italian Greyhounds are elegant and low-maintenance dogs who enjoy short bursts of play but are mostly content to relax indoors. Their short coat requires minimal grooming, but also means they may need a cute jumper or coat to stay warm in the winter. They're perfect for anybody who wants a small, gentle dog that doesn't need much grooming or exercise. They fit well in quieter homes and are great for individuals or families who enjoy a calm environment. Pug 6 This small breed is very sociable and loves to be the centre of attention. Their short coat is easy to care for, and they don't require a lot of exercise. Known for their playful and affectionate nature, pugs make great companions. Pugs are ideal for families who want a loving and interactive pet that doesn't require extensive physical activity. Boston Terrier 6 This breed, nicknamed the tuxedo doggo due to its colouring, is known for its friendly demeanour. They're low-maintenance with short coats that require little grooming and only have moderate exercise needs. But it's their playful and affectionate nature that makes them great companions. They're also adaptable and easy-going, which makes them great if you're raising kids.

I look like a tall Amazon warrior and can lift 315lbs, men constantly ask me to spot them in the gym
Fellas often ask to be her spotter because they are so overawed by her larger than life look. SUPERPOWER I look like a tall Amazon warrior and can lift 315lbs, men constantly ask me to spot them in the gym Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A WOMAN has revealed men swoon over her in the gym because she looks like an Amazon Warrior. Marie Temara stands 6ft 3in tall and attracts a lot of attention when she hits the weights - throwing up a whopping 133kg during hardcore 12-hour lifting sessions. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 4 Marie spends a lot of time in the gym 4 She's always the centre of attention when she works out 4 The model doesn't mind the attention 4 She can lift heavier weights than most men in the gym Fellas often ask her to be their spotter because they are so overawed by her larger than life look. She said: "A lot of people think that women should be smaller and that men should be the strong ones who take care of everything. 'But I love being a big, strong woman – especially in the gym. I don't see a problem with flipping gender roles. 'Every time I go to the gym, a man will ask me to spot them, and I'm happy to do it. I get some stares and comments now and then, but I think most men are curious or impressed by what I can do. 'Or maybe they feel intimidated. I love feeling fit and strong. The gym feels like home." Marie now runs a successful OnlyFans page and rakes in £7.5m a year - earnings that helped her build a £75k gym in her own home. The influencer, who has 2.9m followers on Instagram (@marietemara), has transformed her life after she used to be bullied for her size. Cruel trolls would call her 'Bigfoot' or say that she 'looked like the Jolly Green Giant'. But the Miami-based fitness fanatic turned what they viewed as a weakness into her biggest strength. She said: 'It seems to be older men who make rude comments. I made six figures on OnlyFans but would give it all back not to be an embarrassment to my daughter, says Jemma Lucy 'They'll give a funny look and say, 'I can lift that' – I didn't ask if they could. 'I try not to let their negativity bother me, but I'll admit that it can feel a bit uncomfortable sometimes.' 'They would call me a man because I was so tall, so I wanted to lose weight and get fit. 'I started going to the gym every day, but it didn't stop them. 'Now, I get messages from the same bullies, trying to befriend me. 'They'll say 'Hey, do you remember when we went to school together?' – but I don't reply. 'The first thing I did after buying my house was build my gym. 'I plan to knock it down to double the size in the next few years.' Marie, who used to be an accountant, added: 'I truly hope to see more women owning their strength and taking up space in the weight room. "Lifting isn't just for guys; it's empowering, confidence-boosting, and so worth it. Let's normalise strong women."
