NEW ORLEANS — SI Swimsuit model Camille Kostek and Rob Gronkowski are thriving, two years into the former NFL tight end's retirement.
Ahead of Sunday's Super Bowl, the former New England Patriots cheerleader and Jena Sims, the wife of professional golfer Brooks Koepka, spoke with Fox News Digital. Kostek explained what life in retirement looks like with Gronk, now a sports analyst for FOX.
"He's stepped into this next chapter of his life, but he's so busy with FOX. … I mean, the guy has a five-hour pregame show on Super Bowl Sunday. Halftime show. Postgame show. … We're always doing something new.
"We're always finding something to challenge us. We're always keeping busy, but it's fun. Running around, city to city, doing all of our things and getting to come together," Kostek said.

In May, Kostek revealed to Fox News Digital the NFL rule she broke to be in a relationship with Gronkowski.
"There is that rule where [you] cannot date the players," Kostek told Fox News Digital at the time. "I broke that one, but I kept it a secret for a little while. It was worth it in the end."
Kostek said the secret behind their lasting romance is surprisingly simple.
"We read our calendars to each other," she chuckled. "We don't spend every waking moment together, so it's exciting for us to get on the phone. It's a common thing weekly to get on the phone together when we're in different states and put out our calendars.
"It was my sister's wedding in St. Thomas, and we had our calendars together. We were down on the beach, and I said, 'I have the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit launch. It's a big one. It's the Legends issue. So, I'm going to be in New York for the first half of the week and then the second half of the week in Miami. And he's like, 'Perfect, I have a podcast to record in New York. I'll be there for your event.' And I'm like, 'Perfect.'"
"It's exciting when we can line up our schedules," Kostek said. "We have our press week, but then we squeeze in a dinner together or even just a bagel together on a park bench and make it a romantic movie, even if it's 30 minutes. But I think that's what keeps it alive. We both are just so supportive of each other, whether we're afar or together.

"We get so excited even just going to a charity event," she added. "We did a gala recently where we both dressed up. We looked at each other, and we were like, 'When was the last time we got dressed up together?' And he was like, 'I guess this is a date.' And I said, 'It's a date.'
"We always look forward to our schedules [matching]. Whenever we both find time in our schedule where we have a week off, we book a trip. We're thinking about going to Greece later in July. Now we're just so excited about that. It will be our romantic time. In the meantime, we're having fun being a dog mom and dad and being on the go," she said in May 2024.

Former Washington NFL stars named July 4 Parade Grand Marshals

Former Washington Redskins Clinton Portis and Ryan Kerrigan will be celebrating July 4 in Middletown, Va. The two former Redskins stars are not only celebrating our nation's independence in Middletown, but they are also being honored, as they have been named grand marshals for the July 4 Middletown parade. A third grand marshal has been named, Lauryn Ricketts, a meteorologist with WRC-TV and WTOP-FM in Washington, D.C. Portis before playing with the Redskins, was a Miami Hurricane prior to being drafted by the Denver Broncos. When Redskins cornerback Champ Bailey threatened to boycott training camp if they used the NFL franchise tag on him, Washington traded Bailey and a second-round draft choice to the Broncos for Portis. Playing in 113 NFL games, Portis rushed for 9,923 yards, averaging 4.4 yards a carry and scoring 75 NFL touchdowns. Following his NFL career, Portis was voted one of the Washington Redskins' greatest 80 players to mark the 80th anniversary of the franchise. Kerrigan played in 172 NFL games, all but one season in Washington, where he accumulated 95.5 quarterback sacks. The former first-round draft choice (16th overall) by the Redskins in the 2011 NFL draft, accumulated 333 solo tackles while also forcing 26 fumbles. Playing 10 seasons in Washington (his one final season in Philadelphia), Kerrigan became the Washington all-time quarterback sacks leader with 95.5. The four-time Pro Bowler led the NFL in 2016 with 18 tackles for a loss. 'We're excited that they're coming and we're looking forward to a wonderful July 4th celebration,' Mayor Charles Harbaugh said. 'We're really throwing everything but the kitchen sink at it.' The mayor was referring to a full slate of activities on tap for Independence Day, starting with a Big Ball softball tournament at 8 a.m. and ending with a fireworks show at 9:15 p.m. Events will be held at various locations in town but most will occur in Middletown Community Park. The centerpiece of Middletown's July 4th celebration is its parade. Organizer Katie Garrett said that as of Thursday morning, 76 entries were set to participate. The parade will step off at 5 p.m. and wind its way along Main Street.

Netflix's New Releases Coming in July 2025

The return of Charlize Theron's band of immortals; another behind the scenes glimpse at the lives of NFL quarterbacks; a brand-new music talent series featuring one of Liam Payne's final TV appearances; the conclusion of The Sandman's story; a potential breakout Korean thriller; and the long-awaited return of Happy Gilmore are some of the highlights among the new films and series hitting Netflix in July. One of Netflix's big movie plays for July is the sequel to its very silly but very fun action fantasy film The Old Guard. Debuting on July 2, the Victoria Mahoney-directed film once again sees Charlize Theron playing Andromache of Scythia, aka Andy, the leader of a band of vigilante immortals. In The Old Guard 2, following on from the climax of the first film, Andy must come to terms with her newfound mortality while preparing to face a mysterious foe (played by Uma Thurman). The cast includes returnees KiKi Layne, Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli, Matthias Schoenaerts and Chiwetel Ejiofor, and newcomers Thurman and Henry Golding. The show, produced by Netflix in partnership with NFL Films, 2PM Productions, and Peyton Manning's Omaha Productions, is in the vein of the streamer's phenomenally successful Drive to Survive docuseries. Season one of Quarterback followed Patrick Mahomes, Kirk Cousins, and Marcus Mariota through the 2022 season. Season two will see Cousins return, this time as a member of the Atlanta Falcons, with Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals and Jared Goff of the Detroit Lions. On July 9, Netflix debuts its new music competition series, Building the Band. The show was notably the last television appearance of the late One Direction singer Liam Payne, who died tragically in October 2024. Before his death, Payne recorded episodes as a guest judge on the series that is hosted by Backstreet Boys' AJ McLean, with Nicole Scherzinger (The Pussycat Dolls) serving as mentor-judge and Destiny's Child's Kelly Rowland also serving as a guest judge. Following Payne's death, the show's producers and Payne's family were weighing his inclusion in the series. Ultimately, they have decided to move forward with Payne remaining in the show. Launching in three parts over the month of July is the second and final season of The Sandman, the fantasy series adaptation of Neil Gaiman's iconic graphic novels. Despite stellar reviews and decent ratings for season one, the followup and indeed the very existence of a second season hung in the balance as Gaiman was accused of sexual assault by five women in July 2024, and by four more women in January 2025. The second season will conclude the story for Dream (played by Tom Sturridge), the show's central character and part one will debut on July 3, with part two on July 24 with a special episode concluding things on July 31. Season two will feature a number of fan-favorite characters reprising their roles, including Mason Alexander Park as Desire, Gwendoline Christie as Lucifer, Vivienne Acheampong as Lucienne, and Patton Oswalt as the voice of Matthew the Raven. Jenna Coleman, Donna Preston, Esmé Creed-Miles, Adrian Lester, Barry Sloane, Ferdinand Kingsley, Stephen Fry, Asim Chaudhry, Sanjeev Bhaskar, Razane Jammal, Ruairi O'Connor, Freddie Fox, Clive Russell, Laurence O'Fuarain, Ann Skelly, Douglas Booth, Jack Gleeson, Indya Moore, and Steve Coogan also appear. A potential breakout film for Netflix this month could be the Korean psychological thriller Wall to Wall, which debuts on July 18. In demand filmmaker Kim Tae-joon, who wrote and directed the disturbing tech thriller Unlocked for the streamer, is back with another feature that is sure to linger with its audience. According to the logline, Wall to Wall is about 'Woo-sung, a financially burdened homeowner who struggles to find sleep and peace in what should be his dream home. When all his neighbors accuse him of being the source of the noise, he sets out to find the source himself and prove his innocence.' The other big Hollywood film release for Netflix in July, and the feature most likely to shoot up the top 10 list and dominate social media, is the sequel to Adam Sandler's classic and endlessly quotable golf comedy Happy Gilmore. The first film, released all the way back in 1996, featured Sandler as a failed hockey player with a knack for booming golf drives, and the Kyle Newacheck-directed sequel sees Happy picking up his clubs once more to pay for his daughter's school fees. As well as Sandler, Julie Bowen, Christopher 'Shooter McGavin' McDonald, and Ben Stiller reprise their roles from the original film while Benny Safdie and Bad Bunny are newcomers. Happy Gilmore 2 debuts on July 25. Movies added to Netflix in July include Blow, Born on the Fourth of July, Captain Phillips, The Deer Hunter, Friday Night Lights, Here Comes the Boom, The Hitman's Bodyguard, The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard, Horrible Bosses, The Karate Kid, The Karate Kid, The Karate Kid Part II, The Karate Kid Part III, Mission: Impossible, Mission: Impossible II, Mission: Impossible III, Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, The Notebook, Pacific Rim, The Sweetest Thing, Tangerine, V for Vendetta, White Chicks, Jaws, Jaws 2, Jaws 3 and Jaws: The Revenge. Real Madrid see €80m-rated Portuguese ace as Modric's replacement

According to a recent report from Fichajes, Real Madrid have set their sights on PSG's Vitinha as the perfect player to fill the massive gap Luka Modric will leave behind. Modric, one of the greatest players in the club's history, is set to say goodbye to Real Madrid after the FIFA Club World Cup, marking the end of a golden era in midfield. Advertisement Interestingly, Xabi Alonso sees replacing Modric as a top priority. He believes the team needs someone with great vision, smooth technique, and the courage to take responsibility from the first game. Madrid will miss Modric The Croatian's departure means Real Madrid's midfield will lose the last of the legendary midfield trio of Toni Kroos, Casemiro and Modric himself, who led them to European glory over the past decade. These players have been the heartbeat of the team, setting the rhythm and controlling matches. Real Madrid have their eyes set on Vitinha. (Photo by) Without Modric, Real Madrid risk losing the stability and creativity that helped them dominate Europe, which is why the club's sporting directors want a player with talent, intelligence, and maturity to take over immediately. Advertisement Vitinha emerges as the favourite choice Vitinha has impressed with his performances at PSG and his creativity, sharp passing, and game intelligence have caught the eyes of Real Madrid scouts. However, signing him will not be easy. Vitinha's contract with PSG runs until 2029, and everyone at Real Madrid knows that negotiating with the French club can be tough. The saga with Kylian Mbappe showed just how difficult and drawn-out talks with PSG can become. Even so, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is keeping all options open. While Vitinha is currently the number one target, the club will wait to see how the Club World Cup unfolds and watch how the summer transfer market develops before making any final decisions. *Player valuation in title obtained from on date of publication.
