Hamas: Al-Aqsa Mosque national priority, and we will not allow malicious plans to proceed

Saba Yemena day ago
Gaza – Saba:
Haroun Nasser al-Din, a member of the Political Bureau and head of the Jerusalem Affairs Office of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), stressed that the escalating attacks by enemy forces and settlers on Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the prevention of worshippers from reaching its compound, are a continuation of the Zionist enemy's persistent attempts to empty Al-Aqsa Mosque and isolate it for further incursions, Judaization operations, and the imposition of control.
Nasser al-Din stressed, in a press statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that "Al-Aqsa Mosque is a red line and a religious and national priority that cannot be tolerated, we will not allow the Zionist enemy's malicious plans against it and against the city of Al-Quds, which suffers from severe occupation restrictions, to proceed, no matter the sacrifices it costs us."

Al-Quds Brigades target Zionist enemy forces with mortar shells in Abasan

Gaza – Saba: The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, announced on Saturday that they had shelled gatherings of Zionist enemy soldiers and military vehicles in the Abasan al-Kabira area, south of the Gaza Strip. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Brigades stated: "We targeted gatherings of Zionist enemy forces and their vehicles infiltrating the vicinity of Al-Nour Mosque in Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis, with 60mm standard mortar shells." This operation comes as part of the Palestinian resistance factions' response to the ongoing genocide committed by the Zionist enemy against the people of Gaza—supported by the U.S.—since October 7, 2023. The aggression has included mass killings, starvation campaigns, systematic destruction, and forced displacement, in blatant disregard of international appeals and International Court of Justice orders to cease. Mufti of Oman denounces normalization with "Vanishing Zionist Entity"

Muscat - Saba Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al-Khalili, the Mufti of Oman, expressed profound astonishment at the desire of some nations to normalize relations with the "Zionist enemy"—an entity he described as doomed to vanish. In a post monitored by Saba News Agency, Al-Khalili questioned: "How can anyone seek relations with a disappearing entity whose own people no longer believe in remaining on occupied land, an entity that persists only through perpetual war?" He warned of the grave miscalculation: "Do those pursuing normalization not fear their bargain will prove disastrous? What a catastrophe!" The religious leader intensified his critique: "Even if dealing with a temporary occupying power, some might claim pragmatic justification—but how justify ties with a savage colonizer that sustains itself on the blood of innocent children, women and elders? How accept rewarding those who slaughter our kin and faith? How abandon fundamental rights?" Al-Khalili concluded with a moral indictment: "The true tragedy emerges when oppression gets recast as peace". This statement marks a significant clerical challenge to Gulf normalization efforts, framing them as both strategic errors and moral failures while highlighting Zionism's existential contradictions through its own demographic anxieties Whatsapp Telegram Email Print more of (International)
