Hamas: Al-Aqsa Mosque national priority, and we will not allow malicious plans to proceed

Gaza – Saba: Haroun Nasser al-Din, a member of the Political Bureau and head of the Jerusalem Affairs Office of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), stressed that the escalating attacks by enemy forces and settlers on Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the prevention of worshippers from reaching its compound, are a continuation of the Zionist enemy's persistent attempts to empty Al-Aqsa Mosque and isolate it for further incursions, Judaization operations, and the imposition of control. Nasser al-Din stressed, in a press statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that "Al-Aqsa Mosque is a red line and a religious and national priority that cannot be tolerated, we will not allow the Zionist enemy's malicious plans against it and against the city of Al-Quds, which suffers from severe occupation restrictions, to proceed, no matter the sacrifices it costs us." Israeli Forces Raided Al-Aqsa Mosque 25 Times in June - Jordan News

The Palestinian Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs reported a sharp escalation in Israeli violations against Islamic and Christian holy sites during June, particularly at Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem and the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron. اضافة اعلان In its monthly report released today, the Ministry stated that Israeli forces and settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque over 25 times, often performing Talmudic rituals during these incursions. The mosque was also closed 11 times under the pretext of 'security concerns,' with restrictions imposed on the number of worshippers allowed inside, alongside serious Judaization measures in the Old City and around the Dome of the Rock. The report highlighted that thousands of worshippers performed Eid al-Adha prayers at Al-Aqsa under tight restrictions, while Israeli soldiers and settlers stormed the Dome of the Rock compound during the prayer, with settlers engaging in chanting, dancing, and clapping. As for the Ibrahimi Mosque, the Ministry reported that the call to prayer was banned 89 times in June. The mosque was also closed to worshippers for 12 consecutive days, during which Israeli forces: Installed alarm systems in its halls Occupied its rooftop Lit up the mosque walls with Israeli flags Sealed the eastern gate and forcibly illuminated the surrounding area The Ministry condemned these actions as a blatant violation of its religious authority, an assault on the sanctity of the mosque, and a provocation to Muslim sentiment, warning of attempts to enforce spatial and temporal division of the site. The report also documented: The closure of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem to Christian worshippers for 11 straight days The raid of Al-Salahi Mosque in Nablus, during which Israeli forces searched all its facilities, including rooms and the rooftop The Ministry urged the international community, human rights organizations, and religious institutions to take urgent action to halt these ongoing violations that threaten freedom of worship and the historical and legal status quo at the sacred sites.

Al-Quds Governorate warns of alleged "Temple" Groups' month-long program targeting Al-Aqsa

Occupied Quds – Saba: Al-Quds Governorate in occupied Palestine warned on Thursday of the dangerous and systematic escalation targeting Al-Aqsa Mosque, which has taken a more aggressive and organized form by extremist alleged "Temple" groups, with official support from the Israeli Zionist entity's government and its security forces. In a statement, the Governorate stated that the program published by one of these alleged "Temple" groups includes systematic incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque over a full month, involving 12 rabbis and heads of Jewish religious institutes under religious and racist pretexts. This represents a dangerous escalation in the Judaization of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the alteration of its Islamic character. It added that the gathering of rabbis violates the ruling of the "Chief Rabbinate," clearly demonstrating how extremist religious groups are even surpassing traditional Jewish religious authorities in favor of a settler agenda aimed at imposing a new reality in Al-Aqsa. Al-Quds Governorate highlighted the gravity of the escalation, including accompanying public Jewish religious rituals in the mosque's courtyards—such as a settlers' wedding ceremony involving dancing and singing under the protection of the Israeli enemy police. This provocative and unprecedented scene reveals the deliberate intent to turn Al-Aqsa Mosque into a space for Talmudic rituals, constituting a blatant violation of the sanctity and Islamic religious and civilizational status of the site. The Governorate warned that continued incursions and the imposition of Jewish religious rituals in Al-Aqsa Mosque could explode tensions in Al-Quds and the entire region, holding the Israeli enemy government—particularly the so-called "National Security Minister"—fully responsible for the consequences of these provocative policies that disregard all international laws and agreements on holy sites. It emphasized that these violations would not have occurred without the explicit official support of the extremist National Security Minister, war criminal Itamar Ben-Gvir, who gave the green light for Zionist settlers to perform their rituals throughout Al-Aqsa's courtyards—not just in the eastern corner. This marks a dangerous shift in the occupier's rules and an overturning of the historical and legal status quo. Al-Quds Governorate reaffirmed that Al-Aqsa Mosque is an exclusive right for Muslims alone, and no political, religious, or military entity has the right to infringe upon or alter this right. It stated that the ongoing violations are preparations for a broader aggression during the so-called "Temple Destruction Anniversary" in August, calling on the international community to take responsibility in preventing this. The Governorate urged the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the Arab League, the United Nations, and especially UNESCO, to act urgently to halt this escalating aggression against Al-Aqsa Mosque. It saluted the steadfastness of Al-Quds's residents—men and women—who physically and consciously confront Judaization and incursion attempts, stressing that the Islamic right to Al-Aqsa is immutable and cannot be erased by time or the will of settlers. Popular Front Calls for Formation of Community Protection Committees

Gaza - Saba: The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) on Thursday held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for the massacre carried out by settler gangs in the town of Kafr Malik, northeast of Ramallah. The PFLP stated that this crime is part of systematic policies of ethnic cleansing and ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the PFLP said: 'The surge in these crimes in recent months is happening under the cover of the Israeli military and with direct incitement from the so-called Israeli cabinet—led by war criminals Netanyahu, Ben Gvir, and Smotrich—who are pushing to inflame the Palestinian territories, escalate confrontations, and intensify Judaization, settlement expansion, annexation, and attacks across the West Bank and Jerusalem.' The group called for 'the immediate formation of popular protection committees in cities, villages, and refugee camps to confront settler attacks and safeguard our people.' It also emphasized that 'the Palestinian Authority's security services bear the responsibility of acting immediately to protect civilians and confront settler violence. This is an existential battle, and every Palestinian community is now a target.' The statement concluded: 'The blood of the martyrs in Kafr Malik will not be shed in vain. Our people will not stand idly by in the face of these assaults, and the occupation and its gangs will pay a heavy price for their crimes—no matter how long it takes.' Whatsapp Telegram Email Print

'Palestinian Ahrar Movement: What is happening in West Bank, Quds is full-fledged war crime'

Gaza – SABA: The Palestinian Ahrar Movement stated on Saturday that 'the crimes of settlers in the West Bank and Quds are a continuation of the extermination-based Judaization policy adopted by the extremist occupation government,' stressing that 'the attacks, which coincide with a suspicious escalation in settlement activity and expansion in the occupied West Bank and Qud, are part of a de facto implementation of annexation and silent displacement plans without an official declaration.' In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the movement said: 'What is happening in the cities and camps of the West Bank and Jerusalem — including the complete closure imposed by the Nazi Zionist occupation, alongside the ongoing genocide and ethnic cleansing in Gaza — is a clear attempt to erase Palestinian identity, break the will of our people, and forcibly displace them. The occupation is tightening its grip on our people in the West Bank and Jerusalem through all possible means, including restricting their movement between villages, especially in Jenin and Tulkarm camps, and closing the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque to worshippers. This is aimed at forcing our people to leave their homeland, and it constitutes a full-fledged war crime under international humanitarian law.' The movement emphasized that 'the attacks by extremist settlers will not deter our people from clinging to their land and rights. Rather, they will serve as a motivation for further resilience and steadfastness, and as a driving force for escalating confrontation and embracing resistance as a strategic choice to liberate all of Palestine.' It called on 'the revolutionary Palestinian people and resistance forces in the West Bank and Jerusalem to unite and confront the Zionist colonial attacks, repel settler aggression against our people, land, and holy sites, maintain a continuous presence at Al-Aqsa Mosque, and activate and support all forms of resistance wherever the occupation and settlers exist.'
