Hoffenheim and Leeds reach full agreement on Stach transfer
A full agreement with Hoffenheim has been reached after intensive negotiations in recent days.
A verbal agreement was already in place, as revealed and the Sinsheim club are set to receive €20million plus add-ons.
The news comes just three days after after the 26-year-old agreed terms with the Premier League side before negotiations began.
Across all competitions, Stach has represented the Kraichgauers on 71 occasions, scoring 4 goals and providing 6 assists.
VfB Stuttgart were also reportedly courting the two-time German international, but it appears they have lost out to the Yorkshire side.

Harrington rides his luck with Aussies in hot pursuit
Padraig Harrington is the player to catch at the Senior British Open with a posse of Australians chasing and in contention midway through the tournament at Sunningdale. The Irishman shot a five-under-par 65 to be eight-under for a one-stroke lead over a hard-charging Thomas Bjorn and defending champion KJ Choi. Short game skills on display in Sunningdale 🫢@KJChoi_Golf and @Padraig_H both found the green after starting in the trees at No. 17 at the ISPS Handa Senior Open. 📺 Watch live now on Golf Channel. — PGA TOUR Champions (@ChampionsTour) July 25, 2025 The Dane shot a sterling seven-under 63 to catapult into contention, while Choi posted a 67. Australian Cameron Percy fired a five-under (65) to be on the next line with Justin Leonard (65), South African Ernie Els (67) and Ricardo Gonzalez of Argentina (67) at six under par. Percy eagled the par-five first on Friday before bookending a birdie at the third with bogeys on holes two and four. But he finished well with four more birdies to remain firmly in the mix. Steve Allan (67) is the next highest-placed Australian at five under, one ahead of compatriot Mark Hensby, who followed his 64 with a 72 to fall down the leaderboard at four under. Compatriot Greg Chalmers (66) is with Hensby with another six others in tied 10th at four under. Victorian Richard Green (69) and Queenslander Michael Wright (65) are a shot further back, tied 18th and five behind the lead. After his opening 63 for the overnight lead, New Zealander Steven Alker made a 73 to drop back to four under. Harrington had five birdies, including at the first and last holes, while keeping his scorecard clean of bogeys. Harrington is trying to become the fifth player to win the British Open and the Senior British Open. "I rode my luck a lot today," Harrington said. "Got my head in the game. Did a lot of good stuff mentally. Short game was sharp." "Hit some recovery shots and managed my game, but I never showed much confidence out there at all in my swing. I obviously like these 72-hole ones, and the bigger golf courses suit me." The Senior British Open is the fifth major on the PGA Tour Champions. The regular tournaments are 54 holes. Harrington won the US Senior Open at The Broadmoor in Colorado. The Irishman has already collected two other senior major titles - the 2022 and 2025 US Senior Opens. Bjorn admitted he was "very angry" with himself over a ho-hum first round, which ended with a double bogey. Choi could have been higher up the leaderboard if not for consecutive bogeys at Nos. 16-17 taking him down a few pegs. with AP

Deadline SET for Liverpool forward deal
Chiesa wanted by Napoli One of those touted for a sale has been Federico Chiesa. The 27-year-old appears to be surplus to requirements following a poor first season on Merseyside. He has been left out of Liverpool's preseason tour as he and his representatives attempt to secure a move away. Several teams in Italy - most notably Atalanta and AC Milan - are reported to be interested in the winger. And now it's emerged that Napoli have not gone away - despite reports that they would be seeking a deal for Dan Ndoye of Bologna instead. Chiesa - along with Jack Grealish and Raheem Sterling - remain on Napoli's radar as a potential Plan B in case a deal for Ndoye cannot be done. July 30 the deadline for Chiesa deal And Antonio Conte's side are seeking to wrap up this transfer quickly. A report in Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Conte wants his squad complete by July 30 for his team's preseason training camp at Castel di Sangro. 'Chiesa hasn't been called up by Liverpool for their tour of Asia, and his time in England already seems to be coming to an end. Napoli could offer him the chance to redeem himself, provided the winger reduces his salary demands,' a report reads. Chiesa is making around £120k per week on a contract until 2028 - and Italian sides have previously been put off by those demands. © IMAGO - Arne Slot Federico Chiesa Liverpool 2024-25 Back in January, plenty of interest in Chiesa materialised from Serie A when it became clear that he was homesick. Despite the attentions of the aforementioned teams - as well as Roma and Inter - Chiesa stayed at Anfield. In all he played only SIX times in the Premier League - to no great effect - and barely impressed in his other outings either. If Liverpool can make back the £12.5m or so they paid to Juventus last September - and a resolution can be found over his wages - then expect to see Chiesa leave as soon as this week.

Liverpool Remain Keen On Signing This Newcastle United Centre-Forward: What Will He Bring To Anfield?
In a recent post on X, renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano mentioned that Liverpool remain keen on signing Newcastle United centre-forward Alexander Isak. It has been revealed that the Reds are still showing interest in the Swedish striker and could move in for him if they sell Luis Diaz this summer. Isak's Impressive Form In English Football Isak had a productive campaign at the Tyneside club after he put in a string of impressive performances as the focal point of their attack. The Sweden international made 42 appearances for Newcastle last season, scoring 27 times and securing six assists on all fronts. The 25-year-old led the line well in the opponent's half based on his average of 3.1 shots per 90 minutes in the Premier League. He kept 43.2% of his attempts on target. Isak was even accurate when distributing possession in the final third, as evidenced by his pass completion rate of 75.3% in the English top tier (stats via Isak's current contract at the Tyneside club will run out in the summer of 2028. Hence, Liverpool would have no choice but to meet Newcastle's demands for their prized asset. (Photo by) What Will Isak Bring To Liverpool? Isak excels at finding a yard of space for himself to get some strikes in at goal. He has got the eye to create the odd chance for his teammates in the final third and is a good dribbler with the ball. The Swedish talent can even use his strong 1.92m frame to win a few aerial duels for his team. He has proven his worth as a consistent performer in the Premier League and is good enough to make an immediate impact at Liverpool if they can find a way to get a deal done for him this summer. Isak would bring more firepower to Liverpool boss Arne Slot's defence. He has what it takes to help the Reds compete for a lot of major trophies in the coming years. At 25, Isak has his best years ahead of him which makes him a good choice for the Merseyside club to consider in this transfer window. Therefore, Liverpool would be wise to go all out to bring the Sweden international on board ahead of the new campaign.
