In the July 10 episode of the Therapuss with Jake Shane podcast, Blanco candidly explained, 'We got engaged and then we were filming music videos for our album, then it's holidays, then right after the holidays we had to start all the promo for our stuff…'
Blanco shared his desire to take a break and simply enjoy downtime with Gomez saying, 'I just want to lie in bed and forget what day it is… With Selena, I can do it all day.
She makes me want to hang out and cuddle, just watch things, just eat food, and have piles of food around us and have the best time ever.' This sentiment reflects the couple's cozy dynamic, which Blanco described as 'the best time ever' during the podcast.
A chill wedding on the horizon
Despite the delay, Blanco assured fans that the couple is excited and plans to sit down this summer to map out their big day, 'I think this summer we're going to sit down and be like, 'Okay, what are we doing?'' He emphasized that the wedding will be relaxed and intimate: 'It'll be chill.'
