Caprice, 53, flashes her underwear in a dress inspired by her 90s heyday as she attends the National Film Awards after revealing the secret to her sexy lads mags looks

She's still got the same physique that sent fans wild back in the 1990s. And Caprice showed that even in her 50s, she can still recreate the same sexy looks that made her a favourite in lads mags, as she attended the National Film Awards in London on Wednesday. The model, 53, flashed her underwear in a racy sheer white fringed dress as she joined a slew of stars at the glitzy event. Flaunting her jaw-dropping figure in the daring dress, Caprice set pulses racing as she made her grand entrance, with the look eerily similar to one she sported in 2001. The former Celebrity Big Brother star was joined by names including Strictly Come Dancing professional Nadiya Bychkova, Jess Impiazzi and Anita Dobson. In a recent shoot with Loaded, Caprice threw it back to her lads mags heyday, during which she starred on 250 covers. The model has revealed she's had to work for her jaw-dropping physique, admitting she has been on a strict diet and fitness regime for decades. 'Honestly, it's discipline,' she confessed. 'I play a lot of tennis and I go running when I can. I try to stay active most days, even if it's just a long walk.' Her biggest hack though is cutting out carbs, revealing how she recently 'eliminated carbs and lost 20 pounds'. 'The first month was rough, but now it's second nature. I feel stronger, I sleep better, and I've got so much more energy—it's been a total game-changer The California-born star has also bought in to the wellness hype, championed by the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, as she gushed: 'I'm a big believer in overall wellness too. I start every morning with a smoothie and a ridiculous number of supplements. Wellness is part of my life.' Whilst Caprice is enjoying the trip down memory lane with her new bikini shoot, she has plenty of other ventures that have boosted her bank balance and kept her busy in recent years. She made her first million at 25 and after a wise property investment in Surrey, has continued to build her property portfolio alongside her booming lingerie business which is said to have bagged her £24million. Her childhood dream though was to act and after realising she wasn't getting cast in lead roles, she simply decided to make her own movies, launching her own film company, JJLove Productions 'named after my boys Jett and Jax.' She shoots multiple films a year, with her latest movie, A Scottish Christmas Secret, hitting Channel 5 later this year. She has also moved on from her reality TV years, which saw her appear on everything from Celebrity Big Brother to Celebs On The Farm. Now a mother of 11-year-old boys with her film producer husband Ty Comfort, she says she won't let them watch reality shows, declaring: 'I'm done with toxic TV.' 'I'm blessed to have this platform, and I want to use it for good—to make a positive difference in people's lives,' she said. She previously admitted she would not have had the guts to start making movies and pursue new business ventures without the courage gained from surviving a brain tumour. Caprice was training for the winter sports reality show The Jump in 2017 when a scan revealed the terrible news. She later underwent an operation which involved surgeons taking off part of her skull to remove the tumour. The star is now a proud patron for Brain Tumour Research.

‘Obsessed with this' cry fashion fans as Billie Faiers drops new Asda summer range including perfect £20 pair of shorts

FASHION fans are going wild as Billie Faiers drops a new Asda clothing range for summer. So if your wardrobe could do with an upgrade for the warmer weather, then you've come to the right place. 4 Not only can shoppers now get their hands on crochet dresses and stylish co-ords, but there's also a pair of £20 pair of shorts that are perfect for sunny days. The Billie by Billie Faiers edit at George is ideal for holidays abroad, occasions and everyday dressing. Posting on Instagram, George at Asda gave fashionistas a close-up look at a not-to-be-missed Co-ord from the collection - and social media users were loving it. Showing off one of her favourite outfits from the collection, the mum-of-three posed in the Burnt Orange Waistcoat and Shorts Co-ord. The reality TV and TOWIE legend styled the look with a pair of strappy gold heels and accessorised with gold jewellery and sunglasses. Alongside the post, George at Asda wrote: 'Sunkissed and coordinated 🍊 'Burnt orange never looked so good. 'Shop the new Billie Faiers range online and in selected stores now, with prices from just £10.' Billie's Burnt Orange Crew Neck Waistcoat is just £22, while the matching Burnt Orange Shorts are priced at £20. It's a statement outfit that's sure to be great for days in the office, or meals out with the girls. 'I only went in for cheese!' shopper admits as she's wowed by new Asda arrivals, including the 'perfect holiday co-ord' While you can style it up with heels, like Billie has, you can also dress it down with sandals, for a casual look that's great for looking good whilst running errands. Also in the collection is the Orange ZigZag Striped Knitted Midi Dress, which is £24 and already selling out. Is supermarket fashion the new high street? DEPUTY Fashion Editor Abby McHale weighs in: The supermarkets have really upped their game when it comes to their fashion lines. These days, as you head in to do your weekly food shop you can also pick up a selection of purse-friendly, stylish pieces for all the family. Tesco has just announced a 0.7 per cent increase in the quarter thanks to a 'strong growth in clothing' and M&S has earnt the title of the number one destination for womenswear on the high street. Asda's clothing line George has made £1.5 million for the supermarket in 2023, 80 per cent of Sainsbury's clothes sold at full price rather than discounted and Nutmeg at Morrisons sales are also up 2 per cent in the past year. So what is it about supermarket fashion that is becoming so successful? Apart from the clothing actually being affordable, it's good quality too - with many being part of schemes such as the Better Cotton Initiative. A lot of the time they keep to classic pieces that they know will last the customer year after year. Plus because they buy so much stock they can turn around pieces quickly and buy for cheaper because of the volumes. There's even a stunning Orange Puff Sleeve Bow Back Mini Dress, that will set shoppers back £28 but is sure to be a head-turner. Fashion fans beam The Instagram post, which was shared on the official @ georgeatasda account, has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly racked up 639 likes and 18 comments. One person said: 'Obsessed with this.' Another beamed: 'Love this.' A third gushed: 'Ooh I need that co-ord.' Reasons to shop supermarket fashion When looking for new pieces to add to your seasonal wardrobe, or update your basics, there's no need to spend hours walking around clothes shops, or scrolling online. Just pick up a dress or two alongside your fruit and veg... They're convenient - Chances are you visit your supermarket more times than a shopping centre or high street. It's affordable - For basics to more fashion-led pieces, supermarkets are leading the way for budget fashion that doesn't look cheap. They're more on-trend that you think - With a customer database larger than the average high street store, shops like ASDA, Sainsbury's and Tesco are able to cater to the markets and predict trends in a lot more areas than just food supply. They fit well - Fits and lengths often come with a little more modesty in mind. Fabrics are often highly practical too—think plenty of 100% cotton that can be thrown into the washing machine without thought.
