A-list celebrities came to slay at the Paris Haute Couture this week, whether it was walking the runway or slaying the front row seats.
While fashion enthusiasts anticipated that American media personality Kim Kardashian would dazzle at the high-profile fashion affair, she instead became one of the models who strutted the runway for Balenciaga as Demna Gvasalia, the creative director of the brand, marked his final show for the brand.
Kardashian took to Instagram and gave fans a glimpse of the show, including the behind-the-scenes, as she paid tribute to Gvasalia.
'Walking Demna's last Balenciaga Couture show dripping in Lorraine Schwartz Jewellery and wearing Elizabeth Taylor's own diamond earring from her private collection,' she wrote.

British top model Naomi Campbell also walked for Gvasalia's final Balenciaga show and shared on social media her videos from the show as she strutted the runway in her iconic walk.
'An era ends, but your legacy continues. Walking your final show for Balenciaga was an honour @demna. Thank you for the vision, the courage, the future you gave fashion. Onward to your next chapter - with love and deep respect,' Campbell captioned her post.
Even though Kardashian and Campbell did not deliver a highly anticipated fashion statement with dazzling outfits like the public thought, Cardi B, however, turned heads and owned Haute Couture week.
The American rapper has been wearing bold outfits that have captured the attention of the masses globally.
Not only were her outfits bold, but they certainly became a fashion statement as she always wears extraordinary outfits, which she meticulously pairs with amazing hairstyles that blend perfectly with her outfits.
Cardi B first stunned the internet with a black Schiaparelli dress that featured exaggerated shoulders with layered, moving pearls and even brought a live crow!
She then wore a Stephane Rolland bubble black and white jacket with a long black skirt as she attended the brand's fashion show.
The third stunning outfit she wore was for the Ashi Studio brand and dazzled in a beige costume dress that was made from pleats and lace.
To close it off, Cardi B attended the Balenciaga show in a mesh black dress and took to Instagram as she paid a heartfelt tribute to Gvasalia.
'@demna I'm truly emotional but so excited for this new chapter in life for you! Thank you for putting me on your campaigns, having me do your runway and treating me like I'm a part of your team!! You are such an amazing designer, I can't wait to see what you have up on your sleeve next,' she captioned her post.

On the latest episode of 'Izingane Zes'thembu', which aired on Sunday, July 13, Mseleku visited the Casela family with his uncles to pay lobola (bride price), leaving Kale in the dark. Following in his polygamist father's footsteps, Mseleku has also started his journey by paying lobola for his second girlfriend. This automatically makes her the first wife, despite Kale being in the picture first. Kale was left feeling upset upon discovering that the second girlfriend would be getting married before her. Next Stay Close ✕ Kale recently addressed her fans on Instagram Live, discussing her parents' rejection of Mseleku's lobola proposal. The 25-year-old's parents cited concerns about her incomplete qualification, unemployment, and the relationship issues she and Mseleku have as reasons for their decision. In an interview with 'Independent Media Lifestyle', leading up to the airing of the reality TV show, Kale opened up about the cracks forming in her relationship with Mseleku. The young mother candidly discussed her turbulent relationship with Mseleku, revealing that she was unaware of the cracks forming. 'I honestly didn't see the cracks forming in our relationship,' she said. 'It really seemed solid until it wasn't. The betrayal … wow, I genuinely didn't expect it,' she said. Since the reality show aired, Mseleku and Kale's relationship has been more rocky than rosy, marked by constant disagreements. Mseleku's growing focus on his new relationship with Casela has seemingly taken centre stage, leaving Kale feeling neglected and abandoned, further straining their already tumultuous partnership.

It's a wrap: A look inside Muvhango's final day of filming
The final episode of Muvhango will air in August. Behind the scenes of Muvhango. Picture: Instagram/@muvhangosa SABC's first Tshivenda language soap opera, Muvhango, has officially wrapped production after almost three decades on air. On Thursday, the long-running soapie shared a behind-the-scenes video on social media, giving fans a glimpse into the cast's emotional final day on set. 'I am really emotional since it's the last day. I'm going to miss everybody, including all the departments,' said cast member Wavhudi Lidzengu. Lidzengu joined Muvhango nearly a decade ago at just 17, playing the role of Vhutshilo Mukwevho. Debuting in 1997, Muvhango made history as South Africa's first Tshivenda-language soap opera. It quickly became a cultural staple and a celebration of the indigenous language on mainstream TV. The final episode will air next month, on 8 August. Speaking about the show's cancellation last month, creator and executive producer Duma Ndlovu said it had been a privilege and an honour to create television moments that placed marginalised languages at their centre. 'Muvhango gave an opportunity to an ignored language that has become one of the most celebrated in South Africa now,' he added. SABC CEO Nomsa Chabeli confirmed the news in May, stating that the show would help the channel regain audience share. 'Come August, we are launching a new telenovela called Pimville on SABC2, and based on that, we will be really driving that audience share back to SABC2. 'We're working hard to ensure that the script is relevant and that the storyline does what we need it to do,' she told TV with Thinus. Snoop Dogg becomes co-owner of Championship club Swansea
LONDON - Snoop Dogg has become co-owner of Championship side Swansea City in an unlikely alliance between the world of rap and football, the Welsh club announced. The 53-year-old American star joins former Real Madrid stalwart and Croatia World Cup finalist Luka Modric in the club's ownership structure. Snoop Dogg made a surprise appearance on the club's social media channels last week modelling their new home jersey for the 2025-26 season and the club announced on Thursday that he has become an investor. His involvement comes after American businessmen Brett Cravatt and Jason Cohen took over the club last November. Swansea will hope that Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, can use his 100 million-plus social media followers to boost the club's profile as they seek to return to the Premier League for the first time since they were relegated in 2018. Swansea's owners have said they want to generate greater revenue, which would allow them to invest more in new players under the profit and sustainability rules in British football. The 53-year-old rapper said on the club's website: "My love of football is well known, but it feels special to me that I make my move into club ownership with Swansea City. "The story of the club and the area really struck a chord with me. This is a proud, working class city and club. An underdog that bites back, just like me. "I'm proud to be part of Swansea City." Swansea announced in April that Modric, who this week joined AC Milan at the age of 39 after leaving Real Madrid, had acquired a stake in the club. "To borrow a phrase from Snoop's back catalogue, this announcement is the next episode for Swansea City as we seek to create new opportunities to boost the club's reach and profile," Swansea's owners said in a statement. "Snoop's colossal global fanbase and audience will certainly help us do that, and he has made clear to us throughout this process just how excited he is at the prospect of joining the club. "Snoop has openly shared his love of football and his desire to be involved in the game and we expect his involvement to support us putting as competitive a team as possible out on the field." Swansea's Welsh rivals Wrexham have achieved a meteoric rise to the Championship - the second tier of English football - since Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney purchased the club in 2020.
