Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip 7 has a bigger battery and is still thinner than last year's model

The Galaxy Z Flip 7 is also the first model in the line to come with Samsung DeX, allowing you to use the phone as a workstation. You'll simply have to connect it to a compatible screen for a PC-like experience.
You can now pre-order the Galaxy Z Flip 7 in the US from Samsung's website and retailers nationwide. It'll set you back at least $1,100 and will be widely available starting on July 25. The phone comes in Jet black, Blue Shadow and Coral with 256GB or 512GB in storage. It will also be available in Mint only from Samsung's website. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE, which comes in Black and White with 128GB or 256GB in storage, will set you back at least $900. It's cheaper, but it's pretty much the Z Flip 6 equipped with an Exynos 2400 processor. If you're on a tight budget, Walmart has the MacBook Air (M1) on sale for $599. Yes, this model was released in 2020, but that M1 chipset can still provide enough horsepower for basic Web-based tasks and it's great for young students who aren't editing photos or 4K video. If you can spend a bit more, the current-gen 13-inch MacBook Air (M4) is on sale for $799 at Amazon. This is the deal I'd personally buy because you get a powerful M4 processor coupled with 16GB of RAM. That's enough to get you through four years of college and then some. The new MacBook Air is powered by Apple's latest M4 chipset. It upgrades the camera from 1080p to 12MP with Center Stage support. The M4 chipset also supports dual external monitors, even when you have the laptop's lid open. It packs a 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display (2560 x 1664), Apple's M4 CPU w/ 10-core GPU, 16GB of RAM, and 256GB SSD. Martin: Zuckerberg Buying Right to Spend Like 'Drunken Sailor'
Microsoft Corp., which set a $24.2 billion capital spending record last quarter, plans to drop upwards of $30 billion in the current period. Inc. similarly spent $31.4 billion last quarter, almost double what it dropped a year ago, and is maintaining that level of investment. Google owner Alphabet Inc. raised its capital expenditures guidance this year to $85 billion. Then there's Meta Platforms Inc.: The social networking giant lifted the low end of its forecast for 2025 capital expenditures and projected that costs will continue to grow at an even faster pace next year. Altogether, the four companies are expected to spend more than $344 billion for the year, with much of it going to the data centers necessary to run AI models.
