X Factor star cancels Pride performance almost one year after boyfriend's death
His partner, Oliver Marmon, died aged 33 in August 2024 after tragically falling from a hotel window in Wellingborough just weeks before their wedding.
Marmon's funeral took place in September on what would have been their wedding day, with Hensley writing: 'I will never be ready, I miss you so much! I love you more than I've ever loved any one.'
The singer rose to fame as part of the X Factor boy band Union J – also made up of Josh Cuthbert, JJ Hamlet and George Shelley – who appeared on the reality show in 2012.
Now a solo artist, Hensley was set to perform at Worthing Pride over the weekend (July 4 and 5) but revealed he was pulling out.
He wrote on his story: 'Guys I'm really sorry for those who were coming to see me but for personal reasons I'm unable to perform at Worthing Pride tomorrow.
'I really hope you understand I never cancel unless it is necessary.'
The music artist, who goes by the double-barrelled surname Henlsey-Marmon on social media, has been open about his grief journey on social media since his partner's death.
In a post at the end of June, he shared his bittersweet feelings at going on holiday to Marseille – and shared a clip of a butterfly that stayed with him for 30 minutes.
'Felt tearful this morning, have arrived in Marseille which was the last point me and Oliver did exactly two weeks before he left, went out to the deck and this little guy hasn't left me alone for 30 mins,' he wrote.
Meanwhile, in March, he shared a collection of snaps of him and Marmon over the years to mark 15 years since he asked Marmon to marry him.
'What I wouldn't give to go back to that day just to feel that happiness for one minute again! I miss you so much.
'I'm in love with you more today than I have ever been in my life, but the hardest part is knowing that no matter how hard I wish or want, I will never get to feel the happiness again with you I felt over the last 15 years!' he reflected to his followers.
At the time of Marmon's death, a 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder before later being released. More Trending
In September, an inquest found his cause of death was as a result of 'head injuries pending further testing.'
Marmons' mother also paid tribute to her son at the time calling him 'so special' and her 'best friend'.
She added: 'We spoke every single day. He called me mummy, he used to call me his guardian angel.

'Oliver was so caring, loving, quiet and always put others before himself. He was a very talented hairdresser, and it was a passion he took seriously.'

Love Island Casa Amor boys line-up confirmed and they're all set on the same Islander
Meet the boys entering Love Island's Casa Amor - and they're all fixated on one Islander: Shakira... Casa Amor is back on Love Island and the drama is already heating up. The new boys' line-up has been revealed and all six bombshells have their eyes firmly on one Islander - Shakira. The iconic relationship test kicks off in tonight's episode, promising to shake the villa and push existing couples to their limits with plenty of drama guaranteed. At the end of Friday night's show, viewers got a sneak peek at the girls heading into Casa Amor - including Harry's ex-girlfriend Emma Munro and a former X Factor contestant. Now, the boys set to enter have been confirmed. Chris Starting the Casa Amor line-up is Chris, a 29 year old commercial real estate asset manager from Manchester. He is hoping to get to know Shakira but also has his eyes on Emily and Yasmin. He stated: "I'm physically most interested in Shakira, she's had a bit of a rough time so I think I could go in and make a difference for her." "I like Emily and Yasmin as well, Yasmin has quite an interesting personality, we'd be quite funny together. Emily is very attractive and seems to be very sweet personality wise." Chris, who claims to be a massive One Direction fan, cant wait to get into the villa but has said his biggest flaw is he "losses interest" in people quite quickly. Ty Ty is a 23-year-old sit engineer from Barnsley, just like Chris he's got his eye on Shakira. He claims she needs a 'Northern lad in there' after everything she has been through with Harry. The engineer also feels he is the man who can 'tame' Helena, saying: "Helena is really good looking but she needs taming! I reckon I'm the man for the job." He reckons people will think he's a 'f**kboy' but in reality he says he's an "old school romantic." Martin Next up is Martin, a university graduate from South London who also has his eye on Shakira. Speaking to ITV before entering the villa he said: "I've got my eyes on Shakira, I've had my eyes on her from the start. For her to blossom, she needs someone who knows what they're doing, not someone who is messing her around." The self proclaimed lover boy believes he is different from the other boy's on the show, and he will bring "more of a mature, relaxed vibe and more honesty into the Villa." Jamie Jamie is the next Casa boy hoping to find love inside the villa this summer. The electrical engineer has his eyes on three girls - Toni, Yasmin and Shakira - and is "going to take it by the horns and go for it," not letting anything stop him from getting what he wants. The 26 year old from Barking said his game plan for Casa Amor is: "I definitely want to cause some havoc, I'm going to wear my heart on my sleeve and really get to know the girls." Cach Cash from East London hopes "to make everybody fall in love" with him as he steps into the villa. The 24 year old has his eye on all the girls, but has taken a strong liken towards Shakira, Billykiss and Emily. He works as a professional dancer, but believes he will be the joker of the group, stating: "I think I'm gonna get into trouble, I feel like I'll be the joker of the group! I'll also be the person people come to for advice… and a bit of eye candy at the same time." Boris Last but not least, joining the Casa Amor line up is Boris a 28 year old model from Lkubljana. Although Bori now lives in Dubai, he reckons he will find his next girlfriend inside the villa. He has his head set on getting to know Shakira saying: "I'm super attracted to Shakira, I think she's got a great personality and seems like a good girl. I'm sure we'd get along well and have a good time together, but I need to see in person, it's all about energy. " Before entering the show, he said watching the villa from TV showed him just how naive the girls are, as Harry is playing them all. He expressed: "I think the girls have been a little naive, Harry is playing with them! I hope they come to their minds and realise what's happening, I can definitely help them with that."

Nicole Scherzinger to fulfil childhood dream with solo show at iconic UK venue
Nicole Scherzinger is set to live out a lifelong dream as she prepares for a major solo performance at one of the UK's most legendary venues, marking a milestone moment in her career Nicole Scherzinger will return to the UK with a one-off performance at the Royal Albert Hall. The American singer and actress, who rose to fame as a member of girl group The Pussycat Dolls, will perform on October 6 at the London venue for the concert titled An Evening With Nicole Scherzinger. This comes after the 47-year old won an Olivier award for best actress in a musical for her role as Norma in a West End production of Sunset Boulevard. Former X Factor judge Nicole broke down in tears when accepting the best actress honour for her role on Sunset Boulevard praising her family and fiance Thom Evans for his continued support. She had detailed her upset and frustration at being treated like a pop flop and 'put in a box' for over a decade after the Pussycat Dolls success. The American star now plans to build a movie career and continue stage shows, including creating her own, asserting: "I'd love to do it all." The singer was told applying for stage and screen roles was a 'a waste of time' for over a decade and branded nothing more than a past it girl band star. She said she feels vindicated to have financially banked and created her own solo show, performing show tunes, at small venues across London and the US. Nicole admitted: "This has been a very healing process for me. I always felt like I wasn't living in my full potential and full purpose. I was never happy with myself. It is because I knew I had so much more to give. And this role and this opportunity allowed me to give all of me. It's changed my life. "But it has been hard. It has not been an easy road. I am so grateful that I am able to connect to people on a spiritual and soulful level and I could make a difference in these people's lives. That is exactly what we do it for. So I am thankful." She added: "I am living in my dream. This is my childhood dream come true. I feel like I win every night when people tell me the impact of how my performances impact them. This has been 30 years in the making and I've been working and fighting for this my whole life. The setlist will feature hits from both the West End and pop tracks accompanied by a live band to capture the full range of her career across musical theatre and as a popstar. Days later, the singer will make her debut at Carnegie Hall in New York City followed by a performance at Walt Disney Concert Hall in LA – which she promised fans would be 'nothing short of powerful and magical'. The singer has had a series of top five hits in the UK singles charts as part of The Pussycat Dolls including Don't Cha, Stickwitu and Buttons. Aside from her music and acting career, she is also known as a TV personality including being a judge on The X Factor – where she helped to form the boyband One Direction. She will soon appear as a judge in the upcoming Netflix series Building The Band, where she is joined by the late One Direction singer Liam Payne and former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland as the trio judge attempts by contestants to create a band. Scherzinger was among the stars who performed at the Coronation Concert in the grounds of Windsor Castle in 2023.

Kelly Osbourne engaged as Slipknot boyfriend proposes at final Black Sabbath gig
Kelly Osbourne and her long-term boyfriend, Sid Wilson, are engaged! The TV personality, 40, has known the Slipknot star, 48, since 1999, which is when his band toured with Ozzfest, which was founded by Kelly's famous parents. After striking up a close friendship, they revealed in February 2022 that things had turned romantic, welcoming their son, Sidney, later that year. And in somewhat of a full-circle moment, Sid popped the question backstage at Black Sabbath's final gig this weekend. On Saturday night, Ozzy Osbourne and his bandmates Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward played together for the first time in 20 years, which was made bittersweet by Ozzy bowing out from performing for good. But giving everyone something to celebrate, Sid got down on one knee behind the scenes at Birmingham's Villa Park, where over 40,000 fans—including Hollywood's Jason Momoa—waited to see the rock band. Sharing a video on Instagram, Kelly joked: 'Oh and this happened yesterday!' The clip showed her other half standing in front of Ozzy and his wife, Sharon, preparing to ask the big question. But in true Ozzy style, he couldn't resist a gag, butting in with: 'F**k off, you're not marrying my daughter, are you?' Sid laughed as he addressed Kelly: 'Kelly, you know I love you more than anything. 'Nothing would make me happier than to spend the rest of my life with you.' 'So, in front of your family and all of our friends, Kelly, will you marry me?', he asked her. Overjoyed with the news, Ozzy then asked his future son-in-law for a glimpse at the ring up close while mother of the bride Sharon applauded. Kelly jumped into her husband-to-be's arms with glee as they celebrated. After sharing the news online, Kelly was quickly inundated with congratulatory messages from fans and famous pals. More Trending 'OMG KEL!!! Congraaatttsssss ❤️❤️❤️❤️', commented TV presenter Rylan Clark. 'YAAAAAAY', declared YungBlud. 'Congratulations my love!!!!! ❤️❤️', added Lance Bass. 'Awwwww.
