'I asked him to take it off since there were kids all over and lots of people there I know,' she wrote. 'He protested, and I said it was embarrassing.'
The original poster (OP) said that her brother left the game early, even though she said she clarified, 'It's the hat, not you.'
'AITA [am I the a------], or should a grown man know better than to wear that to a family-friendly place?' the woman asked at the end of her post.
The majority of commenters said that they thought the OP had made a perfectly reasonable request.
'NTA [not the a------],' one person said, adding, 'You weren't being rude. You asked him to take off a hat with profanity at a kids' game. That's a fair request. He's free to wear what he wants, but you're also allowed to ask for respect in a family setting.'
Another person said, 'NTA. It was inappropriate. He needs to grow up.'

On the always hilarious subreddit r/AskReddit, Reddit user u/Equal-Ground2281 asked people to share what silly movie they MUST WATCH every time it's on TV or streaming. The results lead me to believe we all have the same sense of humor: "Robin Hood: Men In Tights." "Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Every time I watch it, I can hear my dad's laugh and him quoting it. Great memories." "Galaxy Quest. Alan Rickman was the best." "Airplane." "The Emperor's New Groove." "My Cousin Vinny." "Blazing Saddles." "Clue." "The Jerk" "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is another for me. Cousin Eddy is so funny." "The Naked Gun." "Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle. Such a stupid and cheesy movie, but their little adventure is fun lol." "Spaceballs." "Police Academy. Man, I am deeply in love with that movie so much so that we watched it in the house almost every day, and I am still watching it on my phone with every opportunity I have." "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles." "Napoleon Dynamite, gosh!" "Tropic Thunder." "Princess Bride." "Young Frankenstein." "Happy Gilmore." "Groundhog Day." "Anchorman." "Pee-wee's Big Adventure." Awesome Trailer For CHAINSAW MAN
Sony Pictures just dropped the official U.S. trailer for Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc , and if you're a fan of devil-slaying chaos and emotional gut-punches, mark your calendar for October 29th. This marks the first time Denji, the chainsaw-headed anti-hero, is hitting the big screen in what looks like a beautifully animated, high-octane expansion of the anime series. The movie is described as an 'epic, action-fueled adventure that continues the hugely popular anime series.' In the story, 'Denji worked as a Devil Hunter for the yakuza, trying to pay off the debt he inherited from his parents, until the yakuza betrayed him and had him killed. 'As he was losing consciousness, Denji's beloved chainsaw-powered devil-dog, Pochita, made a deal with Denji and saved his life. This fused the two together, creating the unstoppable Chainsaw Man. 'Now, in a brutal war between devils, hunters, and secret enemies, a mysterious girl named Reze has stepped into his world, and Denji faces his deadliest battle yet, fueled by love in a world where survival knows no rules.' Directed by Chainsaw Man series veteran Tatsuya Yoshihara, with a script by Hiroshi Seko and animation by MAPPA, the film dives deep into one of the manga's most fan-favorite arcs. Enjoy the trailer!
