Ex-Premier League ace signs deal for I'm A Celeb All Stars 11 years after being first star kicked off show

The Sun2 days ago
FORMER Premier League ace Jimmy Bullard is to appear on I'm A Celebrity All Stars.
The ex-Fulham midfielder, 46, who later hosted Sky's Soccer AM, has negotiated a deal to take part in the Ant and Dec-hosted ITV series.
1
It comes after the Sun on Sunday previously revealed Harry Redknapp, former West Ham manager, where Bullard played in the youth team, has also signed up.
Jimmy, famous for his catchphrase 'Football's always the winner', originally took part in I'm A Celeb back in 2014 and had a lads' 'bromance' with eventual winner Racing superbike champ Carl Fogarty, 60.
A source said: 'Jimmy had a brilliant time in the original series he took part in and it really opened the door to his broadcasting career.
'He was voted off first last time and he felt he had a lot more to give.
"Now he's got the chance to get stuck in again, although he's a bit older so he is worried he might find it harder to rough it.
'His banter is still on top form though. Producers are hopeful he'll have a bromance with Harry Redknapp, who is also taking part.'
All Stars will be filmed this autumn in South Africa and be screened in the New Year - after the main version of the I'm A Celebrity show in Australia goes out in November and December.
Other celebs taking part in the All Stars version include Strictly love rat Seann Walsh, 39, and Towie star Gemma Collins, 44, who lasted only three days in 2014.
All Stars last aired in 2023 when singer Myleene Klass won and it was filmed in South Africa's Kruger National Park.
ITV declined to comment.

The Irishman's angle in driving the scrum has been called out by fans before, but reached an apex on social media during this defeat, with some onlookers in disbelief at what he was able to get away with by referee Nika Amashukeli's whistle in the loss, but fans online are still dismayed by what he was able to get away with. Just hours after the match, one user on X shared an aerial image of Porter's scrummaging, which appeared to demonstrate his unusual driving angle. Article continues below 'Porter up to his normal tricks again yesterday," they wrote. "And the most astonishing thing is? It was the Aussies who got penalised in this scrum!' Content cannot be displayed without consent This post sparked plenty of healthy debate, with another user musing 'Not even Shane Warne got that much turn in Australia!' ‌ Another fan wrote: 'How Porter is allowed to scrummage at that angle is beyond me. Should be a penalty almost every scrum." "Andrew Porter would never win a scrum if he was forced to scrum straight," said another. "Nika allowing him to scrum skew just to get the ball out.' 'I'm sorry but Andrew Porter on those aerial views is a ****** criminal for the way he binds down to scrum," was the view of another fan. "WOW. And they are all in front of the referee!!!' ‌ But despite the fume from some, there were a few onlookers that did offer some support to Porter. Former referee Nigel Owens wrote: 'Although I am not disputing either way with you on this image, you can only make an accurate call if you see the whole sequence in motion, not just a still image.' Porter was eventually taken off just after half-time and was replaced with Ellis Genge, but some felt even his replacement was guilty of attempting to manipulate the scrum laws. Article continues below "I noticed it consistently across all three games from both Porter and Genge. To the point where it felt like they'd been deliberately coached to do it."

David Moyes reveals injury concern and disappointment with two Everton stars

David Moyes admits he has been disappointed with both Beto and James Garner during Everton's pre-season, as he reveals an injury concern ahead of the new campaign. It has been a difficult summer for the Toffees in what should be an exciting time for the club as they move into their new stadium under new ownership. The squad is thin after the likes of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Abdoulaye Doucoure, Mason Holgate and Ashley Young all left at the end of their contracts and signings have been slow to arrive. Carlos Alcaraz has made his loan move permanent and both Thierno Barry and Adam Aznou have arrived, but Moyes would like more arrivals before the season begins in two weeks. The Scotsman's frustrations are not limited to the transfer market, however, as he has voiced his unhappiness with a couple of players. Speaking before Everton's 2-2 friendly draw with Manchester United on Sunday, Moyes called out striker Beto, saying: 'I've been a bit disappointed with Beto and I've told him. We're needing a bit more and he can do more and he has done more. 'So we're hoping we can get a bit more from him, but he's a really honest working lad and I'm sure he'll try and prove that tonight.' Beto played 60 minutes of the match in Atlanta before being replaced by summer signing Barry, who he will be competing with to play up front this season. The Toffees boss also admitted he had been underwhelmed by the performances of James Garner so far this summer, but that changed thanks to his display against his former club on Sunday. 'I've actually been pretty disappointed in Jimmy in the early games in pre-season, but not tonight,' said the manager. 'Tonight, I thought he played really well and he actually went all of the distance. 'But you've got to remember, we've played Jimmy Garner at right wing-back because we've not had other people to do the job. Jimmy's a bit more flexible but we played him a little bit deeper and I thought as the game went on, he was the one who was still chugging along and I was pleased with him.' While Moyes was pleased to see James Tarkowski back in the team after injury and suggested Jarrad Branthwaite will soon be available again, there was less good news about Nathan Patterson. The defender has featured on the American tour but was not involved against the Red Devils, with the manager revealing he has a fitness concern. 'Nathan has got hernia symptoms,' said Moyes. 'Whether it means he's got a hernia or not, we're not sure, but we'll have him assessed on Tuesday after we get back.' Results-wise, Everton's pre-season has not been good, with Sunday's draw coming after defeats to West Ham, Bournemouth and Blackburn Rovers. More Trending Their final pre-season game comes on Saturday at home to Roma before their Premier League campaign begins at Leeds United on Monday August 18. On the prospect of new signings before then, Moyes said: 'I think there'll be deals next week. I think we're getting much closer. But I felt that four or five weeks ago as well. 'Obviously, we're getting near the tickly bits and we've got to get some things done.' Which fans are the hardest done by? Sky Bet reveals all with new data - and explains which supporters have it EASIEST

Sky Bet have settled one of social media's biggest football debates: which fans are the hardest done by. Backed by data experts Opta, they have analysed 13 main categories of data from the last five seasons for all 92 league clubs. From last-minute losses to ex-players coming back to haunt you, these are 13 different ways football can ruin your weekend. The report then surveyed hundreds of match-going fans to find out which stats carried the most sting. It's science - five seasons worth of data, multiplied by emotion - how awful that category is. The result? A never-before-seen league table ranking every fanbase in England - from the ones who've had it worst, to those who've had it best. The research reveals: • Arsenal fans have had the easiest ride of all Premier League supporters, ranking 88th. Across the country, only Chesterfield and Wrexham fans have had it easier. • Spurs fans are 60 positions worse off than Arsenal, coming 28th • Man City and Liverpool fans are also placed to be enjoying a smooth journey in the bottom 10, aka least hard done by. • Southampton supporters top the chart as the most suffering fanbase in England's top four divisions • Manchester United land mid-table at 44th, but they were the hardest done by in one category - the most-rained on supporters Kevin Brain, Head of Social and Content at Sky Betting and Gaming said, 'With our Start of Season campaign, 'Not for Everyone. For the Fans,' Sky Bet is celebrating the true spirit of football fandom. Partnering with SPORTbible's Hardest Done By Report lets us reward the passion, loyalty and resilience that make being a fan so special.' The data also threw out some interesting quirks that can be found below: • Due to having the ball in play for almost 15 minutes more per game, Man City fans watch 2 hours, 26 minutes, and 34 seconds more football than Accrington Stanley fans - despite playing eight games less! • The Premier League dominates the "errors leading to goals" stat, with 11 of the 18 worst offenders coming from the English top-flight, including Chelsea and Liverpool • Based on average motorway speeds, Plymouth fans have to drive for 80 minutes to see their team earn a single point. Arsenal fans travel for less than 30 minutes per point
