Noughties pop star shocks as he impersonates King Charles having sex with Queen Camilla in new stage show
HEAR'SAY's Noel Sullivan risks the wrath of the Royal Family as he impersonates King Charles romping on stage with a Queen Camilla impersonator. The former pop star took off his trousers and was seen in Union Jack boxer shorts while performing a rendition of Dua Lipa's Physical in a new stage show in London. 5 Noel Sullivan risks the wrath of the Royal Family as he impersonates King Charles romping on stage with a Queen Camilla impersonator Credit: Supplied 5 The former pop star took off his trousers and was seen in Union Jack boxer shorts Credit: Supplied 5 Noel was in band Hear'Say Credit: Alamy During the shocking routine, he lay on top of her and simulated a sex position. He is playing the monarch in The Diana Mixtape, which sees drag queens Priyanka, Kitty Scott-Claus, Courtney Act, Divina Di Campo and Rose tell the story of the late Princess Diana. The show also stars The Greatest Showman and Wicked actress Keala Settle as Queen Elizabeth II, covering Kelly Rowland's Commander and Meghan Trainor's Mother. Kitty Scott-Claus, who was on RuPaul's Drag Race UK on the BBC in 2021, insisted they were celebrating Diana with the show, despite turning her story into a musical comedy. She told the crowd: 'Let's face it, she would have f***ing loved to have had a drag show about herself.' The show, which is running at Here @ Outernet in central London until August 10 before transferring to Salford, features a series of pop songs which are equated to Diana's life. One drag queen sang Demi Lovato's Sorry Not Sorry in a scene about Diana's 'revenge dress', while another performed the Miley Cyrus song Can't Be Tamed as she broke free from the control of the royals. Noel once met King Charles in 2001 after performing at Party in the Park in aid of his charity, then known as The Prince's Trust. He was part of the pop group Hear'Say alongside Kym Marsh, Myleene Klass, Suzanne Shaw and Danny Foster, topping the charts with their debut single Pure and Simple. Speaking this week about potentially reuniting to celebrate their 25th anniversary next year, Myleene said: 'I keep on saying 'never say never', because you never know now. 'If I say no, then this will be played out across the arena.' Strictly's Nikita wows on stage with his own dance show 5 Mock Camilla smoke a cigarette on stage Credit: Supplied

The completely free streaming service that 'rivals Netflix' with 30,000 titles
Netflix and Amazon Prime Video might be home to hundreds of popular shows and movies, but what if we told you there's a way to stream critically acclaimed content for free? For the low, low price of absolutely nothing, you can access thousands of incredible dramas, comedies, and documentaries using the free streaming service Kanopy. The catch? You do need a library card to sign up, but as Arthur taught a generation of kids, 'having fun isn't hard when you've got a library card.' In all seriousness, Kanopy is home to a range of hugely popular shows to sink your teeth into, including black comedy anthology Inside No 9, hit crime drama Happy Valley, and political comedy The Thick of It. Olivia Humphrey, CEO and founder of Kanopy, previously called the streaming service 'the Netflix of education', explaining that she started the business in 2008 to '[encourage] students to engage with video' and '[change] the way academics are teaching and the way students are learning'. Since then, it's grown to become a thrifty TV lover's dream, boasting 30,000 titles. The service's film offering is particularly impressive, with classic cinema, independent films, documentaries and more. Recent big releases available include movie musical Wicked, Oscar Best Picture winner Anora and the latest Bridget Jones film, Mad About the Boy. There's also classic favourites like 13 Going on 30 and Clueless, as well as plenty of under-the-radar gems such as Universal Language, a surreal comedy that received rave reviews at Cannes Film Festival last year. For TV, there's a huge collection of popular BBC Studios titles to binge. This includes comedies like This Country and Here We Go, period dramas Pride & Prejudice, Emma and Sense & Sensibility, the crime dramas Sherwood and Death in Paradise, as well as the critically acclaimed Boiling Point, starring Stephen Graham, and the much-loved Call the Midwife. Kanopy is only available through libraries, and you need to be a member of a participating one to watch. If that's the case, you can sign up by visiting and entering your library card number. Users can also sign up with a valid university login. To find out if your library has made Kanopy available, visit the map here. To find out which universities use Kanopy, search for it here. Kanopy doesn't charge its users, because the public library or university covers all costs. This means that, unlike with other free streaming services, Kanopy users can watch without any adverts. Plex – This service allows users to store their own video files and organise them into a library, but it also offers free-to-stream live TV channels. There is a catch, however. Kanopy users will be supplied with a set number of 'tickets' per month by their library, meaning there's a limited number of shows and movies they can watch. The Kanopy website explains that tickets reset on the first day of the month, and unused tickets won't roll over to the next month. Different titles require different numbers of tickets to watch, but some titles require zero tickets and can be watched an unlimited number of times. Users can find these by using the '0 tickets' search filter. TV fans have heaped praise on the service, with one Reddit user sharing: 'Kanopy is the greatest free resource for any film lover', to which another replied 'Kanopy is an incredible resource. My library offers eight movies a month and usually has a pretty good rotating selection.' More Trending And one user said: 'Kanopy has a wild library of godsend titles, a very underrated streaming service.' Meanwhile, PC Mag's 2023 review of Kanopy gave it an 'excellent' 4.5 out of five star rating, describing it as 'a top-tier streaming video service that offers a wealth of independent, ad-free educational and entertainment content.' The 6 best free things to do in London this weekend
Now that July has come to a close and payday has landed, it's going to be all too tempting to splash out in London over the next few days. We wouldn't blame you, of course – there are all sorts of fantastic festivals, shows and events happening across the city this weekend that are absolutely worth spending your hard earned cash on. But in the event that you're trying to keep spending to a minimum – maybe you're saving up to splurge on one final summer holiday, or so that you can go ham at one last day fest later in the month – we've got your back. Being frugal doesn't have to mean days spent idle and bored in your bedroom. Here are great six things you can do to fill up your weekend in London without spending a penny. 📍 Things to do in London this weekend. The best free things to do in London this weekend, August 1-3 1. Head to Soho for a street party hosted by Ronnie Scott's Legendary Soho jazz club Ronnie Scott's knows a thing or two about staging a good party, so this summer it's making use of the (hopefully!) sunny weather and taking things outside for a good old-fashioned street party Visitors will be regaled by a stellar line-up of UK jazz acts including tuba virtuoso Theon Cross, genre-blending band Cosmic Fusion and pioneering mento, ska, reggae, and jazz collective Jazz Jamaica. None other than Time Out's reigning Londoner of the Year, DJ AG, kicking off proceedings, and visitors can also take part in a host of family-friendly activities, with outdoor bars and street food vendors on hand to keep them fed and watered. Frith Street, W1D 4HT. Sat Aug 2. Free. 2. Settle down for an open-air movie With the sun set to make a glorious return this weekend, get your hands on some picky bits and a couple of tinned cocktails before making a beeline for one of London's two free outdoor cinema pop-ups. This weekend there's the family favourite Inside Out 2 and life-affirming Bollywood hit 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' at Canary Wharf's Summer Screens and over at Everyman on the Canal at King's Cross, there are 12 movies being shown from Friday to Sunday, including Finding Nemo, Encanto, Roman Holiday and Little Women. No need to book, just turn up early to bag yourself a decent seat. Various locations. Throughout summer. Free. 3. Stomp your feet at the Southbank Centre's summer festival 'Dance Your Way Home' is the Southbank Centre's big festival of the year and it's all about the type of ordinary, messy dancing we do in kitchens and bars rather than the rarified kind that happens on the stages of the Royal Opera House. That means that there's a big focus on getting normal folk on the floor, but if you're feeling shy there's plenty of stuff you can watch, too. On Saturday there's a free programme of classes, performances and DJ sets based around Brazilian and Afro-Cuban dance. Then on Sunday there's the Tomorrow's Warriors Extraordinary Summer Showcase, a line-up of London's finest up-and-coming jazz artists from the same programme that nurtured the likes of Ezra Collective, Moses Boyd and Nubya Garcia. Southbank Centre, SE1 8XX. Sat Aug 2-Sun Aug 3. Free. 4. Discover the Future of Food at the Science Museum Food is an unending feature of our day-to-day lives. But how often do you stop to think about how radically different our plates look to those of our ancestors, or how climate change will force us to eat differently in the future? This new free exhibition at the Science Museum looks food's past, present and future, featuring artefacts like a 3,500-year-old loaf of bread and fascinating projects like Norway's ice-cold seed vault and the first beef steak to be grown outside a cow. It also showcases community-led sustainability projects going on around the world and it invites visitor to get involved themselves, with a multiplayer game where you can cook up your own future for food. Science Museum, SW7 2DD. Until Jan 4. Free. 5. Honour National Spritz Day at Big Penny Social Winter has Christmas and New Year, spring has Easter and summer... has National Spritz Day. Walthamstow's Big Penny Social, has teamed up with Aperol to mark the occasion with a free party featuring a golden hour DJ set at its outdoor urban beach, Walthamstow-on-Sea, merch giveaways and a two-for-one deal on Aperol, Campari, Sarti, Limoncello and Nectarine spritzes all day and night. 1 Priestley Way, E17 6AL. Fri Aug 1. Free entry. 6. Explore contemporary beauty standards at Somerset House This Black Mirror -esque exhibition at Somerset House examines 'Instagram face', CGI influencers, AI sex dolls and more in its exploration beauty in the digital age.
