EXCLUSIVE Love Island's Megan Forte Clarke is 'raging' after seeing how producers edited the show - but regrets ending her romance with Tommy Bradley after reducing him to tears
The Dublin-born Islander, 24, told MailOnline she was heartbroken after seeing love interest Tommy Bradley break down in tears because she kissed co-star Conor Phillips behind his back.
But the contestant, who was dramatically voted out of the ITV2 show last week after the public ranked her their least favourite female, insists the sequence of events were manipulated and she was unfairly portrayed in the worst possible light.
Megan was coupled up with Tommy, 22, by chance during the show's launch and the pair appeared to only have eyes for each other until the theatre performer developed a new connection with Conor.
She was filmed passionately kissing the rugby player on the terrace and they later spent an intimate night in the private Hideaway as Tommy sobbed to his co-stars.
Viewers, who sympathised with Tommy and voted in their thousands to eliminate Megan, even branded the reality star a 'bully' despite cast members being encouraged to act on their feelings in the TV villa.

She was filmed passionately kissing the rugby player on the terrace and they later spent an intimate night in the private Hideaway as Tommy sobbed to his co-stars
Megan said: 'Obviously, seeing Tommy cry and then it cuts to me and Conor kissing on the terrace, I can understand why people are raging, I was raging.
'But obviously it didn't play out like that in real life. It broke my heart. That was the last thing I wanted, to see him upset.
'After the events happened, you could see he was having a laugh. We clashed on the way we handled things... he's a lot more levelheaded and I let my anger get the best of me.
'I didn't like seeing him upset at all because he is an absolute angel. It's not good he has been upset and broken down but the fact he feels comfortable enough with the boys speaks volumes for their friendship.'
Megan and Tommy were predicted to be Love Island finalists or even the winners of this series after quickly forming a close bond.
But tensions between the couple over trust and rumours which had circulated in the villa came between them, with Megan feeling as though Tommy didn't take her word for gospel.
Now, the star says she feels regretful following the way she handled arguments between herself and Tommy and wishes she could have remained more composed, which may have salvaged their connection.
She was coupled up with Tommy before pursuing her feelings for Conor, which ultimately led the public to the vote against her during the latest poll
Rugby player Conor was left in tears after saying goodbye to Megan yet he chose to remain in the villa despite the pair's growing connection
She said: 'I am happy that I pursued things with Conor because it always would have been a what if but with the Tommy situation, I could have handled myself better.
I was in a very angry head space with Tommy. When you hear all of the he said/she said you can get very wound up and quite easily in there because there isn't a much else going on.
'Unfortunately, Tommy got the brunt of that. My temper got to me... I probably just needed to take a deep breath.
'It is so hard to navigate because obviously we're in the villa saying we're all open but then you do get jealous, it's weird territory. Everything happens for a reason doesn't it.'
To the viewers it appeared as though Conor's pursuit of Megan came out of nowhere given he was happily coupled up with Welsh bombshell Emily Moran.
But Megan says her relationship with Conor was being formed for weeks in scenes which didn't make the show's edit.
She said: 'Me and Conor had been speaking since day one it just wasn't necessarily shown so he was always in the picture but when Emily came in and he was also getting to know Toni as well, it just fizzed out.
'When he picked it back up, I was shocked as you probably could see bu it was the time to explore it.'
The Irish contestant, who was compared to Maura Higgins ahead of her villa entrance, says she would fly back to Mallorca for a second chance at love in a heartbeat - but will be watching closely watching Conor's behaviour as to whether they pick up from where they left off.
She said: 'Conor was really upset when I left and he was giving it all, I don't know what to do. But I didn't want him to leave, I didn't know what was going to happen and we only had a couple of days properly together.
'I wouldn't want him to make a rash decision out of emotion, but we shall see how he behaves, if someone comes in fair enough but as of now, I think there is something there so I will see how it goes.
'I will definitely be watching the show but not for too long because the FOMO gets me, I want to be in there, but I have to see the girls and their best bits and how they are getting on with the boys.
In tonight's instalment of Love Island, two bombshells enter the villa and Conor is invited onto a date by new arrival Billykiss, who's a content creator, also from Dublin.
When asked how she feels about the latest bombshells, Megan said: 'I'm like Conor, please stay away, don't forget me!'

The comedian joked about a dumped islander returning - but it didn't go well. 'I'll be honest, it was, perhaps, a misjudgement by me'. Love Island wouldn't be the same without the wry commentary from Iain Stirling. In fact he is such a fixture that he is also pulling double duty this summer - and offering his witty narration on the American version. ITV2's iconic reality show has been such a hit since it debuted a decade ago that it has unsurprisingly led to plenty of spin-offs. It includes Love Island USA, which is now in its seventh season. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad Iain Stirling took over narration duties for the show back in its fourth series - and has been a fan favourite. However one of his recent jokes did not go down well and he has had to apologise. But what exactly happened? Here's all you need to know: Love Island USA narrator apologises to fans over joke Love Island narrator (R) Iain Stirling |for MTV The action may have kicked-off in the Mallorca villa for the original ITV2 version of the show - but the American spin-off is also taking place at the same time. The Peacock series started in June and is continuing right now. Unlike the British version, it is filmed in Fiji instead of on a Spanish island. But it does have a familiar voice in the form of narrator Iain Stirling. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad He is equally beloved for his witty comments and jokes about the islanders, but he ruffled feathers of fans with a fake-out recently. Stirling joked that beloved-but-dumped islander Jeremiah Brown was returning as a waiter for two other contestants who were on a date. Fans were not happy when this didn't turn out to be the case, as they were hopeful that he was about to make a comeback. Speaking to E! News, Iain said: 'I'll be honest, it was, perhaps, a misjudgement by me. 'I genuinely thought people would appreciate the nod to him, because we very rarely talk about it, but if you think about it, it's an unwritten rule that I never really joke about the islanders once they've gone. I'll maybe do a joke as they're leaving. So it's a big deal.' He continued: 'It was a genuine statement of love that I mentioned Jeremiah after he'd already left the show. I thought people would be, 'Oh, that's funny.' He was such an intrinsic part of the show. Some people did take it as such, and then some people sadly didn't, and I apologize to those people.' Rachel Brosnahan stuns in a glittering cut-out red dress as her co-star David Corenswet sweetly kisses her hand at Superman fan event in London
Rachel Brosnahan stunned in a glittering cut-out red dress as she led the stars at a Superman fan event in London on Wednesday night. The American actress, 34, who plays Lois Lane in the film, commanded attention in the tight number which showed off her toned figure. Her co-star David Corenswet - who takes on the role of Superman - sweetly kissed her hand as they posed on the red carpet. They were also joined by other leading man Nicholas Hoult who continued to show off his dyed blonde locks. The British actor, 35, plays Lex Luthor in the new Superman movie and has been promoting the film over the last few days across the globe. Since his breakout E4 role 2007 Nicholas has sported dark, short hair - but the father-of-two has switched up his look for bleached locks. It comes just days after Nicholas revealed his 'worryingly' dangerous hobby of racing Ferraris and said he has to often reassure film bosses. Nicholas explained just how terrifying his love of speed can be. The father-of-two told The Daily Mirror: 'The fastest I drove was at the Circuit of the Americans in Texas, we hit about 170mph'. 'I was trying not to glance down because you might miss something. Going in a straight line fast isn't the worrying bit. 'It's going around the corners, that's when things can go wrong'. Nicholas often shares his love for racing to Instagram alongside snaps of himself posing alongside numerous Ferrari supercars. In one gushing post he said: 'Since I was a kid I loved racing, I grew up watching F1 with my dad and now I get to share the passion with my boy. Never thought I'd get the chance to drive myself, dream come true.' Nicholas is wed to stunning model Bryana Holly, 31, and together the fiercely private couple share son Joaquin, six, and another child born in 2022. She looked incredible in the one-shoulder dress as she posed up a storm Leading man David wore a dapper black suit and red bow tie Last year he confirmed the couple were married after sparking speculation when he referred to her as his 'wife'. The couple, who rarely make public appearances together, officially began dating in 2016 after meeting in Los Angeles. Warner Bros. released a new trailer for Superman earlier this month, as fans flocked to pick up their tickets just as they went on sale, seemingly at a record pace. Amazon announced also a special offer for Prime members to see Superman a few days before its July 11 release, with early screenings on July 8. With the trailer's debut on Wednesday, it was also announced by Fandango that the Prime early screenings were the ticket retailer's best first-day ticket pre-sales of 2025. Fans have not been hesitating to scoop up their own tickets for the July 11 release, with many taking to social media to show off their ticket purchases. Early box office projections have already been quite huge, with early numbers suggesting it could open between $154 million and $175 million. If this record pace continues, it could be even higher, as fans have continued to express their excitement on social media all day on Wednesday after the new trailer dropped. The trailer begins with a massive skyscraper falling and Superman (David Corenswet) swooping in to stop it from hitting the ground as we hear Lex Luthor (Nicholas) detailing his plan to destroy the Man of Steel. Luthor and his minions are seen destroying Superman's Fortress of Solitude, while we also see Superman/Clark Kent making out with Lois Lane (Rachel Brosnahan), along with shots of his parents (Pruitt Taylor Vince, Neva Howell). Droids are seeing picking up a battered Superman and taking him to the Fortress, along with shots of Superman in battle with Luthor's various henchfolk. One particular shot fans have been cheering for shows Superman and his beloved dog Krypto the Superdog battle an enemy, literally punching his teeth out and hitting the camera lens, breaking the proverbial 'fourth wall.' Superman is also see clashing with the abrasive Green Lantern character Guy Gardner (Nathan Fillion), who challenges him to, 'make a move, big blue.' More shots show people all over the world rooting for Superman, which infuriates Luthor, who says, 'They chose him, let them die.'
