Loose Women and I'm A Celebrity star Sue was central to the show for two and a half decades said goodbye in June.
When her exit was confirmed she said: 'I've had 25 privileged years of working on Coronation Street.'
'The door is still firmly open, but as I reached my 60th year, I decided it was time to embrace change, look for new adventures, and live fearlessly.'
Colson Smith as Craig Tinker
After 14 years, Corrie decided to also write out police officer Craig, with the actor sharing his love for the show on social media following the decision, which was delivered to him last year.
He said: 'I've loved every single second of my 14-year stay as a resident on the greatest street in the world. I feel incredibly lucky to have grown up in, on and around Coronation Street.
'I've learnt pretty much everything about life from the people who call it home. I'm excited to play out the exit story for our Craigy. For me, this is just the end of the beginning.
'I genuinely can't wait to see what chapter 2 has in store for me. Long live the cobbles!'
Charlotte Jordan as Daisy Midgeley
After a very busy four years on the show, Daisy departed in the back of a taxi, with Charlotte keen to try other projects.
She said in a statement: 'My time at Coronation Street is something I'll always cherish.
'After a brilliant four years for Daisy, it's time for me to start a new chapter and explore other opportunities.
'It's been a privilege to be part of a wonderful institution with even more wonderful colleagues who have taught me so much.'
Shelley King as Yasmeen Metcalfe
After 10 years, Yasmeen also departed the cobbles - in a somewhat muted exit scene.
Following her departure, actress Shelley bid farewell in an emotional video posted to Corrie's social media accounts.
'I've been so privileged to be living in number six, I've had the most wonderful time,' she said.
'I'm very sad to be leaving, I just felt I'd have to try going back to the stage, maybe try to refresh Yasmeen.'
She continued: 'We're very close, Yas and I. So as you probably know, Yas is going to do other things – she will not say goodbye.
'She will say, as the French do, 'à bientôt', which means 'see you soon'.
Paddy Bever as Max Turner
'After much reflection and in an incredibly difficult decision, I have chosen to step away from Max, and Coronation Street , to explore new opportunities. I have been surrounded by such kindness and support every step of the way, Paddy, 22, said in a statement.
His final scenes aired in March, having been carted off to a prison in Durham.
Sue Devaney as Debbie Webster
Fans have been left distraught at news of Debbie's upcoming departure, with the character being written out as part of a storyline focusing on dementia.
A source told Metro: 'It's one of the show's biggest storylines of the year, and a real chance for Sue to finally get her time in the spotlight – it will just be devastating for fans that it will effectively be her final storyline.
'It's one of many major storylines new boss Kate Brooks has in the bag, and there will not be a dry eye in the house.
'There is no doubt in the Corrie family that she will give the performance of a lifetime and make Debbie's exit one to remember for years.'
Debbie will be on our screens until 2027.
Adam Hussain as Aadi Alahan
Taking to Instagram, Adam announced his departure with a sweet post.
'I guess the secrets out now! As some of you may have heard, I will be leaving Coronation Street for new pastures,' the actor penned, alongside a recent photo of the full Corrie cast.
'Over the 5 years I've spent there I have learned so much about the world and the industry and now feel I am ready to spread my wings a little. I have made friends that will last a lifetime and will surely miss such a special family!
'This isn't a farewell for Aadi however, more like a see you later!
Daniel Brocklebank as Billy Mayhew
After 11 years, it's off up to the heavens above for Billy, as an explosive death story has been teased following the announcement of the character's axing.
Discussing his departure, Daniel said: 'I have been working on Corrie for a quarter of my life. I have adored every minute I have been in that building and have never not look forward to going into work.
He added: 'I love everyone who works on this show and whilst I am sad to be going, I am equally excited to see what the future holds.'
Producer of the show Kate Brooks noted: 'Billy will be involved in a major storyline over the coming months, which will see him tested in ways he never imagined, as friendships and his faith are pushed to the limit.
'We're incredibly sad to bid farewell to Dan, who has been fantastic in some of Corrie's biggest storylines over the past few years, most notably Paul's MND.
'An actor of immeasurable talent and skill, and an absolute treasure behind the scenes – he will be missed by all of us on the cobbles.'

The historic Soho coffee shop that makes the best negronis in London, according to cocktail experts
The best time of day is surely aperitivo hour. Luckily, you won't have to be sunning yourself on the Amalfi Coast to get a bit of la dolce vita this summer, because London is home to a fabulous number of Italian bars and restaurants serving up delicious spritz, salty snacks and, of course, negronis. So where should you go in the city to find the best concoction of gin, Campari and vermouth? Time Out asked seven bar experts – including Tayer + Elementary 's Monica Berg, Carina Soto Velásquez from Hackney cocktail bar Equal Parts, and co-owner of Three Sheets Max Venning – to name the number one negroni in the capital. According to the experts, London's best negroni can be found at Bar Italia, an Italian coffee shop with a super late licence in Soho. Kicking back with a negroni at this authentic caff is less about fancy ingredients or innovative twists, and more about soaking up the vibes. 'If you want a negroni like how you'd have it in Italy, go to a divey place like Bar Italia,' said Missy Flynn, cocktail expert and co-founder of the American-inspired Rita's in Soho. 'The negroni is so simple, the most important thing is to have the right ratio and enough dilution. Most simple Italian restaurants and cafés should make a good one.' 'Bar Italia is somewhere you can go after work. It's inexpensive, you can just stop in and have one outside. It's fun.' Mixologist Mr Lyan also said some of the best negronis could be found at London's casual Italian eateries, particularly Bar Italia. 'The good thing about a negroni is it's fairly bulletproof,' he said. 'Bar Italia in Soho is ace for grabbing one, it feels really stripped back and you can enjoy the simplicity of what it is.' Honourable mentions go to runners up Tayer + Elementary in Shoreditch and Bar Termini in Soho, which both received two nominations from our expert panel. The tiny wood-panelled Soho spot Bar Termini was recommended by Monica Berg and Carina Soto Velásquez. As a negroni specialist, Termini is known for serving innovative twists on the classic drink. Be warned: these bevvies come strong, as they are served straight up in coupettes. Both Gabriel Pryce from Rita's and Mr Lyan shouted our Old Street cocktail bar Tayer + Elementary for its unusual and 'genius' takes on the negroni, which include flavours like rhubarb and vetiver. Also nominated for the best negroni in London was steak restaurant Hawksmoor for its cherry version of the tipple, chosen by Stephanie Randle-Solley from Exale Brewing. St John Smithfield was named the best place to sip the drink by Max Venning, and Swift 's Coral Anderson said the capital's best was found at Frank's, the French-styled bar underneath the St James's brasserie Maison François.

Zara and Mike Tindall's surprise relative who was 'dead against' their marriage
King Charles' niece Zara Tindall is celebrating her 14th wedding anniversary today, but at the time of her wedding to former rugby player Mike in 2011, one member of the family expressed their doubts about their relationship King Charles ' niece Zara is celebrating her 14th wedding anniversary with her husband Mike Tindall today. After first meeting in 2003, the couple will no doubt be celebrating the milestone anniversary in a special way. But despite Zara and Mike being beloved members of the royal family, there was one person who had major doubts about their wedding before they got hitched in 2011. Princess Anne 's daughter and the former rugby player tied the knot in a stunning ceremony in Edinburgh surrounded by their nearest and dearest, which included the late Queen and Princess Kate and Prince William, who themselves had tied the knot just months earlier. The newlyweds emerged from the Scottish capital's Canongate Kirk after the service, Zara and I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here star Mike, shared a kiss and looked blissfully happy as they set off for their reception at Holyroodhouse. Despite the couple looking loved up and happy on their big day, one relative was 'dead against' their union: Mike's grandmother. Mike's dad Philip revealed the doubts of the grandmother in an interview in 2020 and explained she feared Zara's royal status could pose a problem, but the family at large soon realised they had nothing to worry about. He told the Sunday Times: "Linda's mum [Mike's grandmother] was dead against it. In her day, royalty married royalty and she thought the wedding would be shunned. But right from the start the whole family was just lovely." Sadly, Mike's grandmother never got to meet Zara but his dad said he knows she would have approved of her grandson's wife. He added: "I know she'd have loved her as much as we do because she and Mike are perfect for each other." Speaking about their romance, Mike previously said of his royal wife: "I've never been in love before, but Zara is the love of my life. No doubt." The couple were introduced to each other with the help of Prince Harry in 2003 at the Rugby World Cup in Australia. They announced their engagement in 2010, tying the knot just months later. At the star-studded wedding, Zara wore a stunning wedding dress by Stewart Parvin - a favourite designer of her grandmother the late Queen. In 2014, they welcomed their first child, a daughter called Mia who is 11 years old, and have another daughter called Lena, aged seven. In 2021 they welcomed their first son, Lucas Philip, with Zara giving birth on the bathroom floor at their home in Gloucestershire. Former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond told the Mirror the secret to their strong marriage, as she explained: "I think Mike and Zara have everything going for them, they are clearly still madly in love, they don't take themselves or life too seriously, and they know how to have a whole load of fun. "Probably more important than any of that, they are really good friends. And that's really how it started, 22 years ago. They met in Australia, bonded over a love of sport - and went out for a boozy lunch. 'We realised we both like to get smashed', Mike later said! "It didn't hurt that Zara was, and remains, an extremely beautiful woman, and Mike has the rugged looks of an international rugby star. They are both huge favourites in the royal family, lighting up any occasion with their vivacious good humour."

Loose Women pulled from screens all week as troubled talk show dealt another blow in ITV schedule shake-up
Loose Women has been pulled from our screens all week as part of another ITV schedule shake-up. The programme usually airs on the popular channel straight after This Morning at 12:30pm and wraps up an hour later. But this week ITV are covering the Goodwood Races between 1pm and 4pm. This means that after This Morning finishes at 12:30pm, the ITV Lunch Time News is on until 12:50pm, followed by ITV News London until the races start. The new schedule will remain in place until the start of next week. At the end of Monday's episode Loose Women host Ruth Langsford, 65, told viewers: 'That's it for today and actually for the rest of this week. 'We're not on this week because of the horse racing, but we will be back next Monday. Have a great afternoon!' This isn't the first time that the popular programme has been cancelled in recent weeks. Back on June 17 Loose Women was cancelled due to the coverage of the Royal Ascot. Then weeks before on June 6 the show didn't air due to ITV airing the first Derby meeting from Epsom races. In recent months Loose Women has hit headlines after it was revealed back in May that it has been axed for half the year and Lorraine's runtime has been slashed by 30 minutes, as ITV Daytime bosses announced huge cuts today with job losses in excess of 220. Recently Loose lady Janet Street-Porter revealed which stars are at risk from brutal cost-saving cuts by ITV - and which panelists are safe. The 78-year-old has shed light on the reality behind the looming cuts proposed by the broadcaster, which are set to impact several daytime shows. Janet appears certain that the 'older' Loose Women stars are not likely to be cut, given they appeal more directly to the show's target demographic. But she warns that newcomers, younger stars or those with less experience could be at risk. 'There are no plans to get rid of the older women despite what some people have said,' Janet said. The Brentford-born writer said the panel programme has gained the trust of female viewers as a place where important female-centred topics are discussed. 'I think Loose Women has become a programme that is trusted by a lot of women because we talk about the issues that they are concerned about - whether it's female health, domestic violence or how politicians don't really understand working women,' she said. 'I think the show has managed to connect women who wouldn't otherwise have a voice. 'And it's delivered with a lot of laughs because we don't take ourselves too seriously.' Loose Women producers are expected to cut celebrity guests from the show - and growing fears the ITV staple could even be cancelled within a year. The long-running series usually welcomes a host of celebrities onto the panel to promote upcoming projects and have had the likes of Naomi Campbell, Elizabeth Hurley, Joan Collins, and even former Prime Minster Rishi Sunak appear. But according to insiders, once ITV's budget cuts come into effect in January, Loose Women will no longer have A-list guests in the studio, and the broadcast is planned to only consist of the panel debating newsworthy topics from the week.
