Brooks Koepka and model wife own gorgeous Florida pad with private dock
Three-time PGA Championship-winner Brooks Koepka knows how to enjoy the rewards of his hard work, and all from his multi-million dollar mansion in Florida. The LIV Golf star, who has raked in a staggering £71million during his career, isn't shy about splashing the cash, as evidenced by his extravagant abode.
Born and bred in the Sunshine State, Koepka and actress-model wife Jena Sims shelled out £2.5m for their lavish home in Jupiter's exclusive Pennock Point neighbourhood. And the idyllic area has proved a favourite haunt for golfing pros over the years.
Rickie Fowler is among the Koepkas' neighbours, living in his own Pennock Point property, believed to be valued as high as £15m. Justin Thomas also used to live in the same postcode but has since sold up his stake.
The relatively reasonable price tag allowed the couple to put their own stamp on the property. And the finished renovations were showcased by the pair in the Netflix documentary Full Swing, which they both feature in.
The sheer scale of the mansion is enough to leave viewers gobsmacked, with multiple garages flanking their driveway for Koepka and Sims' fleet of cars, per The Mirror US. In quintessential Florida style, two palm trees stand near the front door of their glamorous residence, which only gets more impressive once you step inside.
With a spacious living room boasting two enormous sofas, Koepka even has a room dedicated to his impressive shoe collection. And much of that comes courtesy of his Nike Golf sponsorship supplying him with an astounding array of footwear.
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room offer a glimpse of their idyllic garden, and just a few steps further reveal a glass swimming pool and private dock. The expansive home, complete with a vast array of furniture, offers ample space for the couple and their young son, Crew, making it an ideal spot for entertaining their nearest and dearest.
Boasting a grand 13,000 square feet, the property features six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Purchased prior to Koepka's reported £75m switch to LIV in June 2022, the 35-year-old has openly expressed his reasons for leaving the PGA Tour for the lucrative Saudi-backed series.
"I'll be honest with you, I signed for the dough," he told Logan Paul on the Impaulsive podcast last year. "Tomorrow, I might have a car accident and never play golf again but I'll know my family are set up. You've got to take care of each other."
Koepka's financial gains from joining LIV are evident. He's earned more than £33m since his switch, dwarfing the £23m he earned in almost a decade on the PGA Tour.
Having already pocketed more than £3m this year, he stands to make millions more as he sets his sights on clinching his fourth PGA Championship this weekend. The tournament kicks off on Thursday, with Koepka set to tee off at the 10th alongside Fowler and Shane Lowry from 12:38pm.

Man Utd transfer news: Benjamin Sesko twist as new signing set for debut
Manchester United are set to wrap up their tour of the United States against Everton on Sunday night with Bryan Mbeumo in line for his debut as striker saga rumbles on Manchester United are engaged in a tug of war with Newcastle United over their attempts to sign striker Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig - with the Toon submitting a bid to sign the Slovenia international amid fears that they will lose Alexander Isak to Liverpool. But United remain in the race with Newcatle's opening submission some way short of Leipzig's asking price. An offer exceeding £70m is set to be required for Sesko to depart the Bundesliga side. Ruben Amorim's team wrap up their tour of the United States on Sunday night against Everton with fresh speculation surrounding Bruno Fernandes ' interest from Saudi Arabia. But United will see Bryan Mbeumo play for the first time since his arrival from Brentford against David Moyes ' side. Here are the transfer tales worth keeping an eye on as the new season appears on the horizon. Sesko absence Benjamin Sesko was not in RB Leipzig's matchday squad for their friendly against Serie A side Atalanta on Saturday afternoon with the much coveted striker now at the centre of a tug of war between Manchester United and Newcastle. Xavi Simons, who has been linked with a switch to Chelsea, is also absent because of what the Bundesliga club described as a minor neck injury. They did not explain the reason for Sesko's omission. That follows news of Newcastle firming up their interest in the striker amid a separate saga over the future of their current top scorer Alexander Isak. The Toon have now lodged a bid of less than £70m for Sesko. Against that backdrop, Manchester United are braced for protracted negotiations with Bundesliga club Leipzig, who are determined to stand firm on their £70m valuation. Bruno interest Bruno Fernandes has fresh interest from Saudi Arabia, with Al-Nassr the latest club to express an interest in the Manchester United captain. The Portuguese midfielder was previously linked with a move to the Middle East earlier this summer. Al-Hilal had tabled a lucrative offer to Fernandes that would have seen him bank around €70m (£61.1m) per year. The Saudi side were also willing to offer United €120m (£104.7m) for their star midfielder. But, as per Portuguese outlet A Bola, Al-Nassr are now interested in a move for Fernandes. Manager Jorge Jesus is leading the club's interest having worked with the midfielder at former club Sporting Lisbon. Mbeumo bow Bryan Mbeumo will make his long-awaited Manchester United debut on Sunday on the final game of their US tour. Mbeumo, who joined United from Brentford in a deal worth up to £71million, sat out victories over West Ham and Bournemouth because he was behind the rest of the squad in terms of his pre-season fitness level. But the Cameroon winger, who plundered 20 Premier League goals for Brentford last season, will feature for Ruben Amorim's side as they sign off from the US tour against Everton in Atlanta's Mercedes Benz stadium. United boss Amorim said: 'He's going to play. I'm really excited to see him playing and what he can give to our team. But I was also really excited to see the team playing the last game.

Tyson Fury claims he will NEVER return to boxing just weeks after reversing latest retirement
Tyson Fury has claimed he is "too old" to return to boxing and will "never" fight again, despite announcing his plans to come out of retirement and face Oleksandr Usyk last month Tyson Fury has claimed he will "never" fight again, just weeks after it was announced that he was planning to return to the ring. Fury announced his retirement from boxing in January after suffering a second defeat to Oleksandr Usyk. It was the fourth time Fury has retired from the sport and Saudi boxing chief Turki Alalshikh confirmed last month that the 36-year-old was set to come out of retirement. Alalshikh said: "The 'Gypsy King' will be back!!! I talked with him, and I have his word to have him in Riyadh Season in 2026. We have a rabbit to hunt!" Fury then claimed there were plans for him to have a trilogy fight against Usyk at Wembley Stadium on April 18 2026. However, Fury has now backtracked when asked about his comeback during an appearance at Doncaster Racecourse. When asked when he plans to fight again, Fury told Sky Sports: "Never. Really! Too old, look at my beard, all grey. Boxing's a young man's game." The boxer was at Doncaster Racecourse to film a segment for his fly-on-the-wall documentary At Home With The Furys. Netfix cameras followed him as he watched his racehorse Big Gypsy King run in the Unison Campaigning For Public Services Handicap over seven furlongs. However, the filly did not perform on the day and failed to finish in front of any of the other runners in 11th place. Jockey Luke Morris reported to the on-course stewards that his mount was never travelling. Big Gypsy King, trained in Newmarket by Oliver Cole, has made seven appearances on the track and scored for the first time at Chelmsford in May. But a greater adventure might await Fury and his manager Spencer Brown, who have started to invest in horses in the National Hunt side of the sport - racing over jumps. Top bloodstock agent Jerry McGrath signed for ex-Joseph O'Brien trainee Cossack Chach at the Goffs UK October Sale in Doncaster last year. The £36,000 buy was joined on the lorry to Cumbrian trainer Jimmy Moffatt's stable by Sea The Clouds, who cost £14,000. The latter horse recouped almost £7,000 of his purchase price when he hit the target at Cartmel races in July, with former champion jockey Brian Hughes riding.
