'Preliminary investigations indicate that the boy fell from the window of his home on the eighth floor. The marks are suspected to match the rope (resembling a chain) worn around the victim's neck,' he said in a statement today. According to Ibrahim, preliminary investigations suggest the body was likely thrown off the Kampung Sungai Serian bridge, which is 11.15 metres high. Checks also revealed that the victim had been dead for more than four days, and no identification documents were found on him.
