Hulk Hogan's ex-manager details heartbreaking final phone call to WWE legend just hours before his death
Hart was Hogan's manager and a close friend. Until recently, they would watch wrestling together several nights a week and they last met up around a month ago.
On Wednesday, Hart rang Hogan and spoke to his assistant. 'Tell him I love him,' he told them.
'And then Thursday morning is when everything took place,' Hart told PEOPLE. 'So just overnight it all happened, but it was so positive the day before.'
Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, passed away following a cardiac arrest. The 71-year-old was the most iconic figure in professional wrestling.
Hogan and Hart also used to do karaoke with Hogan's son, Nick, on Monday nights at the family's bar, Hogan's Hangout, in Clearwater, Florida.

Stephen Colbert hit with another insult
Stephen Colbert 's enormous ego has been slammed by a person close to David Ellison, the Oracle billionaire scion soon set to take over Paramount and CBS News. 'The news lost its way - it became extreme, elitist, and performative,' the unnamed insider told The Financial Times Wednesday. 'People like Colbert and others act like they're the IP [intellectual property], the value, when it's the brand and journalism that matter. 'We need to get back to fundamentals,' the source said following a decade of spiels from the left-leaning satirist. 'That's what David and his team believe.' The insider then proclaimed that Ellison plans to 'bring back a performance-based culture' to CBS, as seen during 'the days of Edward R Murrow and Walter Cronkite'. 'Not quotas. Not ideology. Just objective journalism,' the source insisted. Another person close to Ellison said a prominent, right-leaning ex-New York Times opinion writer the company was reportedly in talks with earlier this month, Bari Weiss, could 'be a key voice but not the only voice' to the company's newsroom. Weiss has surfaced a fierce critic of legacy media after leaving the Times in 2020. The Times reported Weiss is seeking $200million for a spot in the company. Ellison, meanwhile, is the 42-year-old son of Larry Ellison, a long-time Republican donor worth roughly $300billion. He is an actor turned producer with no background in news, but is bolstered by his deputy, former NBCUniversal exec Jeff Shell. The talks surrounding Weiss, reported by publications like the New York Times earlier this month, served as the first hint at the type of company both are trying to create. The cancellation of Colbert's show, moreover, had not involved either of them, insiders told the Financial Times. Instead, the decision was made by Paramount co-chief executive George Cheeks, they said - corroborating accounts provided to Puck, who reported last week that The Late Show has been losing at least $40million annually. Shari Redstone, Paramount's controlling shareholder, was only informed the decision before Colbert made the announcement on-air, insiders told the Financial Times. Colbert, meanwhile, was first informed his show was on the chopping block around July 4, Puck reported. He will broadcast his final show in May 2026, after ten years of politically charged content. Such content often came at the expense of the current president, who earlier this month accepted a $16million settlement of his $20billion lawsuit against CBS News. The move was panned by many - Colbert included - as a means to secure FCC approval for a then-still pending merger with Skydance. Colbert, on-air on July 14, called it 'a big, fat bribe'. Days later, he was delivering the news of his show's cancellation. CBS said that after years of declining ratings and ad revenue, the show was losing money. The same can be said about the shows of fellow late night hosts Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers, which, when combined with the network's iconic sketch comedy series SNL , loses the network an eye-watering $100 million-plus a year, insiders told CNBC. An insider pushed back against the $100 million loss figure when contacted by the Daily Mail. They insisted the loss figure 'comes down quite a bit' when other revenue streams including digital advertising are factored in, while effectively conceding that the shows still fail to break even. ABC late-night host Jimmy Kimmel 's show remains profitable, when non-traditional TV advertising revenue is taken into account. Colbert, 61, gets paid somewhere between $15 million and $20 million a year to host. Shell - Ellison's de facto consigliere - was ousted from his post as NBCU's CEO in 2023 after his years-long extramarital affair with a then-staffer was exposed. He previously urged then CBS execs Bill Owens and Wendy McMahon to bow to some of Trump's requests following the filing his 60 Minutes lawsuit in October, like providing the full transcript of the 60 Minutes interview with Kamala Harris in question. They refused, Status first reported. Both have since resigned.

Justin Timberlake reveals he has been diagnosed with Lyme disease
Justin Timberlake has been diagnosed with Lyme disease. The singer, 44, broke the news of his 'debilitating' health battle to fans in an Instagram post on Thursday, marking the end of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour - after sparking concern over his 'tired' stage performances and 'lipsyncing.' Lyme disease is an infection caught from tick bites that causes muscle pain, brain fog and fatigue. Timberlake wrote: 'This has been the most fun, emotional, gratifying, physically demanding, and, at times, grueling experience. 'I could not have done it without my family, friends, The TN Kids, and all of YOUR support. 'Among other things, I've been battling some health issues, and was diagnosed with Lyme disease -— which I don't say so you feel bad for me –– but to shed some light on what I've been up against behind the scenes.' He continued: 'When I first got the diagnosis I was shocked for sure. 'But, at least I could understand why I would be onstage and in a massive amount of nerve pain or, just feeling crazy fatigue or sickness.' 'I decided the joy that performing brings me far outweighs the fleeting stress my body was feeling. I'm so glad I kept going.' 'Sharing all of this with the hope that we can all find a way to be more connected. 'I'd like to do my part to help others experiencing this disease, too.' This comes after Timberlake sparked concern among fans over his 'tired' appearance at one of his final tour concerts in Georgia last week. Over the last few months, fans have demanded refunds following a string of 'embarrassing and bare minimum' shows. Some comments read: 'Why he treating performing like a side job?!', 'How many words did you sing?', 'Did he sing finally?' The singer, 44, broke the news of his 'debilitating' health battle to fans in an Instagram post on Thursday, marking the end of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour - after sparking concern over his 'tired' stage performances and 'lipsyncing' - pictured last week in Georgia 'When are the audience getting paid for their performance?', 'Imagine paying $600 to watch the crowd at a Justin Timberlake concert sing his songs' 'Justin Timberlake really thought he could do the bare minimum & get away with it? Nah. People didn't drop $500 to watch a lifeless karaoke act. No energy, no vocals, just vibes gone wrong. The crowd walking out says it all. It's mediocre performance. It's time to stop!' WHAT IS LYME DISEASE? Lyme disease is caused by a bacteria that is transmitted to humans through the bite of infected black-legged ticks. The most common symptoms of the disease are fever, headache, fatigue and a skin rash called erythema migrans. The disease can typically be treated by several weeks of oral antibiotics. But if left untreated, the infection can spread to the joints, heart and nervous symptoms and be deadly. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE INFECTED? During the first three to 30 days of infection, these symptoms may occur: Fever Chills Headache Fatigue Muscle and joint aches Swollen lymph nodes Erythema migrans (EM) rash The rash occurs in approximately 80 per cent of infected people. It can expand to up to 12 inches (30 cm), eventually clearing and giving off the appearance of a target or a 'bull's-eye'. Later symptoms of Lyme disease include:

Barron Trump has not been by dad Donald's side in MONTHS sparking speculation about his whereabouts
Barron Trump has not attended an official White House event or appeared alongside his father Donald Trump in months. The 19-year-old NYU student was last seen by his dad's side at his inauguration on January 20, where he seemed cool and confident as he put on a show for the cameras. But since then, Barron hasn't stepped out with the 79-year-old president - and his noticeable absence has prompted speculation over his whereabouts. Daily Mail has contacted the White House for comment. Despite not being seen out with his dad, Barron has been photographed in and around Manhattan. In April, he was pictured showing off a shaggier, more relaxed mane as he strode with purpose to university classes. The towering NYU's Stern School of Business freshman - who stands at 6ft7 - also sported a loose sweater, jeans, and Adidas sneakers. Barron reportedly commutes to college from the Trump Tower apartment, home to his father and doting 54-year-old mother Melania. To get him to class, a motorcade of black SUVs drives him 20 minutes to Tisch Hall, Stern's undergrad building. While Barron hasn't been by his father's side, Trumps older children, Donald Jr Trump, 47, Ivanka Trump, 43, and Eric Trump, 41, have showed their support. Earlier this week, the president was joined by his sons Donald Jr and Eric, daughter-in-law Lara Trump, and grandchildren Chloe and Spencer, for the opening ceremony of Trump International Golf Links near Aberdeen, Scotland. His family members joined him for the trip to Scotland - that was part vacation, part work - as he stayed at his Trump Turnberry golf course. 'This has been an unbelievable development,' Trump said before the ribbon cutting. He also heaped praise on Eric, who designed the course, who in return said it was his dad's 'passion project.' Eric has appeared by his dad's side for numerous events, including the Super Bowl in New Orleans in February. At the Super Bowl, Eric was also joined by his sister, Ivanka, with the family pictured before the Philadelphia Eagles beat Kansas City Chiefs. In March, he attended Trump's address to a joint session of Congress in the House Chamber of the US Capitol in Washington, D.C., and in June, he appeared with his dad at the mixed martial art rematch of Merab Dvalishvili and Sean O'Malley in New Jersey. Eric's sister Ivanka was also in attendance for the UFC 316 event in New Jersey, and was accompanied by her husband Jared Kushner. In April, Ivanka's children Arabella Rose, 13, and her son Theodore, nine, hung out with Trump on the South Lawn of the White House at an event celebrating the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles NFL football team. While Barron hasn't been by his dad's side at official events, that hasn't stopped the president from talking about him. In May, Trump revealed that his youngest son will be attending at least some of the FIFA World Cup matches next year. 'These events will attract millions of passionate fans around the world, including my son. I have a son that loves soccer – Barron,' Trump said. He then joked with the room: 'Nobody's ever heard of Barron, right? Have you ever heard of Barron? He's a good soccer player, too.' 'He's a little tall for soccer, but that's okay,' the president conceded.
