Paul Skenes gets rare support as Olivia Dunne leads cheer with powerful message
When Olivia Dunne posted "yessir let's go ????" after Paul Skenes obliterated the Phillies on June 8, it wasn't simply pride. It was just the latest in a public string of genuine, no-drama support for her boyfriend, one that's becoming a narrative unto itself.
With every Instagram story, FaceTime session, or even high-end baseball card buy, Dunne is showing that athlete romances can be real and meaningful, yet not necessarily flashy.
Olivia Dunne cheers for Paul Skenes with heartfelt message after Phillies win
Olivia Dunne posted a screenshot of a video call with Paul Skenes, grinning from ear to ear. Her caption?
"ALL SMILES CAUSE HE'S A PAUL-STAR ALL-STAR."
That followed Skenes' second straight All-Star selection, playing for the Pittsburgh Pirates in Atlanta on July 15.
Olivia Dunne's response was brief, concise, and laced with love. She followed that up with, "NEXT STOP ATLANTA," maybe indicating she'll be in the stands, cheering him on again.
This would not be a shock. Dunne has been a regular attendee at Skenes' games. She was present during the Pirates-Mets series at Citi Field in May and again in June during the Pirates-Phillies showdown. Her attendance isn't for the cameras it's muted, dedicated support.

And it shines in an over-the-top world of influencer gestures.
As arguments rage on whether Skenes must begin the All-Star Game, Olivia's post stood out from the chaos. It wasn't statistics or publicity. It was he, the man, the player.
Paul Skenes gets rare rookie card gift as Olivia Dunne proves her devotion again
If anybody ever has questioned Olivia Dunne's commitment, her recent behavior resolved those doubts. One of only five worldwide, she bought an extremely rare Paul Skenes rookie card during Fanatics Fest in New York City.
The card was anime-style art, and Olivia Dunne made an assertive offer, stating she had already seen comparable cards sell for $2,200. A minute or so later, it was hers.
More than an item to collect, the purchase of the card was a sign of something more. Dunne wasn't purchasing the card for PR. She purchased it because it mattered to her just as Skenes does.

In an era where relationships between athletes come across as manufactured or sponsored, Dunne and Skenes appear disarmingly genuine. Her candid adoration, intelligent plays, and unvarnished backing provide a contemporary template for how being in the public eye can be achieved without losing intimacy or authenticity.
So, does Olivia Dunne's very public endorsement of Paul Skenes establish a new standard? It just may. And whether or not she's sitting in Atlanta's stands, one thing is certain: she's in his corner.

Kunwar Vikram Soni trains for three hours intensively for Vasudha's knife combat sequence
Vasudha, known for its strong characters and emotionally charged storytelling, gears up for a dramatic twist this week. In an upcoming episode packed with emotion and adrenaline, Madhav (played by Kunwar Vikram Soni) makes a gripping return, stepping into a high-tension knife fight that tests his courage, instincts, and sense of duty. Unlike choreographed fight scenes often seen on television, this sequence is raw, intense, and deeply emotional. Every move Madhav makes—every block, every strike is driven by his need to protect Divya (Subhanshi Raghuwanshi), who has been kidnapped. To prepare for the physically demanding sequence, Kunwar Vikram underwent extensive training with the show's stunt team. He spent over three hours initially, and nearly five hours across two major set pieces—one involving knife-to-knife combat and another where Madhav faces off against an armed gang. The training focused on mastering knife-handling techniques, footwork, partner coordination, and keeping the movements realistic yet impactful. What made this sequence even more challenging was the need to perform stylised yet grounded knife tricks—something new for Kunwar Vikram. To elevate his performance, he drew inspiration from the recent action film Kill, particularly Lakshya's portrayal of Amrit and Raghav Juyal's Fani—both of whom brought a raw and unpredictable charged energy to their fight scenes. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like An engineer reveals: One simple trick to get internet without a subscription Techno Mag Learn More Undo Speaking about the experience, Kunwar Vikram Soni said, 'This wasn't a typical action scene—it had to feel real. Madhav is not a trained fighter, but he's the kind of person who will step up when it matters most. That meant every movement had to look improvised, instinctive, and emotionally charged. We worked a lot on blade control, partner coordination, and staying in the moment. I drew inspiration from Hrithik Roshan's calm precision in Vikram Vedha, but also from the film Kill—particularly Lakshya's portrayal of Amrit and Raghav Juyal's Fani. The way they handled the knife—fast, unpredictable, yet emotionally anchored—really stayed with me.' He added, 'We trained for three hours before the main take and almost five hours across two key sequences, repeating drills with real knives, adjusting blocking and camera angles, and slowly building up intensity. The director was completely invested—guiding us with clarity, fine-tuning every action, and making sure the emotion behind each move felt authentic. While Madhav is obviously not as morally complex as those characters, I tried to channel the same quiet intensity and desperation—the energy that comes from someone fighting with heart, not skill. Nothing in the fight could feel staged—it had to come from instinct, from adrenaline, from heart.' Madhav steps in to help Divya—but will he be able to save her? As the plot unfolds, will the Chauhan family be able to find out who was behind the kidnapping? Abhishek Sharma spills beans of his makeup routine for his character Devansh in Vasudha
