Israel says south Lebanon strikes killed two Hezbollah operatives
The Israeli army said Tuesday that its two drone strikes in south Lebanon a day earlier had killed 'a commander in the Radwan Force and another Hezbollah … operative.'
The Israeli military said it attacked in the town of Deir Kifa and eliminated 'Ali Abd al-Hassan Haidar, a commander in the Radwan Force of Hezbollah.'
It claimed that Haidar had 'advanced numerous … plans against Israeli citizens and IDF (Israeli army) forces, including the plan to occupy the Galilee,' adding that 'over the past few months, he was involved in attempts to rebuild Hezbollah's terrorist infrastructure in southern Lebanon.'
'Two hours later, the IDF (Israeli army) attacked in the village of Beit Lif in southern Lebanon and eliminated a Hezbollah …operative,' it added.
