Jesy Nelson has melted hearts with an endearing clip of her partner Zion Foster and their tiny newborn daughter engaging in a playful dance, as the couple's twin daughters, recently discharged from hospital, settle into home life.
Former band member of Little Mix, Jesy, who embraced motherhood for the first time last month following an extremely tough pregnancy, posted on her Instagram stories on Friday morning. The charming video captured 25-year-old singer Zion tenderly singing to one of his baby girls on their bed, while he demonstrated some lively dad moves and Jesy chuckled along in the background.
Just a week prior, Jesy shared the uplifting news that her baby twins had made it to their family home for the first time. The ex-Little Mix vocalist introduced her daughters, named Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster, to the world on May 18.
The little ones came prematurely, born at just over 31 weeks, amidst a risk-laden pregnancy troubled by twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. The 'Mine' singer spent considerable time hospitalised after requiring emergency surgery to safeguard her unborn children.
With evident pride, Jesy disclosed that she and her daughters have returned home, just shy of a month since they were born, making it back in time for her own birthday celebration. In an Instagram post shared last week, the songstress uploaded a snapshot cradling her girls at home, appending the heartfelt words: "My babies made it home for my birthday," reports the Mirror.
In May, Jesy Nelson shared the heartwarming news with her followers that her little ones had arrived "healthy and fighting strong" despite being born prematurely. More recently, she opened up about her daunting time spent in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) with her daughters.
In an emotional online message, she disclosed: "Nothing or no one will ever be able to prepare you as a parent for NICU."
Describing the harrowing experience, she continued, "It's the most scary overwhelming feeling of emotions not being able to feel like you can protect your babies. Naturally as a mother you just want to hold them and comfort them when they cry but you can't because there are what feels like a million wires coming out of them. Tubes and masks in the way with people poking and prodding them, it breaks your heart into a million pieces."
Jesy, known for her hit 'Black Magic', couldn't hide her elation when her children were finally reunited after their treatments.
She went on to say: "Having them reunited for the first time ever today was the most magical feeling I will never be able to describe. The strongest little girls I've ever known who really do have the most inspiring story to tell."
The former Little Mix star, Jesy, and 25 year old musician Zion have been in an intermittent relationship since January 2022. Throughout Jesy's pregnancy and hospitalisation, Zion has been a constant source of support by her side.
In early May, the couple sparked rumours of a secret wedding when Zion posted a series of black and white snaps on social media, showing him and Jesy grinning and chuckling together in bed. Jesy fuelled speculation by commenting "My husband" beneath the photos, which sent fans into a frenzy of excitement.

Molly-Mae makes 'scary' parenting admission as she opens up about confidence
Former Love Island star turned influencer Molly-Mae Hague is mum to Bambi Fury, who she shares with her boxer boyfriend Tommy Fury, after the pair met on the ITV2 reality show Molly-Mae Hague has made a "scary" parenting admission as she opens up about her rollercoaster confidence. The mum-of-one took to her Instagram page where she asked her followers to send in their questions. One fan asked: "How are you finding motherhood?" Molly then shared a lengthy response where she detailed how she's been coping with looking after her daughter Bambi recently. The mum-of-one is often honest about motherhood on her social media and this time was no different. She firstly joked in her response by saying "how long have you got?" before writing a long answer for all of her followers. Molly-Mae, 26, wrote: "One topic I can really talk about. I find how I feel about "motherhood" a really complex subject - also because it changes so regularly. "Some weeks I absolutely adore being a mum and genuinely don't even want to put Bambi to bed because I know I'll miss her so much... other weeks I'm counting down the minutes until bedtime comes." Molly then went on to speak about how motherhood can impact her confidence sometimes. She added: "My confidence has been all over the place with Bambi recently to be quite honest. "I had my first day with her completely alone yesterday for about a week (since Zoe and Danny moved in, we've rarely been along which has been so lovely)... but I was genuinely so so anxious because I just didn't know how I was going to handle the tantrums and defiance alone. "That's kind of scary to admit I was anxious to take care of my own daughter? It's just the truth. My best friend constantly tells me that Bambi feels my energy and I have to try not get stressed/be calm... but sometimes even when I do my best to be super super calm/positive/the best mum I can be - she still isn't happy?" The star then went on to explain that she doesn't "know how to handle it" when it comes to Bambi having tantrums sometimes. Molly finished off her post by explaining that she doesn't think she is ready to have another baby yet. She said: "I was speaking to a gorgeous mum yesterday about it and she was saying she totally understood and then followed it up with 'and then you go on to have three more kids because you forget'... then I sat back and thought ok maybe we aren't feeling the same? "Because I know there's just not a world in which I would have another baby right now... or maybe there is one day. I just don't know." Molly gave birth to her daughter Bambi back in January 2023. She has since been sharing updates of motherhood and Bambi growing up. She shares her daughter with her boyfriend Tommy Fury after the couple met on Love Island. The two of them split last year but recently announced that they were back together.

ITV Coronation Street issues ‘be vigilant' warning to soap fans using social med
Coronation Street has issued warnings to fans in a social media statement. It has become known to people behind the scenes at the soap that fans are falling victim to another type of scam. Back at the start of this year, both Corrie and Emmerdale accounts shared on social media platform X that scammers were pretending to be stars from the shows. The statement said: 'Please be aware that actors from both Coronation Street and Emmerdale are currently being impersonated by scammers across all social media platforms. 'No cast member will ever directly request money for messages, meetings or any kind of personal interaction on social media. 'We are aware these sophisticated impersonations can include deep-fake footage (where it appears to be the actor talking but isn't) and personal messages which seem to be realistic and in character. We urge everybody to be vigilant. Please report any concerns to the relevant platform.' They concluded: 'The legitimate way of meeting with real members of the cast is via official 'meet and greet' events run by ITV Star Tours.' This time, audience members are being targeted by con artists pretending to be from the Coronation Street casting department – claiming to offer them a part in their favourite soap. Metro understands that fans of Emmerdale have been approached too. To warn people about the cruel trick, the Corrie X account once again shared a message online, this time saying: 'We are aware that there are some accounts impersonating the Casting department at Coronation Street on social media platforms. 'Our Casting team only uses official methods of communication, this does not involve direct messages on Twitter or any other social media. 'Please be careful when communicating online and report any concerns to the relevant platform.' This comes after Emmerdale favourite Lisa Riley told her fans not to believe AI bots pretending to be her online. The actress, 48, is best known for her role as Mandy Dingle, said on Instagram: 'Hello everybody, it's Lisa here. Now, I have to keep reiterating this, please, and please listen.' 'If something is not on my page – and my page is blue-ticked – then it is not real,' she stated, referencing the social media network's notable person verification system. 'It is AI pretending to be me, and there is nothing I can do about it. It's a hoax, it's a scam and it's a lie. 'So please, I'm begging you, don't click on it, don't believe it, don't read it, don't give it any attention. It's not true. More Trending 'I have to keep reiterating this because I am inundated with people saying that I'm attached to things that I'm not. So please, if it's not on my page, it's not real and I have not endorsed anything of that like.' She concluded: 'Listen to what I'm saying, and don't take it as the truth because it's not. From me to you, I'm so sorry that it's going on because it's not real and I have to keep telling you guys this. 'But just don't believe it. It's a hoax and a scam. It's not the truth, thank you for listening.' View More » This article was originally published on 17th June 2025. 'My boobs won't stop growing after common surgery - they've grown three sizes'
Elaina St James, better known to fans as the 'world's hottest cougar', had long been happy with her natural breasts. Then, a 'botched' operation resulted in unexpected changes A woman who proudly goes by the title 'world's hottest cougar' experienced an unexpected side effect after undergoing liposuction on her stomach, which left her feeling as though she was "going crazy". After undergoing her $10,000 (£7,350) op, Elaina St James saw her breasts swell to three times their usual size, and they've yet to stop growing. The 58-year-old social media influencer, author and mature model opted for liposuction after years of feeling self-conscious about her tummy, plumping for a large, national provider that boasted "great reviews". She shared: "I started out in this industry as an older woman, so I always had a 'mum bod' – but I just didn't feel comfortable being in front of the camera all of the time with my stomach out. Diet and exercise weren't making any difference in terms of toning it, so I started looking into liposuction." The operation in question is designed to target fat cells, with the aim of giving Elaina a more toned appearance. Unfortunately, it wasn't long before Elaina was left utterly dismayed by the outcome, with the "botched" procedure leaving her with a "lumpy" belly. And there were more shocks in store. READ MORE: Katie Price admits botched BBL is her biggest regret after risking death with gruelling surgery Elaina, who is originally from the Midwest but now lives in North Carolina, had been happy with her DD boobs and was astonished to see them balloon to a 36G cup post-surgery. Indeed, the change was so significant that she had to completely overhaul her lingerie wardrobe to accommodate her new cleavage. According to Elaina, who boasts 430,000 Instagram followers: "I thought I was going crazy at first. I asked my doctor if it was possible that the liposuction was causing my boobs to grow. I couldn't think what else it could be, as I hadn't made any major changes to my lifestyle. I was shocked when he immediately confirmed my suspicions. "The doctor explained that when fat cells are removed during liposuction, sometimes the body compensates by kind of inflating them in other areas. Apparently, it's not that uncommon. "I couldn't believe it. I was blessed with naturally large breasts, so it wasn't an area I had ever wanted to enhance. I had no idea this was even possible.' According to a 2007 study published in the US National Library of Medicine, almost half (48 per cent) of participants reported a boost to their breast size after undergoing liposuction of the abdominal wall. As for Elaina, she noticed the intended increase in chest size a few months after the procedure, while looking at options to have the disappointing lipo revised. Elaina shared: "I wasn't gaining weight anywhere else, but I noticed my bras were becoming too tight. "I had been wearing a DD cup size for years, but suddenly they weren't fitting right. I was overflowing. I knew it was weird, but I was so busy with moving and being a mum that I didn't think too much about it." Sadly, Elaina was left feeling more self-conscious about her body than ever. Once settled into her new home, she splashed out on another $10,000 (£7,350) to undergo liposuction with a second physician in February 2025, 16 months after she first went under the knife. Again, this doctor confirmed what Elaina already knew - the first op had sparked her surprise bust boost. Elaina divulged: "They haven't stopped growing since. It's crazy. I now wear a 36G bra, and with larger cup sizes, you have to pay more for the brands that cater for them, so it's expensive having to get a whole new set. "It has cost me $450 (£330) to get new everyday bras that fit my new size. I'm hoping I don't grow much more, because it gets to a point when boobs become too big to manage." Although she herself wouldn't have chosen this bizarre side effect, Elaina can't deny that her business has also seen a substantial boost. She mused: "It's not the worst thing in the world to have big boobs – especially in my line of work. Men love it. "Some of my fans even spotted the increase before I did. Women's bodies fluctuate all the time, so it took a while for me to register the change. I started getting comments that my boobs looked bigger. I thought it was just because my stomach was thinner, giving the illusion of a larger chest – but they turned out to be right." Although she values having a 'natural aesthetic', Elaina has learned to "embrace" her new look, unexpectedly big boobs and all. She reflected: 'There's a lot of pressure to look good for women at every age, and I'm all for it if you want to address insecurities. 'I remember getting comments saying I should do some sit-ups, put down the pizza or even go on Ozempic before having liposuction. I feel really confident in my body now, and I'm embracing my new breasts too. Although I didn't intend to get a boob job, I'm definitely not complaining!'
