Kareena Kapoor Khan calls Saif Ali Khan ‘Iron Man' after stabbing incident; ‘That trauma will make Taimur and Jeh…'

In the early hours of January 16, Saif Ali Khan (54) and Kareena Kapoor Khan (44) experienced every parent's worst nightmare when they found an intruder in their younger son Jehangir Ali Khan (4) aka Jeh's room, at their Bandra (Mumbai) home. As a real life hero, Saif fought the robber but got stabbed multiple times in the spine while protecting his family. The actor was then rushed to the Lilavati Hospital by his son Taimur Ali Khan (8) and an auto driver. Months after the incident, Kareena has now, for the first time, talked about the attempted robbery and the trauma it left on her, Saif and their children. Jehangir, Kareena, Saif and Taimur at their house In a chat with Barkha Dutt, Kareena Kapoor Khan shared that she is still struggling and the family has not come to terms with the attack a 100% yet. She explained that these incidents of break ins are more common in the West, but we don't hear about it much in Mumbai. Bebo went on to share that she was anxious for the first couple of months, but the memory has been fading with time. The actor compared the attack to losing someone, explaining that the memory may fade but you never really get over it. However, Kareena stated that she does not want to live in that fear because it's wrong to put the stress on her children. Kareena shared, 'I'm just really happy and blessed, and thank god that we're safe and we're definitely stronger as a unit, because we've seen it. And I hope that my two boys will grow up being a different kind of resilient because they've kind of seen their father being attacked. My little one still says that 'but my father is Batman and Iron Man, he can take on anyone'. That's the way he looks at it. So the good thing is that in our eyes, definitely Saif is Iron Man because he did take that beating. So for us, that's it. I can just thank god that my children are safe and yeah, they've seen blood, they've seen everything, but that trauma I somehow feel will make Taimur and Jeh a lot more, a different kind of a man, is what I feel.' Bebo explained that her sons Taimur and Jeh have been sheltered all their life and this incident brought them out of their shelter into reality, that something like this can actually happen. The actor went on to share that this is her way of looking at what's coming out of this incident, like a silver lining. On the work front, Kareena completes 25 years in the Hindi film industry today.

During their conversation, she asked Ram if he had been receiving more work opportunities since shedding the kilos. Farah Khan visits Ram Kapoor and Gautami Kapoor's house. As Farah entered Ram and Gautami's house, she asked Dilip if he knew them. When Farah pointed at Ram, Dilip said, "Tiger Shroff". He then went on to call Gautami Deepika Padukone, leaving her excited and happy. Farah was later seen exploring their house and indulging in a fun conversation. Farah praised Ram for losing weight at the age of 50 and asked if he now gets more work since his transformation. To this, Ram replied, "Some people reach a level where they get work because they have nothing more to prove. I am no star, I'll never be a star, my name is not Khan. Main size main bada hun yaa chota, kaam milta hai. Maine yeh (weight loss) kaam ke liye nahi kiya, career ke liye nahi kiya, apne aap ke liye kiya (Whether I'm big or small in size, I still get work. I didn't do this (weight loss) for work or for my career, I did it for myself). I promised myself that at the age of 50 I will do it.' Farah was seen making faces at his 'I am not a star' remark. Disagreeing with him, she said, 'He is a big star.' Ram Kapoor's recent web series Ram is currently seen in Mistry, a Hindi remake of Monk. Blackout challenge: 12-year-old dies after attempting social media trend; what is the choking challenge?

Representative Image A 12-year-old boy from Castleford, England, has died while performing a dangerous social media trend known as the "blackout challenge." The incident has reignited global concern over harmful online content targeting children as reported by People. West Yorkshire Police confirmed that a boy died in Castleford, on Friday, media outlet Yorkshire Live reported Authorities responded to an emergency call at a residence in Manor Grove, Castleford, following reports of a child in distress. He was taken to hospital, where he was declared dead. An investigation has been launched under the supervision of the West Yorkshire Coroner, although police have confirmed that the incident is not being treated as suspicious. What is Blackout Challenge? According to Healthline The 'blackout challenge,' also known as the 'choking challenge,' is a dangerous online trend spreading on platforms like TikTok. It encourages participants to restrict their own breathing—usually by holding their breath or using objects—until they pass out. The act can lead to serious brain injury or even death. A GoFundMe campaign launched by a family friend Agnieszka Czerniejewska claims Sebastian lost his life after attempting the "blackout challenge," Czerniejewska also urged parents to closely monitor their children's online activities, writing- 'The online world can be as dangerous as the real one — sometimes even more so.' by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 5 Books Warren Buffett Wants You to Read In 2025 Blinkist: Warren Buffett's Reading List Undo The fundraiser, which has raised over $5,700, also described Sebastian as a gifted and joyful child who taught himself guitar and keyboard, loved to draw, and was deeply loved by his family. This incident comes just months after British families filed a lawsuit in the US against TikTok, alleging the deaths of their children — aged 12 to 14 — were caused by the same challenge. According to The Guardian, the lawsuit accuses TikTok of using its algorithm to push dangerous content to vulnerable users to increase engagement and profit. TikTok, in its defence, has stated that content related to the blackout challenge has been blocked since 2020 and that the platform removes such material proactively. The platform says it directs users searching for harmful challenges to safety resources.
