It is a remake of the 2018 Malayalam hit 'Theevandi' featuring Tovino Thomas. Raja falls in love with Nithya, but their romance faces opposition from her father, who sees Raja's addiction as a serious flaw. I am open to both because this is what my film requires," she shared. But she didn't shy away from addressing the more extreme side of filming schedules. 'Some films you can start 9 am to 9 pm, but they carry on till the next day, so you're working like 36 hours. There are much worse scenarios happening where you are working 2-3 days without going home," Mandanna revealed.
