Watch: Priyanka Chopra Jonas calls daughter Malti 'a light of our lives'
The actress, 42, discussed Malti, her 3-year-old daughter with her husband, singer Nick Jonas, when she stopped by The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon Thursday to discuss her new movie Heads of State.
"She's precocious. She is funny. She's a little comedian and she knows she's funny, so that's even better," Chopra Jonas said. "But, yeah, she's just such a light of our lives right now. This is an amazing season for us."
Malti was born in 2022 via surrogate. Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas, 32, married in 2018.
"It's lovely not to have found your person," Chopra Jonas previously said on the Jennifer Hudson Show.
Chopra Jonas also shared on Tonight that she "had a great time" filming Heads of State opposite Idris Elba and John Cena.
In the film, Elba plays British prime minister Sam Clarke, while Cena portrays Will Derringer, an actor and the U.S. president.
Chopra stars as Noel Bisset, the M16 agent who rescues the pair after their plane is attacked.
"I have to bring them to safety, and we have a lot of fun stuff -- explosions and fun things that happen while we're doing it," she told Fallon.
Heads of State begins streaming on Prime Video July 2.

Amazon Renews ‘Invincible' for Season 5 While You're Still Waiting for Season 4
Today, Prime Video announced that Invincible has been renewed for a fifth season, giving fans even more reason to stay alive long enough to not only witness its already confirmed fourth season, with the promise that more of co-creator Robert Kirkman's cult-classic Image Comics series is in the chamber, ready to be unloaded onto the streamer. The news that Invincible has been renewed for a fifth season shouldn't come as a surprise to fans. During the Season 3 press tour, Robert Kirkman boldly declared that he and Skybound Entertainment plan to release new seasons of Invincible every year until the series fully adapts his 2000s superhero comic book. At San Diego Comic-Con (thanks, GamesRadar+), while discussing the renewal for season four, Kirkman estimated that the show could ideally have around eight seasons or more if Prime Video is willing to indulge them. 'I mean, that sounds ridiculous. A lot of shows don't last that long. The Walking Dead got to go 11 seasons, which is kind of crazy,' Kirkman said. 'So I don't know. I mean, I'm really just focusing on adapting the comic in the most faithful, interesting, enhancing way possible. And so we'll see what it ends up being.' While the declaration came with some tepid worry online over whether the show's animators would be able to match the output of the show and maintain (or exceed) its level of animation quality, today's news will likely comfort fans who felt pointedly afflicted by the gap between its first and second seasons as well as season 2's infamous break between its final stretch of episodes. Tough feelings aside, Prime Video chose not to dwell on those bad vibes. Instead, it celebrated the merriment of its season 5 reveal by sharing a video of its voice cast reacting to the news of its renewal, accompanied by a series of guffaws at how its renewal is a sign of the show's rip-roaring success. Additionally, Invincible has earned a Certified Fresh ranking on Rotten Tomatoes, making it instantly appealing to those who value reviews at a glance from the site. In io9's review for Invincible Season 3, we walked away liking more than we disliked about the show, celebrating its discernment for leaving parts of the comic book on the cutting room floor, and being completely enamored with Jeffrey Dean Morgan's arrival as Conquest while being a tad less enamored with its violence losing its oomph and Atom Eve becoming the series' Green Lantern in the worst way possible (save for its season finale). Regardless, everything is coming up Viltrumite for Invincible. In addition to future seasons being locked in, fans can also look forward to Invincible VS—a tag fighting game from Skybound Games and Quarter Up, the former developers behind Killer Instinct. With all these future Invincible projects waiting in the wings, here's hoping its comic adaptation soars to even greater animated heights than its past seasons. Tomorrowland festival continues after fire destroys main stage

Photo by Olivier Matthys/EPA July 17 (UPI) -- Tomorrowland music festival is still on after a fire destroyed the main stage, organizers announced on Thursday. Tomorrowland said in an update on its website that the doors to its DreamVille campsite had opened to campers at 10 a.m. local in Belgium on Thursday ahead of the start of the music festival on Friday. "This wasn't just a stage. It was a living, breathing world. From the very first sketch on a blank page, to countless hours of conceptual design, artistic collaboration, engineering, crafting, and building, every single piece of Orbyz carried part of our soul," Tomorrowland posted on its website. The fire took place on Wednesday, no one was injured and experts are working on finding the cause. By Thursday morning, the fire had been extinguished and firefighters had left the site. Organizers worked with the local government and safety experts throughout Wednesday night to figure out a solution for the festival. "Cancelling the festival completely is the last thing we want to do," Jurgen Callaerts, Mayor of Rumst said. The campsite Dreamville has been declared safe by the local fire service as it opened for the event. Attendees expressed disappointment in the stage not being included in this year's festival. "The main stage is what gives the festival its atmosphere and is what makes it so special," said Jules Adam, a ticket holder. "The main event is the main stage," Stjepan Grgic said. "It's a massive loss." Tomorrowland started in 2005 and it became the biggest electronic dance festival in the world.
