Real reason for WWE star Roman Reigns' hiatus revealed
It is possible that WWE Superstar Roman Reigns has welcomed another kid with his wife, and that could explain his extended hiatus since WrestleMania 41.

During a recent WrestleVotes Q&A, Joe Lowry mentioned the latest addition to Reigns' family in passing (at the 19:42 mark). 'By the way, congratulations to Roman Reigns,' Lowry said. '[He] just had another baby. Good stuff there.'
So, it makes sense why Reigns has been absent from WWE. He is known for taking long breaks between matches, but this may be a justifiable reason.
Reigns already has five kids, so this would presumably be his sixth. Congratulations to him and his family. Hopefully, he is enjoying his time as a dad.
When will Roman Reigns return to WWE from hiatus?
It has been a while since Reigns has been seen in WWE. Shortly after WrestleMania 41, there were reports that he could return at Money in the Bank, which took place on June 7. However, that did not happen.

WWE just had their Night of Champions PLE as well. Reigns was not present for the show, and fans are left wondering if he will even make it back in time for SummerSlam.
Last year, Reigns returned from his post-WrestleMania 40 hiatus at SummerSlam. He interfered during Solo Sikoa's match against Cody Rhodes, helping the 'American Nightmare' pick up the win.

He was present throughout the fall, feuding with Sikoa's new Bloodline. Heading into WrestleMania 41, Reigns was feuding with CM Punk and Seth Rollins. They faced in a triple threat bout in the main event of Night 1 of WrestleMania 41, which Rollins won.

Sooner or later, Reigns will return to WWE. He is one of their biggest stars, and he still has unfinished business with Rollins, Punk, Sikoa, and Rhodes.
More than likely, he will return in time to have a match at SummerSlam. It seems unlikely WWE would do a Reigns return at SummerSlam for the third time since 2020.
His career outside of the ring has started to expand, too. He recently landed a role in the upcoming Street Fighter movie. Reigns will play Akuma in the upcoming video game adaptation.

WWE has a big LA Knight problem on its hands
SmackDown airs tonight (July 25) with a live show emanating from Rocket Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. This is the second episode of SmackDown during the three week build towards SummerSlam, which takes place on the weekend of August 2 & 3. There are still a lot of unanswered questions about what really happened with Seth Rollins' injury from a couple weeks ago at Saturday Night's Main Event. But regardless of which aspects of it are a shoot or a work, the bottom line is that LA Knight has no creative direction for SummerSlam now that Seth is on crutches and off WWE programming. The megastar does have some beef with Seth's henchmen Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker, but those guys already have their SummerSlam plates full with Roman Reigns and Jey Uso. The PLE is here in just eight days, so LA needs to find a new creative plan ASAP in order to land a match on the two-night card. The megastar pretty much has to address this problem on tonight's episode of SmackDown. Will he confront General Manager Nick Aldis and propose an idea like beating former TNA Champion Joe Hendry in three minutes at MetLife Stadium? Or will another heel on the SmackDown roster force the issue by getting involved in LA's business tonight? Could LA be thrown into Jacob Fatu's story against Solo Sikoa's MFTs? Tune into SmackDown tonight to see what WWE is cooking up for the megastar, if anything, at the biggest party of the summer. Jelly Roll is back on SmackDown this week to continue his SummerSlam celebrity angle with Randy Orton, Drew McIntyre, and YouTube douchebag Logan Paul. Roll has already taken one Claymore from McIntyre. Can Drew find a way to inflict even more punishment on Jelly tonight, or will RK-Roll send the heels packing? Andrade and Rey Fenix are the hottest tag team on the blue brand and have pretty much beaten all the non-champions. Now they go for the gold tonight against WWE Tag Team Champions Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy of the Wyatt Sicks. Is it time for the Wyatts to demonstrate that Fenix and Andrade are nothing special, just like all the other teams they've dominated on SmackDown? Will former champions Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins try to ruin the end of this title match? Alexa Bliss has a singles match tonight against WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Roxanne Perez. This story has lost some steam now that Naomi is gone from SmackDown after cashing in her Money in the Bank contract at Evolution 2. Jade and Tiffany only got the video package treatment last week, so WWE needs to come up with a compelling in-ring angle for them tonight. - WWE Champion John Cena and Cody Rhodes are not both under one roof tonight, because Cena is a part-timer who has better things to do than appear on this episode of SmackDown. Will Rhodes cut a promo on his SummerSlam opponent and reveal that he changed their rematch to a Street Fight because now he can do Sonic Booms and Flash Kicks? - Damian Priest tried to beat the shit out of Carmelo Hayes last week, but he was instead laid out by Aleister Black once again. Will Priest vs. Black be made official for SummerSlam? - Is Stephanie Vaquer available tonight to beat another member of Chelsea Green's Secret Hervice? - United States Champion Solo Sikoa thought he was so smart last week when he staged a car crash in an attempt to get Jacob Fatu locked up by the police. Fatu had the last laugh when the video evidence caused Solo's plan to blow up in his face. What kind of convoluted scheme will Solo concoct tonight to target Jacob now that they are scheduled to battle over the belt inside a steel cage at SummerSlam? - Kiana James was spotted on last week's episode having a conversation with Women's United States Champion Giulia. Will we find out what they were talking about? - WWE legend Hulk Hogan died yesterday at 71 years old. Hulk Hogan's wife Sky breaks silence after his death in heartbreaking post
Hulk Hogan's wife, Sky, has shared an emotional statement about his death. The former wrestler died Thursday at the age of 71, after medics were reportedly called to his home in Clearwater, Florida. While a cause of death hasn't been revealed, TMZ reported he experienced 'cardiac arrest.' Sky, who married Hulk in 2023, broke her silence Friday on Instagram, sharing a sweet picture of herself kissing him on the cheek. In the caption, she also shared details about his physical health before his death. 'I wasn't ready for this…and my heart is in pieces,' Sky, 46, wrote. 'He had been dealing with some health issues, but I truly believed we would overcome them. I had so much faith in his strength. I thought we still had more time. 'This loss is sudden and impossible to process,' she continued. 'To the world, he was a legend… but to me, he was my Terry. The man I loved. My partner. My heart.' She added that her husband loved his fans a great deal, 'despite his growing physical discomfort.' 'He did everything he could to show up, sign autographs, take photos, and connect with the people who supported him through it all. You meant everything to him,' Sky continued. 'He was a believer in Christ, and I take comfort knowing his soul is at peace and he's been welcomed home.' 'Please keep his family and all of us who loved him in your prayers as we try to navigate this new reality,' she concluded. The yoga instructor got engaged to Hulk in July 2023, after a year of dating. They officially tied the knot in September 2023. Sky was Hulk's third wife. The WWE legend was married to Linda Hogan from 1993 to 2009 and then to Jennifer McDaniel from 2010 to 2021. He and Linda shared two children, Brooke, 37, and Nick, 36. However, Brooke has been estranged from her parents for nearly a decade. Only days before Hulk's death, Linda shared a throwback photo with her ex-husband. She posted a snap from 1996, when they attended a convention in Las Vegas. She simply captioned the post: 'The good old days !' Before meeting Hulk, Sky welcomed three children of her own, but she keeps their lives out of the spotlight. Born Terry Gene Bollea, Hulk skyrocketed to fame in the 1980s, bringing professional wrestling into the mainstream. He went on to become an eight-time WrestleMania headliner and six-time World Wrestling Entertainment champion, in addition to an actor and reality television personality. Hulk has been mourned by the WWE, fellow wrestlers, and political figures. On his Truth Social account, President Donald Trump issued a tribute to Hulk, who became a fixture during Trump's 2024 re-election campaign, appearing at the Republican National Convention to appeal to voters. 'We lost a great friend today, the 'Hulkster.' Hulk Hogan was MAGA all the way — Strong, tough, smart, but with the biggest heart,' Trump wrote. He continued: 'He gave an absolutely electric speech at the Republican National Convention, that was one of the highlights of the entire week. He entertained fans from all over the World, and the cultural impact he had was massive.'
