Beyond Paradise has started filming and a familiar face has joined the star-studded cast
Outlander sensation Colin McFarlane has been captured on the set of Beyond Paradise, much to the delight of fans. A snapshot was eagerly shared on a Facebook fan page dedicated to the show.

Grinning broadly, the actor was snapped in the company of an admirer. His attire consisted of dark brown trousers and a white vest top, layered with a checked shirt.

Notably, a microphone was attached to Colin's vest, hinting at his work in progress.

In another image, Colin is seen alongside Kris Marshall, who portrays the lead detective, Humphrey Goodman. This time, Colin seems to be in costume, sporting a green gilet atop his checked shirt and holding what looks like gardening gloves.
Kris, for his part, was casually dressed in a white vest top, navy blue trousers, and brown footwear as they ambled around the set.
The fan who posted the photo playfully noted: "Kris in his best togs," reports the Express.

While the behind-the-scenes glimpses sparked excitement among fans, some were quick to spot an intriguing crossover – Colin had previously graced the screen in Death in Paradise.
Colin featured in the sixth episode of the fourth series of Death in Paradise, taking on the role of Anton Burrage. In that particular episode, Kris's character, DI Goodman and his team faced the daunting task of solving a volleyball player's murder.

Fans on the page couldn't help but comment on the reunion. One remarked, "Looks like Selwyn's volleyball friend from Death in Paradise with him.
"Mr Barrage," another chimed in.

A different fan expressed their fondness for the actor accompanying Kris, saying, "Oh, I like the actor with him. He's usually really posh or very bad.
"The guy with Kris was with him in DIP, too. In the volleyball episode," pointed out another.
In other news, Colin has been bestowed with an honorary degree from Loughborough University.
The 63-year-old British thespian, scribe, and producer, famed for his portrayal of Gillian B. Loeb in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Trilogy, was honoured by his alma mater for his "outstanding contributions to the arts and his role in championing men's health issues."
Fans can catch episodes of Death in Paradise on BBC iPlayer.

Pop legend wants to headline Glastonbury 2027 for 10-year anniversary of set

After a decade away, one 00s pop legend is throwing his hat into the ring for a headlining spot at Glastonbury. With two number one albums, 16 Top 10 hits, and 298 weeks spent in the UK charts, Craig David is ready to tackle that coveted Worthy Farm title. Glastonbury is having a fallow year to allow the ground to recover, so the 7 Days icon will have to wait until 2027 – perfect timing for a special anniversary. It will mark 10 years since the 44-year-old star last performed on the Pyramid Stage, a performance which he described as 'iconic'. Telling The Sun to 'stay tuned', he shared how he would 'love to go back', adding: 'You know what Glastonbury means to any artist'. 'When I performed on the Pyramid Stage, it was one of the most iconic moments for me. I could see that there were so many people from so many different walks of life who'd come to see a myriad of different artists.' Over 100,000 people filled the field, and a further 7,600,000 watched on BBC iPlayer, with many at the time saying he deserved the Sunday Legend slot. His set was sandwiched between Jools Holland and a speech from Jeremy Corbyn, with Katy Perry, The National, and Foo Fighters closing the day. Craig shared: 'I'd never seen so many people and I thought that is what it is normally like. People were like, 'No, Craig, the crowd went over the bank at the back and that is huge.' It was just amazing.' For the past few years, he has posted a clip of the set on Instagram and called the experience a 'core memory'. 'Performing on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury in 2017 holds a special place in my heart,' the Re-Rewind hitmaker wrote. 'Being able to sing to so many beautiful people at this iconic festival will always be a career highlight.' He's just released a new album, Commitment, after focusing on his TS5 DJ set recently with performances at festivals like Southampton's Summer Sessions and Kew The Music. This ninth album comes 25 years after 7 Days, the song which cemented him as one of the UK's most iconic performers. Craig previously told Metro how he wouldn't re-release any of his older music as it's too precious to his fans. More Trending ''It's so not about me,' he said at the time. 'There was a point when I was first writing music where it was about 'I want to go out there, I want to play this for you, I want to know how it feels to experience this'. 'Then it comes to another point where you recognise that the anecdotes and stories that people tell you over the years of being on holiday, meeting their partner, just a special memory for them with a song that's one of mine. 'It becomes not about me, it's about what am I doing and what service can I bring. I love it.' Got a story?
