Midlands murder probe launched after man's body found in disused building
A murder probe has been launched after a man's body was discovered in a disused building.
The victim was discovered in a building close to Shelton Water Tower at around 11.50am yesterday (June 27).
West Mercia Police said yesterday that it had arrested a 26-year-old man on suspicion of murder and he remained in custody.

The force said enquiries are ongoing and at the "very early stages" - however it's believed the victim and suspect were "known to each other".
Patrols have been stepped up in the area in the wake of incident.
Anyone with information has been urged to call police.
A spokesperson for the force said: "A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder in Shrewsbury.
"Police were called to disused building close to Shelton Water Tower at around 11.50am today (27 June).
"A man was found deceased at the location.
"A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently in custody as enquiries are ongoing."
Inspector Gordon Kaye added: "We are at the very early stages of our investigation, but we do believe the victim and the suspect are known to each other.
"Our communities can expect to see an increased police presence in the area as we carry out our enquiries.
"We would urge anyone with information to call DS Andrew Dawson on 07811 753375."

Police have launched an investigation following a crash in the Black Country that closed a road. The smash took place on Long Lane in the Halesowen area of Dudley. Midland motorway crash leaves one dead after 'report of injured person in road'
A 19-year-old woman who was riding a motorbike has died following a crash on a Midlands motorway. The collision took place on the M69 northbound in Leicestershire in the early hours of Saturday morning (June 28). It was reported that the woman came off her motorbike and was struck after going into the path of a car. The county's police force said it has spoken to the other riders, now officers are appealing for more information. No arrests have been made following the fatal collision. A spokesperson for Leicestershire Police said: "Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision on the M69 northbound in the early hours of Saturday. "The force was called at 12.13am to a report of an injured person in the road. "It was reported to officers that the motorcyclist had come off her bike and into the path of a car, being struck. "The rider of the motorbike – a 19-year-old woman – was pronounced dead at the scene. "There have been no arrests in connection with this collision." Officer in the Case, DC Maddie Hayes, from the force's Serious Collision Investigation Unit, added: "We are keen to hear from anyone who was driving on the M69 in the early hours of this morning. "This collision happened on the northbound carriageway – heading towards Leicester – but those travelling in the other direction may be able to help too. "We know that our victim was riding with three others on motorbikes – we have spoken to these riders – but are keen to speak to anyone who was driving on the M69 at the time and who may have seen the riders before the collision, or the collision itself. "Dash cam footage will also be helpful – it may have captured something to help our investigation. Please contact us.'
