Yahoo21 hours ago
For its upcoming tour, the legendary American-British rock band, Foreigner, will reunite with its original lead singer, Lou Gramm.
The tour is set in honor of Foreigner's new album 'Foreigner 4 Deluxe,' which will be released in September, according to a Wednesday, July 2 statement from the band.
The album celebrates the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers' 50th anniversary, and will feature 'extensive super deluxe editions' of the band's 1981 multi-platinum album '4,' which features hits like, 'Juke Box Hero,' 'Break It Up,' 'Luanne,' 'Urgent,' and 'Waiting For a Girl Like You.'
'Recording our fourth album took the better part of two years. It was something that just had to be right, and I truly believe that Mutt Lange, Lou [Gramm], Rick [Willis], Dennis [Elliot,] and I accomplished something very special,' Foreigner's guitarist Mick Jones wrote in a statement. 'This package, and particularly the stunning Atmos mixes, present a spectacular culmination of one of the most exciting periods of my life.'
Foreigner's members, Luis Maldonado (lead vocals/guitar), Jeff Pilson (bass), Michael Bluestein (keyboars), Bruce Watson (guitars) and Chris Frazier (drums) will 'celebrate half a century of music with a new round of headlining tour dates which will include original lead singer Lou Gramm guesting on some of the songs he helped create almost 45 years ago.'
'Earlier this year, we toured Mexico and South America with the incredible Lou Gramm. We all had such a fantastic time performing and being together, and it's with that same excitement I look forward to working with Lou again,' Maldonado wrote. 'He was an integral part of the writing and recording of the 'Foreigner 4′ album and his presence will add a historic dimension into our forthcoming tour."

Lizzo Says This Macronutrient Is 'The Secret To Happiness'

Reinvention doesn't come without effort. Just ask Women's Health's summer issue cover star Lizzo. In a candid interview with writer Jessica Herndon, the 37-year-old artist details the big life changes she's made over the past couple of years to find inner peace (can you say social media cleanse!?) and heal her body. Lizzo had long been plagued by radiating back pain, a result of damaged discs from pressure caused by her weight. And while she'd always been proud of her size, Lizzo knew she had to make some changes in order to find relief from the debilitating pain. As she puts it: "Body positivity has nothing to do with staying the same." In addition to enlisting the services of Kelly Rowland's personal trainer Marvin Telp to create a consistent workout regimen, Lizzo also revamped her diet—one she shares with WH in the latest installment of our video series Fuel Like. "My relationship with eating has evolved so much," she says. "There have been times where I have undernourished myself; there have been times where I was bingeing. When I intuitively eat and listen to my body, that always works out for me." Part of her intuitive eating plan has included reincorporating meat into her diet following her decision to go vegan in 2020. After experiencing periods of low energy and stomach pains, her trainer recommended she try a Japanese diet. A trip to Japan was the tipping point Lizzo needed to give meat another try. As she recalls thinking: "Let's put our toe in the water with a country whose food I know is very, very clean." The result? "I felt incredible," Lizzo says. "When I got back to the States, I started to slowly introduce animal proteins into my diet, and here we are today." Protein is just one component of the eating routine that fuels Lizzo. She's also quick to sing the praises of another macronutrient: carbs. "Your body loves carbs," she enthuses. "Carbs are the secret to happiness!" Find out how Lizzo incorporates protein and carbs into breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks(!) by watching the latest installment of Fuel Like. Why Summer I Turned Pretty 's Lola Tung Says Fans May Be "Heartbroken"

Originally appeared on E! Online The fate of Cousins Beach may not be what fans expect. Ahead of the third and final season of Jenny Han's The Summer I Turned Pretty series—which premieres on Prime Video July 16—star Lola Tung teased how the love triangle between her character Belly Conklin and brothers Conrad Fisher () and Jeremiah Fisher () might play out. 'Everybody at some point throughout the show, throughout all three seasons, will be a little bit heartbroken,' Lola told E! News in an exclusive interview that aired July 7. 'It's just how it goes. And there is heartache that comes with love and with big love stories and with complicated love stories.' While Belly does end up marrying one of the Fisher boys at the end of the final book, We'll Always Have Summer, the 22-year-old hinted that, whether they are Team Conrad or Team Jeremiah, fans will end up swooning over the romance and drama leading up to her final choice. 'We had so much fun filming it and I feel very proud of it. I think it's going to be pretty epic.' In fact, the actress admitted that some of the changes that made it into the show, including the iconic debutante ball from season one, added a lot of depth and nuance to the characters' journeys. 'Jenny had such a vision and wanted a physical representation of Belly growing up and being in bloom, as Susannah says,' she explained, referring to the Fisher household's late matriarch, played by Rachel Blanchard. 'I think it ended up being really beautiful. It was so much fun to film and so much fun to be in a beautiful gown for a couple days.' Now, four years after beginning her journey as Belly Conklin, Lola is saying goodbye to Cousins Beach—and emphasized it was a heartbreaking one. 'I get very emotional at the end of every season,' she admitted. 'I always cry on the last day and it's emotional—you never know if there's going to be another season or if there's going to be whatever. Of course, this was very emotional because it is the final season.' 'I cried, naturally,' she added. 'Especially walking away from the house and from the locations that we've been using since season one. Those have been with us since the beginning. So, it's weird to walk away from those.' Ahead of the season three premiere of The Summer I Turned Pretty, keep reading to look back on the biggest book changes from last season. —Reporting by Valerie Greenberg For the latest breaking news updates, click here to download the E! Instagram/@haileybieber Hailey Bieber is cosigning 'polka dot summer' in the most Hailey Bieber way possible. On July 4, the 28-year-old model debuted her latest summer manicure, ditching her lemon-yellow and white polka dot nails in favor of a more subtle approach to the trending pattern. In lieu of the lemon drop manicure tied to her latest Rhode launch, Bieber is dipping back into the natural nail craze by rocking glassy clear polish with dainty white spots, proving that two of the biggest trends of summer 2025 go hand-in-hand. Nailed It Glass Nails Are the Ultimate Minimalist Manicure Simple, clean, and fresh. She first debuted the nail design with a selfie on Instagram story, coincidentally demonstrating that Rhode's lemontini lip tint packs the same amount of shine as her glass polka dot manicure. She also posted a cheeky TikTok video, applying the peptide treatment while lip-synching a quote by Love Island breakout star Amaya Espinal. (Limited-edition Amaya Papaya lip tint when?!) Suddenly, nail designs have found their way back into the conversation as minimalism continues to dominate summer 2025 nail trends—and Hailey Bieber isn't the only celebrity pushing the boundaries of the bare nail trend with the use of polka dots. Sabrina Carpenter sported a slightly less glassy version of a bare polka dot manicure in her 'Manchild' music video, courtesy of Bieber's longtime celebrity nail artist Zola Ganzorigt. At the time, Ganzorigt confirmed she used one coat of the OPI shade Passion and one coat of Bare My Soul to create the perfect nude shade for Carpenter, adding the spots with Alpine Snow. Carpenter loved the look so much, she requested the design again in late June, adding a couple sparkling rhinestones. Even more recently, Dua Lipa debuted a playful French manicure with white polka dots on black tips, adding even more white spots all-over a couple accent nails. After all, if polka dots are covering all of our dresses, capris, and bikini tops, why shouldn't we add them to our summer nail rotation?
