New act announced for Southampton Summer Sessions
Rising indie star Matt Hansen is set to support Train at the Southampton Summer Sessions.
The Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter, who has amassed a following of 2.5 million on TikTok, will perform on Saturday, June 28.
Hansen has made a name for himself with soulful covers and original music, boasting more than 400 million streams of his independently released singles.
His latest hit, Let Em Go, is a testament to his powerful vocals and raw storytelling.
This summer, he will bring his unique sound to Southampton, supporting Train at Guildhall Square.
The June 28 performance will see Hansen join an impressive lineup of previously announced artists, including McFly, The Human League, Simple Minds, and Rag'n'Bone Man.
Hometown hero Craig David will also perform in an eagerly awaited gig, as well as UB40 ft. Ali Campbell, The Stranglers and Ocean Colour Scene.

And so I think that piece of it sometimes outweighs my moral compass." Jana is best known for playing Alex Dupre on One Tree Hill. And the actress - who starred on the TV show between 2009 and 2012 - previously revealed that she's eager to star in a reboot. She told TooFab in 2024: "I definitely talked to Sophia [Bush, her former co-star] about it and it's one of those things where she's kind of getting a temperature check on who would come back." Jana is a fan of reboots and she's keen to see what the show's characters are up to now. She shared: "I love when shows get rebooted and they bring back old characters because I like to see what they're up to. "I understand if they don't. I understand why some actors don't want to come back to a show that's been done, and they have closed that chapter. But for the viewers and the fans, I want to know what they're up to, what they're doing."

‘Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia' star Rob McElhenney files to legally change his name
Wild card! Creator and star of 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' Rob McElhenney has filed to change his legal name, according to reports. The showrunning Philly favorite will now be going by the name 'Rob Mac,' according to documents filed in Los Angeles, TMZ reported. The shortened first and last name brings him much closer to his aggressively dopey beer-slinging character in 'Always Sunny' — whose name is 'Mac' — and is a far cry from the formality of his former government name, 'Robert McElhenney III.' Despite the surprise to fans, Mac mentioned the intention to swap some syllables back in a May interview with Variety. 'As our business and our storytelling is expanding into other regions of the world and other languages in which my name is even harder to pronounce, I'm just going by Rob Mac,' the former real-life bartender told the outlet. However, his wife and 'Sunny' co-star Kaitlin Olson said the couple's kids were not in favor of the change and she also expressed some trepidation at the prospect. 'The kids are really not happy about it, because they have that last name. And so do I, legally!' she told Variety. Mac is a part-owner, along with Ryan Reynolds, of Welsh soccer club Wrexham FC. He launched private company 'More Better Industries' in 2024, and was part owner of Philadelphia bar 'Mac's Tavern,' which announced Monday it was closing after 15 years in business. The 17th season of 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' premieres on July 9.

Coco Gauff says criticism of Aryna Sabalenka's French Open comments went ‘too far'
LONDON (AP) — It didn't take long for Coco Gauff and Aryna Sabalenka to patch up their relationship after this month's French Open final. Now as Wimbledon is about to start, Gauff is hoping everyone else can also forget what the top-ranked Sabalenka said in the wake of her loss to the American at Roland-Garros. A day after dancing together on Wimbledon's Centre Court in a TikTok video, the two tennis players faced more questions on Saturday about the aftermath of Sabalenka's comments right after the final, when she said her loss had more to do with her own mistakes than Gauff's performance. The Belarusian later wrote to apologize to Gauff and said her comments were 'unprofessional,' but not before she faced some major backlash from fans and pundits — especially in the United States. Gauff is trying to make sure the criticism stops. 'I'm not the person that will fuel hate in the world,' said Gauff, who opens her Wimbledon campaign against Dayana Yastremska on Tuesday. 'I think people were taking it too far. … It was just really targeting and saying a lot of things that I felt were not nice. I didn't want to fuel that more.' Sabalenka, who faces Carson Branstine on No. 1 Court on Monday, said she hopes the TikTok video shows that all is well between the two. 'We are good, we are friends,' the three-time major winner said. 'I hope the U.S. media can be easy on me right now.' Sabalenka reiterated that she never meant to offend Gauff.
