Amr Diab's New Beachfront Concept Maa'soom Launches in Marassi

The Marassi-based project will feature a boutique hotel, beachfront cabanas, and a dining experience centred on elemental contrast. Along Egypt's North Coast, where powdery sand meets Mediterranean blue, the beach isn't just a destination—it's a whole season, a rhythm, a scene. And at the heart of it all sits Marassi, the glitzy shoreline enclave by Emaar Misr, where villas, beach clubs, and sunset rituals define the summer. Enter Amr Diab—yes, that Amr Diab. The icon. The soundtrack to so many Sahel nights. In a new collaboration with TLT Concepts and Emaar Misr, he's turned his vision into something tangible: Maa'soom, a coastal destination that's not quite a hotel, not just a beach club, but something in between. Right on the edge of the Marassi shore, Maa'soom is built around contrast—stillness and movement, sunrise and nightlife, sea breeze and firelight. With boutique rooms, seaside cabanas, and a signature dining experience, it's made for long lunches, slow mornings, and the kind of nights only Amr Diab could dream up.

Rana Atef On Sunday, a new report by the Irish Sun claimed that trending K-pop group BTS took part in a secret music project involving a previously unreleased Michael Jackson track recorded in 2006. The song was initially intended for a new album by the late King of Pop, but the project was halted before completion. It was recorded at Grouse Lodge Studio, a converted stable in the Irish countryside, where Jackson had several recording sessions during his stay, alongside notable names like producer Rodney Jerkins and singer Ne-Yo. Studio owner Paddy Dunning recently stated that the tracks were part of a tribute album concept. For the first time, he revealed that BTS was among the 'global stars' invited to re-record some of the songs. 'We began the sessions last year,' Dunning said. 'We hosted BTS here at Grouse Lodge, where they recorded one of the tracks.' The project reportedly included around ten tracks linked to Michael Jackson, either written or developed in collaboration with his Irish-based team at the time. He confirmed that preparations are ongoing, with support from members of Jackson's original creative team. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results
