Beyonce's two-word statement on horror car blunder as team explain what happened

Beyonce has been labeled an 'icon' by her fans after she took to Instagram to share a two-word statement after her flying car almost flipped over at her latest concert
Beyonce has responded to fans after a terrifying incident saw her almost falling out of a car which was propelled into the air at her latest concert.
While performing in Houston during her flying car stint, the cables appeared to be uneven and left Beyoncé tilting over the edge until she was brought back down. In videos taken by fans, Beyonce kept it professional and was cool, calm and collected while the incident was resolved.

She has now taken to Instagram, where she addressed the situation with humour. She shared a video montage of her show, including her car malfunction, along with the caption: 'Sittin' Sidewayz'.

Fans couldn't get enough of her post as one person commented: 'Her sense of humour is unmatched', while another added: 'A legend who can take a joke, iconic'.
A third fan wrote: 'I was on the edge of my seat watching you up there last night, but only you could handle with such poise and calmness. And then to crack a joke about it afterwards? Iconic. Your show was truly transformative, Beyoncé. Love you, Queen Bey'.
After the show, Beyoncé's team released a statement addressing the incident and labelling it a 'technical mishap'.. They said: 'Tonight in Houston, at NRG Stadium, a technical mishap caused the flying car, a prop Beyonce uses to circle the stadium, and see her fans up close, to tilt.'
They added: 'She was quickly lowered and no one was injured. The show continued without incident'.

After finishing the song, she told her fans: ''I wanna thank y'all 'for loving me, if ever I fall, I know y'all will catch me.'
This isn't the first time that Beyoncé has suffered a mechanical issue on her Cowboy Carter tour. In May, at her show in Los Angeles, a robot on stage had failed to hit its mark. It was supposed to pour a bottle of liquor into her glass, but ended up pouring it over the golden chair she was sitting on.
Beyoncé has proven she can handle a few mishaps and carry on the show without fault.

The Cowboy Carter Tour, which is officially called Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin' Circuit Tour, is her worldwide tour in support of her album Cowboy Carter. It features 32 stadium shows across the US and Europe.
The musician began the tour back in April in Inglewood, California and is all set to conclude in July in Paradise, Nevada.

Adele, Beyonce and Taylor Swift hitmaker Ryan Tedder admits to using AI in his music - with the One Republic star branding the technology 'amazing'

One Republic star Ryan Tedder has admitted to using AI in his songs, calling the technology's effect on music 'amazing'. The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter, 46, has produced some of the biggest songs of the last 15 years after working with hugely popular artists such as Beyonce and Taylor Swift. Having shot to stardom as One Republic's front man, he too helped Adele scoop Album Of The Year at the GRAMMYs twice with her albums 21 (2011) and 25 (2015). Ryan - who too co-wrote Beyonce's 2008 hit Halo - has now however admitted to using AI in his songs, even revealing that he uses the technology to 'change his voice'. Speaking on a new episode of Smallzy's Surgery, the singer said: 'It is changing music. 'It's changing it from a creative perspective, I've gotten cuts because for instance, if I'm pitching a song to a female artist, historically I would either just leave me on singing the demo or occasionally I would hire a female demo singer to come in and replace me with what they call a scratch vocal. 'But with AI, I started replacing my voice probably 18 months ago. Like if I wanted to do a song with Ariana Grande, I'd sing it like Ariana in my way, process it, put the song back in and all of a sudden you're like, "oh my god this is amazing". 'So I started pitching a song doing that and it started working to tremendous effect... holy cow, it works!' Ryan also opened up about exactly how much he turns to AI to aid his creative process, saying it saves him 'half a day of work'. 'There's a couple different AI companies that allow me to input my idea and then tell it what I want it to do, to sound like, and then it'll pop out the other end,' he said. 'What that does is save me half a day of work, it's all the s**t that I would have to do anyway, but it saved me it. 'So that's the extent that I've used it. But when it comes to lyrics, ChatGPT lyrics has become the joke. 'Inside songwriting sessions, you'll be like, "man, that sounds so ChatGPT", like that has become the punchline. The lyrics are so bad it's ChatGPT.' Amid the increasing influence of ChatGPT on the music industry, Spotify have received a host of backlash after being accused of creating 'fake artists' to fill up their playlists. Back in 2017, the streaming platform strongly denied doing such a thing presumably in order to reduce royalty payments. 'We do not and have never created "fake" artists and then put them on Spotify playlists,' the platform argued. But just this week a host of listeners once again threatened to boycott Spotify after suspicious arose that a new band could be AI-generated. The group, named The Velvet Sundown, already have over 550,000 million monthly listeners despite only debuting on the service in early June. Promotional images of the band all appear to be AI generated, and the credits on their music has no writers, producers or musicians listed. There's also no live performances or interviews of the band anywhere to be found, and none of the four members have any kind of internet presence. The band also has barely any social media followers, with just 322 on Instagram and 47 followers on X. Despite this, The Velvet Sundown have been featured on multiple popular Spotify playlists. After various media outlets reported that The Velvet Sundown may be AI-generated, the band hit back in a series of posts on X - yet offered no proof to disprove the claims. 'Absolutely crazy that so-called 'journalists' keep pushing the lazy, baseless theory that The Velvet Sundown is 'AI-generated' with zero evidence,' they wrote. 'Not a single one of these "writers" has reached out, visited a show, or listened beyond the Spotify algorithm,' they continued. 'This is not a joke. This is our music, written in long, sweaty nights in a cramped bungalow in California with real instruments, real minds, and real soul. Every chord, every lyric, every mistake — HUMAN.' They added, 'Just because we don't do TikTok dances or livestream our process doesn't mean we're fake.' And despite their miniscule following on social media, the band said that they had to 'lock down' all of their accounts 'due to harassment'. However, none of their accounts are officially verified by any site outside of Spotify, and none of their social media accounts have been set to private either. On Deezer, where The Velvet Sundown's music also appears, there's a warning from the streamer stating, 'some tracks on this album may have been created using artificial intelligence'.

This time around, back on solid ground, she pulled on a straw hat to protect herself from the beating sunshine and accessorised with a chunky blue choker. She kept her make-up natural, with her brunette locks brushing over her shoulders in wispy waves as she took her snaps from different angles. Later in the evening, Samie switched to a stunning floor-length dress which she captured in a gallery on her Instagram grid. Alongside the images she wrote: "Lady in red." PARTING WAYS Her trip comes just days after Sam, 32, and Samie called time on their short-lived relationship. Sam was first pictured snogging Samie and holding her face as they smooched outside Olivia Attwood's 34th birthday bash. They were also snapped walking arm in arm afterwards and he tenderly placed a hand on her waist. While the pair didn't share their relationship on social media, Sam did praise Samie on his podcast, Staying Relevant with pal Pete Wicks. Grilled by his best mate, he was relatively tight-lipped but said: "What I will say though, really awesome chick. You met her that night. Really, really lovely. Super down to earth, super nice, beautiful, obviously." Sam Thompson and Samie Elishi SPLIT after just two months of dating Samie, meanwhile, opened up about the romance last month during an appearance on the We Talk To The Dead podcast. Last week, The Sun exclusively revealed the pair had decided to go their separate ways weeks after first being spotted together on a cosy date. A source close to the former couple said: "It was a mutual thing and there is no bad blood between them. "They both just have really busy schedules, particularly Sam who has been non-stop recently, and it was really hard to make it work. They're still good mates. "It's a shame but sometimes things just don't work out." Hints of trouble between the pair were first raised after Sam was cagey when quizzed about Samie while promoting his Soccer Aid challenge for Unicef earlier this month. Asked if she would be there to support him, Sam told MailOnline: "I feel like… this is so much more than who I'm dating or hooking up with. "And I feel like it would take away from what it is going on. You know what I mean?" Sam began dating Samie after splitting with Zara McDermott late last year. 8 The pair blamed their 'busy schedules' for the amicable split Credit: Splash 8 Samie has jetted on a girlie getaway Credit: Instagram 8 Samie posed in a different two piece earlier in the trip Credit: Instagram

'Gorgeous' 99p accessory sends fashion fans 'rushing' to Home Bargains

Shoppers are keen to get the accessories as they return to shelves and are cheaper than in other high-street stores Fashion fans are rushing to Home Bargains to get their hands on the store's latest hair accessories, which went viral earlier this year. But, after going out of stock due to popular demand back in February, the clips have now made a return, much to the delight of shoppers. Better still, the accessories are still just as cheap as when they first hit shelves, priced at just 99p each. Some even claim there are 'similar' clips available at other stores, such as Tesco, but for £5 more. ‌ The plastic bow claw clips come in black and pastel pink and are designed to look like an actual bow holding up your hair. Home Bargains says: "Elevate your hairstyle with the adorable Bow Claw Clip! This chic accessory adds a playful touch while keeping your locks stylishly in place – perfect for any occasion!" ‌ The clips are currently out of stock on Home Bargains' website, but you can sign up for the retailer's 'notify me' system, which will email you when they are available again. Until then, shoppers should visit their local branch to buy them in person. Home Bargains took to its official Instagram account to share the news with its 1.1 million followers. The budget retailer wrote in the caption: "Cutest Bows Ever… for Just 99p! Adorable hair accessories perfect for ponytails, pigtails, or just feeling extra cute." It didn't take long for the comment section to fill up with excited messages from fans. One eager shopper admitted: "The bow clips are great got 2 Thursday." A second claimed: "Same stuff in Tesco for about 6 quid," to which Home Bargains replied: "That's the magic of HB." A third said: "Perfect for my preteen daughter." Many others left comments like "omg so cute", "so pretty", "love them" and "super cute". Others were already planning their next shopping trip. Besides the black and pink plastic claw clips, Home Bargains is also selling a two-pack of clips with real ribbons attached in various colours and sizes, such as cream, black, and leopard print. The store's large satin bows, which also cost 99p, come in five different colours and have a barrette clip. Tesco is selling a two-pack of Brushworks Satin Hair Bows in black and white for £5.99. The product description reads: "A timeless duo, perfect for elevating half-up, half-down hairstyles. Ultra-soft satin material, crafted from recycled polyester." ‌ The supermarket is also selling slightly thinner Satin Hair Bows by Brushworks in light pink for £4.99. Similarly to Home Bargains' large satin bows, Tesco is also offering shoppers Large Bow Barrette Clips, but for £9.99 each. Back in January, the bow-shaped clips were an instant hit with fashion fans and many took to social media to share their favourites - including ones at Home Bargains. In a TikTok video uploaded by fashion blogger, Nikita Gerrity, the hair clips are seen on full display as she said: "All only 99p too. The cutest bow and floral hair clips." Another Tiktok user, Meganlouisebarker, shared a video of what the pink bow clip looks like in her hair. "Run to Home Bargains for the cutest bow clip ever," she told viewers.
