GMB star slams 'egotistical' Queen Camilla's actions at Wimbledon in furious rant
Narinder Kaur has taken a brutal swipe at Queen Camilla following her appearance at Wimbledon. On arrival at the tennis tournament, Camilla was introduced to key staff members and also came face to face with Novak Djokovic.
Shortly after this, Her Majesty headed out to Centre Court to watch some of the action on day ten of Wimbledon. Camilla, 77, waved to crowds as she took her seat in the Royal Box after receiving a standing ovation and cheers upon entry.
In footage taken as she arrived, those walking behind Camilla could be seen tapping other audience members in their seats to get them to stand up Good Morning Britain star, Narinder, 52, has voiced her fury on social media over this move which she has branded as 'egotistical', the Express reports.
She raged: "Am I actually seeing this right? Those women are tapping people to get up for Camilla?! What a despicably egotistical vile thing to do...who on earth behaves like this?"
Several of the broadcaster's followers agreed with her as on responded: "I wouldn't have got up. It's an absolute nonsense."
Another replied: "I rarely agree with Narinder, but I must say this is weird. The minders are tapping people to stand up.
"If this happened to me, I would make a fuss for touching me."
A third echoed: "For once I actually agree with you."
Someone else said: "I'm with you on this Narinder. I disagree 99.9% with you but this is pathetic."
However, others disagreed with Narinder's strong opinion and claimed standing up was showing a sign of respect.
One wrote: "People who respect our monarchy. People who are being told a monarch is walking in from a position which they cannot see.
"People who want to be here for the right reasons. People who are proud of our country."
Someone else argued: "This is called showing respect for the office, regardless of what one thinks of the person in that office. You demonstrate both your ignorance and your own vile values."
A third hit back: "Sorry how is it vile? there's something called etiquette that we need to show whilst in the presence of Royalty."
Another commented: "It's just a British tradition to respect the royal family. You seem to be looking for things to be extremely angry about."

The Queen Consort attended the tournament with her sister, Annabel Elliot, after travelling from an engagement at Buckingham Palace.
When she arrived, she was introduced to collections manager, Malin Lundin, who has been instrumental in bringing Wimbledon's heritage to life through displays that welcome players and guests.
Camilla also met Will Brierley, the lead groundsperson who has spent two decades at the Club and oversees the Championship Courts.

Singer Jock McDonald has died in a 'freak swimming accident'. The musician was best known for being part of the British band The Bollock Brothers, which he formed in 1979. Other members of the band are guitarist Chris McKelvey, bassist Richard Collins, Klaus Fiehe, drummer Patrick Pattyn, guitarist Ciaran Crossan and keyboard player Morgan Michaux. Over the years the band has released nine studio albums, with their most notable hits included original songs Horror Movies, The Bunker and The Legend of the Snake, as well as their English-language cover of Serge Gainsbourg's Harley David (Son of a B****) and Alex Harvey's Faith Healer. However, in 2008 their longtime keyboard player Mark Humphries died, with their album Last Will & Testament, being dedicated to him when it was released the following year. Rest in peace, my friend…I will miss you…' Donegal Live reported that McDonald had been taken from the water near the diving boards at Bundoran beach by volunteers for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution on Saturday evening, July 26 after reports of a casualty on the rocks. Although he was rushed to Sligo University Hospital, he was later pronounced dead there. Many have paid tribute to the musician, with one fan writing on social media their 'heart was broken' by the news. Independent record label Charly Records shared: 'Charly Records are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Jock McDonald, founding member of The Bollock Brothers. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time. Rest in peace, Jock.' More Trending Meanwhile his brother Gerry O'Donnell added: 'He was more than a brother to me. I'm heartbroken, but if he had to be taken, then for him it would have been Donegal with our mum and Dad.' Born Patrick Joseph O'Donnell and growing up between Donegal and Clydebank, Scotland, McDonald went on to work as a promoter, DJ, manager and musician. He was reportedly working on new music at the time of his death. Got a story? I have my Christmas presents wrapped and ready to go in July - here's how I did it
While most of us are still soaking up the summer sun and planning beach holidays, one ultra-organised mother is already decking the halls for Christms. British mother Char Chandler took to TikTok to showcase her 'Christmas cupboard' where she is storing her children's wrapped gifts and festive goodies until December 25. Her preparations left many social media users baffled as the mother-of-three revealed she has already finished her Christmas preparations - months before the holiday season kicks off. The clip, which was viewed over 180,000 times, showed the mother's festive hoard - complete with carefully wrapped presents in gift bags for her friends and family as well as seasonal snacks. Char panned the camera across a cupboard brimming with gifts, all neatly labelled and colour-coded with different Christmas wrapping for each child. In the video caption, she explained her very relatable reasoning behind the early prep, saying she wanted to 'spread the cost' out over a few months. She explained: 'Christmas in not?? Here's a sneak peak into my Christmas cupboard. 'We have the summer holidays, eldest son's birthday, two holidays and Disney in January, meaning I need to spread the cost. Here's what I've got so far....' Her post has drawn some admiration from followers, many of whom admitted they hadn't even thought about Christmas yet - let alone started shopping. One person said: 'Oh wow, how cool! Love this.' Another asked: 'How do you know what to get them? By the time Christmas comes, they might not like it. That'll be my worry xx' Char replied: 'My kids are into anything and everything so I've just bought a few things of the stuff he likes, Fortnite, Pokemon, Ninjas etc x' Someone else added: 'I've got pressies wrapped too love it all xx' A fourth said: 'I wish I was this organised I am still doing it [on] Christmas Eve.' Char's response read: 'Aww I couldn't, it would stress me out. Each to their own though whatever works best x' Another said: 'Love that, you can relax in the lead up to Xmas' Char replied: 'Yessss with lots of hot chocolate driving round looking at lights and having fun x' @ Christmas in july..... why not?? Heres a sneak peak into my christmas cupboard. We have the summer holidays, eldest sons birthday, two holidays and disney in january meaning i need to spread the cost. Heres what ive got so far.... #christmastiktok #christmascountdown #christmas #xmas #christmasfyp #december #xmascountdown ♬ Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree - Brenda Lee In the video caption she explains her very relatable reasoning behind the early prep, saying she wanted to 'spread the cost' out over a few months But not everyone is on board with the idea of festive prep while temperatures are still soaring But not everyone was on board with the idea of festive prep while temperatures are still soaring. One person wrote: ''F***. Right. Off. It's. Only. F*****ing. July' Char addressed the rude comment in a subsequent video as she said: 'I really don't get it, why can't you just be happy for someone, show it love, or scroll past?' She defended her Christmas shopping and added: 'I'm happy, I'm organised and I don't have that Christmas rush and the hassle.' Char then told people to 'be nice' and said 'you never know what people are going through'. In 2023, The Daily Mail reported families are starting their Christmas shopping as early as November to spread the cost of the festive season - when bills are also much higher. According to John Lewis' festive tracker report, which analyses YouGov polling and sales, a fifth of people - mainly women - said they start planning for Christmas in November in the hope of scoring a bargain.

Princess of Wales displays relative Beatrix Potter's art in V&A exhibit
The Princess of Wales has showcased her distant relative Beatrix Potter's artwork in her own 'mini display' at a new V&A facility. The Princess – related to the Peter Rabbit creator through her great-great-great uncle – chose one of the author's watercolour paintings, depicting a forest glade, for a personally curated display at V&A East Storehouse. She also selected a childhood photograph album belonging to the author's father, Rupert Potter, alongside several other objects for the display, entitled Makers and Creators, at the east London museum. It is not the first time the Princess has shown a fondness for the works of the children's writer. Prince George's first birthday had a Beatrix Potter theme, and his nursery room was reportedly decorated with characters from her books. In 2014, The Telegraph reported that the Princess's great-great-great uncle was Dr Arthur Lupton, a Leeds University pro-chancellor whose brother-in-law, Lord Ashton, the First Baron Ashton of Hyde, was a first cousin of Potter. Potter, who died in 1943 at the age of 77, wrote 35 books, including The Tale of Peter Rabbit, which was an instant success after being picked up in 1902 by British children's publisher Frederick Warne & Co. For the new display, to be unveiled on Wednesday, the Princess worked with the V&A's curatorial team to select objects from across the museum's vast collections. It brings together objects chosen by the Princess to celebrate past makers and creators and is intended to show how historic objects can influence fashion, design, film, art and creativity in the modern day. Her display also includes a costume worn by Diana Vere in The Royal Ballet's 1960 production of The Sleeping Beauty, which was designed by Oliver Messel, one of the foremost stage designers of the 20th century. It also features a sculpture of hands by Clemence Dane from the mid-20th century and an oil painting entitled A Woman Holding a Mirror and a Rose by George Henry Boughton, an Anglo-American artist. The display is rounded out by a hand-quilted bedcover made in Wales between 1830 and 1840, a Morris & Co furnishing screen from the mid-1880s, a Qing dynasty porcelain vase from Jingdezhen, China, and a 15th-century earthenware tile. The Princess's selection is one of over 100 displays that have been exhibited in the sides and ends of storage racking inside the museum, and will be on view until early next year. The V&A East Storehouse, described as 'the nation's Victorian attic' by one art critic, includes 250,000 objects, 350,000 books and 1,000 special archives, with displays designed to reduce barriers and cabinets. It puts items that would otherwise be in storage on public display. The Princess, who is the V&A Royal Patron, visited V&A East Storehouse last month and was given a behind-the-scenes tour by the V&A's curatorial team, finding out more about why objects are collected, and how they are cared for, conserved and displayed.
