TV fans might recognise Zoe Lister from her time spent on the much loved soap Hollyoaks but she's also the voice of the famous advert.
Who is Zoe Lister?
Zoe, 43, is an English actress and writer who played Zoe Carpenter In Hollyoaks from 2006 to 2010, with a brief return in April 2017.
She also served as a writer on the show from 2014 to 2024, penning 56 episodes.
As an actress, Zoe has appeared in shows such as Midsomer Murders, Crime Stories and Staff Room.
And as a writer, she has contributed scripts to shows such as The Worst Witch, The Dumping Ground and Zero Chill.
Zoe also appeared as a guest on Big Brother's Little Brother and also presented at T4 On The Beach.
She also toured the UK in the comedy play Teechers and she played Lady Macbeth at the Liverpool Royal Court for which she received critical acclaim.
The Jet2 advert
Zoe is also a voice over artist and has revealed on TikTok that she is the voice behind the "Nothing beats a Jet2 holiday" campaign.
She explained in the video post that it isn't art, she just basically sits in a chair and records the words that somebody else has written.
Fans flocked to comment on the revelation and one said: "I just hear your voice now and two old blokes fighting over a sun bed!"
Jet2 flight to Cyprus forced to divert due to 'drunk' passenger as hundreds of holidaymakers left stranded
Another added: "Honestly thought it was Holly Willoughby's voice!"
"Omg wasn't she is hollyoaks?!!" exclaimed another poster.
While a fourth added: "Mind blown never knew it was Zoe from Hollyoaks!"
Why has the advert gone viral?
The jingle has been used as the audio sound to use on holiday videos, often when things go wrong, on TikTok.
And it has gone viral all over UK TikTok, with over 100M views and 36,000 posts.
The audio also features Jess Glynne's hit song 'Hold My Hand'.
This catchphrase and Zoe's narration are often associated with dangerous travel mishaps and weird holiday experiences.
There has been a video post of a camel attacking a person while the Nothing Beats a Jet2 Holiday meme audio plays in the background.
There have also been memes of people fighting on a plane or people throwing towels off a sun lounger into a swimming pool.
TikToker's have also been dramatically lip syncing along to the advert when things go wrong in everyday life.
Most of these incidents don't appear to have taken place on Jet2 holidays, and there's no allegations of wrongdoing on Jet2's part.
Meanwhile, Jet2 will launch exclusive new flights from the UK to two affordable Spanish cities.
And passengers flying with TUI, easyJet, Ryanair or Jet2 this summer are being urged to check the full list of banned food and drinks before heading to the airport.
Plus, she has made history as the British female solo artist with the most UK No1s – an impressive total of seven.
But even that hasn't been enough to save Jess Glynne's record deal, as she has split from her label after just one album.

Three shocking secrets at Glastonbury festival including X-rated locations and low-key gig few know about
The Glastonbury Festival, which is currently underway, is best known for hosting world-renowned music acts, its infamously muddy fields and its laid back vibe. But now a TikTok creator has revealed three locations at the festival that most people are likely unaware of. The content creator, called @adrenalinefuelled, shared the locations in a video on the platform titled 3 Secret Things at Glastonbury. Accompanying the clip was a short caption which read: 'Do you know this?' The video featured video footage of various areas of the festival while a voice over described what the moving imagery was showing. It started showing what looked like a run-down building called 'Atlantic Meats', which had what appeared at first glance to be animal carcasses hanging outside the front. According to the voiceover: 'This is a gay club - you can probably guess from the subtle hints scattered around. 'You're only allowed in if you've got a mustache, but you can buy one for £2.50 at the door.' The creator provided some additional x-rated information about the club - including the presence of a 'pitch black' room which is 'full of people, mainly men, getting very friendly with each other'. Festival goers interested in attending the club should head to block nine where they can find it, he added, noting: 'Just go when it's dark and bring a mustache.' Moving onto the next little known location, he said: 'Another unique place is this Lost Horizon sauna. 'So most people in here are wearing completely nothing, but you are allowed to wear clothes inside. 'They've got showers, swings, they've got trampolines [...] it's also got a stage with artists performing all day, so you can sit there with nothing on and watch someone perform, which is a really unique experience, so I hear. 'If you fancy it [it's] in the teepee field. So grab a look. ' Finally, he moved onto the third lesser-known place: the secret Piano Bar. 'If you walk to the top of the field with the stone circle in it, you'll see this fence, and it's through there,' he said. 'No one really knows when it opens. But just wait around there when it's dark and you will have a strange night. You never know what you'll be seeing there.' Many people who want to attend the festival find it impossible to get their hands on the highly-valued tickets, so it used to be somewhat common for people to try and sneak in for free, by finding a weak spot in the festival's fence and leaping over for an entirely free weekend of music. However, since security was seriously beefed up in 2000, those attempting to do the same when Britain's biggest music festival kicks off on Wednesday could find themselves serving time at HMP Glastonbury. The Somerset festival, started by Michael Eavis in September 1970 and now in the hands of his daughter Emily, has security that's more expensive than that afforded to the royal family, reports The Times. Some 200,000 people have descended on Worthy Farm this week, with the average ticket price costing around £380 to see the 2025 headliners - The 1975, Neil Young and Olivia Rodrigo. However, those who try and find other ways to enter the 1,000 acre-site without paying will first have to penetrate Glastonbury's 7.8km fence, which towers 4 metres high. At various points around the site, there are also watchtowers, with security staff keeping an eye on goings on both inside and outside of the perimeter. Security is likely to be a major priority for Emily Eavis this year after hundreds of people snuck in with fake wristbands, costing just £50, and by vaulting the fences in 2024, causing stages to be shut down from overcrowding.

All six episodes of 'irresistibly creepy' crime drama available to stream now
Looking to escape the heat? Well, why not watch a new supernatural crime drama that's sure to send a chill down your spine? As of today (June 28), all six episodes of The Shadow are available to stream on Channel 4. This haunting crime drama follows a young journalist called Norah (Deleila Piasko) on assignment in Vienna. Sounds pretty good, right? Well, things take a sinister turn when a strange beggar warns Norah that she will kill a man sometime in the future. Not feeling particularly homicidal, the young writer ignores the warning, that is, until strange things start occurring. Can Norah avoid her murderous fate? Well, you'll have to watch to find out. First released in Germany back in 2023, the series is an adaptation of Melanie Raabe's internationally bestselling 2020 novel of the same name, which was branded 'irresistibly creepy' by Open Books. The TV series has similarly glowing reviews. In their 10/10 IMDb review one user described the show as 'a meticulously crafted psychological thriller, distinguished by its atmospheric storytelling and compelling performances.' Meanwhile, another user gave the series 9/10 and said The Shadow was a 'testament to the potential of television as a medium for nuanced, character-driven narratives.' High praise indeed! However, that's not the only accolade the show has earned; it won the Audience Choice Award at the German Seriencamp Festival in 2023, and Kino magazine gave it 4.5 stars. More Trending Meanwhile, DWDL's critic Timo Niemeier wrote in his review, 'the creators went to great lengths in the first five episodes to keep viewers guessing as long as possible about what actually happened, the story is resolved almost perfectly at the end.' If, however, The Shadows sounds a bit spooky for you, or if you like the heat, there are other streaming options available this weekend. Season 4 of The Bear has just dropped on Disney Plus. Season four has been called a return to form by critics, and it's currently sitting at a respectable 82% on Rotten Tomatoes. Our own valiant TV Editor Sabrina Barr reviewed The Bear season 4 for Metro, and in her three-and-a-half-star review, she wrote that while she enjoyed this fourth outing, she was 'left wanting more'.
