Brooklyn's brothers band together with telling posts after he 'cuts ties'

Daily Mirror12-06-2025
Both Romeo and Cruz Beckham took to Instagram with cryptic messages shortly after brother Brooklyn shared his own update as the family reportedly remains embroiled in a bitter split
Brooklyn Beckham's younger brothers have posted cryptic posts as they appeared to come together amid the intense speculation of a family feud. As the 26-year-old continues to shun his family, it's reported he has now "cut ties" with his parents, David and Victoria Beckham.
Despite the rift, Posh and Becks' other sons are seemingly putting on a united front. Both Romeo, 22, and Cruz, 20, took to Instagram to share philosophical messages. In a poetic upload, Romeo shared: "Life is short. Time is fast. No replays. So love and enjoy every moment as it comes."

Younger brother Cruz appeared to be in a similar mood and shared a number of song choices. Taking to his own Stories on the platform, Cruz posted snaps of The Beach Boys tune Sloop John B, while also uploading the track Family Affair by Sly & The Family Stone.

Both groups have suffered deaths recently, with Sly Stallone's passing earlier in the week following by news of Beach Boys frontman Brian Wilson's death on Wednesday.
Cruz had earlier posted an old image of his family, showing himself, Brooklyn, their siblings and mum Victoria Beckham in years gone by.
However, Brooklyn also took to social media with his own cryptic message before his brothers' response. Taking to Instagram late Wednesday night, just hours on from Cruz's initial cute throwback post, Brooklyn turned his back to the camera as he showed off his new linens.
With his exposed back showing off some of his many tattoos, as well as the results of a recent cupping session, Brooklyn held a pile of white towels in the air for the shot. He simply captioned the snap "@fretteofficial [love heart emoji]" - an Italian linen brand.

But his followers pleaded with him to make amends with his family in the comments section. "Take time to get yourself together and have a breather, please find your way back otherwise you will cause pain for yourself, your siblings and parents," one urged. "If someone has hurt you, pls try to talk it through so that your [sic] on talking terms xxx."
While the family are yet to respond to any fall out - which saw Brooklyn and wife Nicola Peltz Beckham ignore David's 50th birthday celebrations - there have been several telling comments since. Instead of attending their family's birthdays, Brooklyn and Nicola were spotted enjoying Coachella, attending various events, and even celebrating Nicola's brother Will's birthday.

Brooklyn also sent a damning message to his famous mum, dad and siblings last month, vowing that he will "always choose" his wife Nicola after claims that she has been the catalyst behind the mass fall out.
The video showed Brooklyn revving a motorbike alongside wife Nicola in Beverly Hills as he wrote: "My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you're the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby."

He continued: 'Please contact the organisers if you have any questions.' The comments section were flooded with messages of disappointment, from fans hopeful to see James at the event - but his comments have now been switched off. The event takes place between July 18 and 20 at Aireville Park in Skipton, and TV favourite James was due to be one of the main draws of the festival. The popular event didn't take place last year, after first launching in 2016, and so eager fans are looking forward to attending, with music performances from the likes of The Feeling and Go West. Jon Arrowsmith, managing director of The Yorkshire Dales Food & Drink Festival, has since shared a statement with the Yorkshire Post, upon the news that James will not attend. He said: 'We're absolutely gutted that James has decided not to join us this year, we know how popular he is and understandably his fans will be disappointed by his decision. 'Running festivals is not for the faint-hearted and it certainly has its ups and downs. We've worked hard to rebuild the festival after it collapsed and we knew it would come with its challenges – maybe not as many as we're facing – but we're working through them. 'Please bear with us as we finalise our line-up and hire a replacement chef. But let me reassure everyone, we remain as committed as ever in our promise to deliver a festival Yorkshire will be proud of and one everyone will enjoy.' 'It's difficult' says James Martin as he reveals secret off-camera health battle James has been a popular face on television screens for a long time, due to his culinary prowess. Before his popular ITV series, James presented Saturday Kitchen, Home Comforts, James Martin's Great British Adventure, Islands to Highlands and James Martin's French Adventure. He has also published over 20 best-selling cook books. James has been through a tough time of late as he faced brutal health battles. He was first diagnosed with cancer six years ago - but kept it secret from fans. James underwent surgery but it returned on "several occasions". In November 2023, James revealed he was taking a break from work after he was diagnosed with facial cancer in 2018. At the time, he explained: "I was then diagnosed with cancer on my face, and I had to have surgery, which I couldn't do until two days before Christmas when we had finished filming. 'Since then, it has returned on several occasions, and I have to have regular treatments.'

This Chicago pizza favorite was just named one of the best pizzerias in America

When it comes to Chicago pizza, we all have our favorites. Tavern style has that addictive cracker-thin crust and convenient square-shaped party cut, while for deep dish —that legendary Windy City delight—a special pan allows for the pie to have a high edge, providing bounteous space for thick cheese and a chunky tomato sauce. One heavy slice can feel like an entire meal. And now there's a new guide that confirms what we already know: Chicago has some of the best pizza in the world. There's much debate in the Windy City around who serves up the best pizza: Is it Giordano's, Pequod's, Gino's East, Lou Malnati's? What about Milly's Pizza in the Pan, The Art of Pizza, or Rosati's? Pizza politics run deep in the City of Big Shoulders. Certain heavy hitters have always been fan favorites, but according to 50 Top Pizza, one Chicago-based pizza restaurant was worthy enough to top all of those local favorites in its Guide to the Best Pizzerias in the World. The top three award winners for best pizzerias overall, celebrated at an award ceremony at New York City's West Edge inside Chelsea Market, are Una Pizza Napoletana in New York City, Pizzeria Sei in Los Angeles, and Tony's Pizza Napoletana in San Francisco, with L'Industrie Pizzeria in NYC earning the coveted Best Pizza Slice accolade. But Chicagoland held its own: Three award-winning pizzerias were represented on this year's list, with Chicago's Robert's Pizza and Dough Co. —located along the Ogden Slip in Streeterville—cracking the top ten at No. 6. It's not the first time that the local spot has featured on the list; it was ranked tenth in last year's lineup. Though every order is a good one, Robert's is arguably best-known for its Rita pie, which features house-made sausage, pork from Slaggel Farm, fresh basil, Italian buffalo mozzarella and a slow-roasted plum tomato. Robert's sixth-place win earns the restaurant a coveted spot in the 100 Best Pizzerias in the World ranking. Winners will be invited to the Teatro Mercadante in Naples on September 8 for the 50 Top Pizza World 2025 awards ceremony. Elsewhere on the 2025 guide was Coda di Volpe (coming in at No. 44) and Jimmy's Pizza Cafe (singled out as one of the country's best slice shops, ranked at No. 12). 'Year after year we are noticing changes in pizzerias across the United States that have led to increasingly interesting ideas and that are good for the entire industry,' said Barbara Guerra, Luciano Pignataro and Albert Sapere, the three curators of 50 Top Pizza, in an official statement. 'We would also like to mention that the different styles of pizza that our inspectors get to enjoy are also getting more numerous; this is a good thing because it creates a wider variety for the customer.'
