Shah Rukh Khan's new home was once a promise fulfilled by Vashu Bhagnani to his wife Puja Bhagnani: ‘She requested for 1 BHK in Bandra…'

As Shah Rukh Khan's iconic sea-facing bungalow Mannat undergoes renovation, the superstar and his family have temporarily shifted to an equally luxurious residence—Puja Casa, a sprawling four-floor apartment in Bandra spanning 10,500 sq. ft. But what's making headlines isn't just the location or the rent—Rs 25.15 lakhs per month—but the fascinating story behind the house itself. According to HT, the apartment belongs to Bollywood producer Vashu Bhagnani, and is officially owned by his children, Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh. Interestingly, the space has been rented not just for Shah Rukh and his family, but also for their accompanying staff and security personnel.
In a candid chat with Reviewron, Vashu opened up about the emotional significance of Puja Casa and how the home was born out of love and commitment to his wife, Puja Bhagnani. Vashu ventured into real estate alongside his film career. During his early years in Mumbai, his wife had one simple request—to own a 1BHK in Bandra, a neighborhood she admired deeply.
He recalled, 'Andheri East wasn't the most desirable area back then. My wife would often say, 'Please get us a one-bedroom house in Bandra.' By a stroke of luck, my friend Govardhan Tanwani had a property on 383 Linking Road. When I asked him about renting it, he kindly offered it to us without charging rent.'
The couple lived there for about a year and a half while Vashu worked tirelessly, investing in land and constructing buildings. As success followed, he eventually fulfilled his wife's wish in a grand way.
He recounted, 'In 2009, I gifted her an entire building in Bandra's Pali Hill and named it Puja Casa after her. She had asked for a 1BHK, I gave her a whole building. I had promised myself I would never sell it—only rent it out. It would be my backup in tough times. In film production, you never know when you hit a slump.'

Cut to today—Shah Rukh Khan now resides in that very building while Mannat gets a makeover. Vashu Bhagnani adds that several of his industry friends also live in the same complex. He shared, 'Certain circumstances forced me to sell parts of the building over the years, but SRK currently lives in the same flat on rent.'
Vashu's love for Puja Bhagnani extends far beyond bricks and mortar. Most of Vashu's buildings and business ventures have carried her name. However, for a while, their production house operated under the name Pooja Entertainment—a change made based on numerology.
In an interview with SCREEN, Jackky Bhagnani explained why they eventually went back to their original name, Puja Films.
Jackky said, 'My friend Mudassar Aziz pointed out that we had slowly drifted from 'Puja Films' to 'Pooja Entertainment'. It made me wonder—why the change, especially when my mom's name is Puja, not Pooja?'' When the actor asked his mother, she admitted she had followed numerology advice years ago but still preferred her actual name. 'She told me she never liked when people called her 'Pooja'. That's when we realised—if we are building a legacy in her name, we should do it authentically. That's when we returned to Puja Films.'

This decision, according to insiders, is designed to heighten audience excitement and preserve the surprise of their on-screen chemistry. Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR to Avoid Joint Promotions for War 2 Produced by Yash Raj Films , War 2 is a sequel to the 2019 blockbuster War. It also continues the interlinked narrative of YRF's Spy Universe, which includes hits like Pathaan and Tiger 3. The screenplay is written by Shridhar Raghavan, with dialogues by Abbas Tyrewala. With a high-octane storyline and massive stakes involved, War 2 could prove to be a defining moment for Telugu distribution, especially if Naga Vamsi's big gamble pays off. While the producer hasn't officially confirmed the Rs 80 crore deal figure, industry sources suggest it marks one of the most expensive Telugu rights acquisitions for a Bollywood film.

Is Apoorva Mukhijas Net Worth Rs 41 Crore? The Rebel Kid Reacts To Viral Claims

New Delhi: A post about Apoorva Mukhija's net worth is making waves on the internet. The viral claim suggests that the star influencer earns Rs 2.5 lakh every day and has built a Rs 41 crore empire. A post by an IITian further fueled the discussion. On X (formerly Twitter), user @digitalsangghi shared a note highlighting how society values content creation over academic achievements. The post ignited a debate on the evolving definitions of success and societal achievement. Apoorva Mukhija, popularly known as "Kaleshi Aurat," has finally broken her silence. She took to her Instagram stories to clarify that the claims are inaccurate. The post she shared read: 'According to Business Today, Apoorva Mukhija makes Rs 2.5 lakh every single day, and with her savage online alter ego 'Kaleshi Aurat', she's built a ₹41 crore empire, charging up to ₹6 lakh for a reel ad and ₹2 lakh for a 30-second story.' Reacting to the post, Apoorva wrote: 'Galat hai bhai????' The Rebel Kid's Alleged Net Worth The viral post by the IITian stated: "Studied 14 hours a day to crack India's toughest engineering exam, gave up home, friends, cousins, sleep, and dreams – got into IIT, then fought for 4+2 years with CGPA nightmares, lab viva trauma, and placement tension. Today? Not even 100 people know me." The post then contrasted this with Apoorva's online fame: "Meanwhile... reels, red lipstick, semi-nudes, and abusing openly, using BC-MC as filler, can build a ₹41 crore empire. World's truly fair." The post sparked a flurry of reactions, with many users criticizing the need to compare two entirely different paths. One user commented: "You studied 14 hours a day for IIT, got selected, and will get a good job – that's what you chased and achieved. Kudos to you. She chose fame, must have worked hard for it, and got what she chased – kudos to her. Comparing apples and oranges is ridiculous. That's the reason for our misery." Apoorva was recently seen in The Traitors, hosted by Karan Johar. Earlier this year, she made her big-screen debut in Nadaaniyan, starring alongside Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor.

Bollywood, over the years, has given its audience some iconic movies. Despite these movies being released years ago, fans would give anything to watch them again on the big screen. Today, we will discuss a film that was released eight years ago and turned out to be a cult classic. The movie received so much love that it went on to have three sequels. Interestingly, the film we are talking about was initially offered to Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan. However, both actors turned it down, and later, it made a flop actor a superstar. If you are wondering which movie we are talking about, it is none other than Dhoom. Directed by Sanjay Gadhvi and produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner, Dhoom was released in 2004. After its release, the film received a positive response and became a hit. The film was made on a budget of Rs 70 lakh and did a business of Rs 47 crore worldwide. When Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan Refused Dhoom When the movie went into production, the makers approached Salman Khan to play the antagonist. However, due to some undisclosed reasons, Salman turned down the film. Following this, the makers also approached Sanjay Dutt. However, Sanjay too refused the offer. This Flop Actor Was Cast in Dhoom After the refusal from Sanjay and Salman, the movie was offered to John Abraham. The actor had made his debut in 2003 with Jism. However, he was not considered an established hero in Bollywood until Dhoom was released. In 2004, when Dhoom hit the big screens, it became a huge breakthrough for John's career. This role became the turning point of his journey in Bollywood. Apart from John, Dhoom also featured Abhishek Bachchan, Uday Chopra, Esha Deol, and Rimi Sen in important roles. This film was one of the biggest blockbusters of 2004.
