It came about after the TV star revealed he had made the difficult decision to rehome his dog due to his demanding career as a content creator.
Posting a video which had a montage of clips of him and Rocky, he talked about how he had given his dog the "best life" but that he had no choice but to rehome his dog.
In the video, Miles said: "Things weren't really going my way, I was really stressed at work and I was trying to figure out what I was supposed to be doing with my life.
"With TV and content creation your life is up and down most days and Rocky definitely felt that. He could see that on my down days it was not great.
"Although he picked me up and made me feel amazing I don't know if I could handle it anymore and it just wasn't fair on him.
"I was always traveling, he always had to go to daycare, he always had to go to a dog hotel and I'd go away for a few weeks, come back and he'd meet new people and I just wanted him to have the best life."
Continuing he said: "So when I was in Portugal I broke down because I had this realization that oh yeah I can't have him anymore, he needs the best life possible."
Miles captioned the post with: "I never imagined having to write a post like this, but I'm aware there's been a lot of speculation about what happened with Rocky.
"Some parts of my life are deeply personal, and I've chosen not to share everything publicly not out of secrecy, but out of care.
"I waited to speak on this because I needed to make sure Rocky was safe, happy, and rehomed with the perfect family. That has now happened, and he's exactly where he needs to be.
"I kindly ask that any further assumptions, judgment, or unkindness about my decision be put to rest. This was one of the most difficult choices I've ever had to make, and I made it with love.
"To those who've shown compassion, understanding, and support, thank you. It's meant more than you know.

"And a huge thank you to @thecountrydoghotel for assisting with his rehoming."
However, despite his explanation, some fans were not happy with how he had treated the dog.
One wrote: "Look, he was clearly well looked after and loved but I honestly don't get how pets are so disposable.
"Glad you've found him a great loving home."
Another added: "I've moved countries and continents three times… and brought all my animals with me.
"Even though it was hard, expensive, or not convenience."

This fan said: "Would rather spend my time at home with my dog with whom I had developed a deep bond since he was a baby instead of swanning around F1 pit lanes. Instant unfollow."
Another vented: "I think the video is really rather telling.
"The perspective was all ''I'. Having an animal is all about them, not 'I'.
"An animal should always be first, because of them, regardless of anything.

"He is fortunately in a better place, it's just a shame your video was all about you and not the pain that Rocky is probably feeling."
As well as his reality show fame, Miles has become an influencer and has his own YouTube channel which is all about lifestyle, fitness and food.
He also has over 383k followers on Instagram
Miles joined the cast of Made In Chelsea in 2018 and has been on every season since.
He briefly left the show in series 19 following a massive break up with his girlfriend Maeva D'Ascanio, who went on to date his best mate James Taylor.

Laura Anderson says ex Gary Lucy makes 'no contact' with daughter Bonnie

Laura Anderson and Gary Lucy welcomed daughter Bonnie together in 2023, however the Hollyoaks star reportedly hasn't seen his daughter at all this year. Love Island star Laura Anderson has candidly opened up on her ex Gary Lucy's involvement with their daughter Bonnie Rose. It comes after the mum-of-one admitted to being "fed up" over the situation as she disclosed everything in a recent Q&A on social media. The 36-year-old, who is now happily in a relationship with Dundee footballer Clark Robertson, was travelling on a train when she was catching up with fans. She posted a series of updates with her 1.5 million followers on Instagram. ‌ "Does Gary ever see Bonnie? She's such a beautiful girl, he's a kn*b for missing out. Keep being you," one fan wrote alongside a red love heart emoji. Laura responded with a irked look on her face as she gave a detailed reply to the burning question. ‌ Laura, who recently moved just outside of Dundee, stated: "Fed up doing this question, so to sum up. Gary saw Bonnie once last year and not at all this year. This is his choice and we do not hear for him or receive any money through CMS." "I have always felt guilty mentioning his name or stating facts on our situation but I'm only hiding the truth to protect him which tbh I'm over/still a bit scared of," she explained accompanied by a monkey emoji covering its eyes. "Due to him sending me a strong worded text or press saying ' Laura Anderson takes vile swipe...' etc." "It's all a bit backwards focusing on me telling the truth instead of the man not supporting his child but hey this is the world we live in," she concluded. Responding to another fan who quizzed the former Love Island star on boyfriend Clarke's role in her daughter Bonnie's life, Laura was asked if she sees the Dundee footballer as a stepfather to her only child. ‌ "Hmm she calls him Cack aka Clark, I wouldn't introduce him as Bonnie's stepdad not atm anyway," Laura stated. "Everything still feels weirdly quite new even though we're celebrating our one year anniversary this month. "He also has children so we need to be mindful of everyones needs and feelings. I hope one day our families will be blended that would be the dream, but life is never simple." ‌ Baby Bonnie was ten months old when Laura and Clark met. The Scots influencer candidly opened up on how her new boyfriend is becoming slowly more "hands on" with Bonnie, and spent some quality time alone with her for the first time earlier this week. Touching on when the pair first met, Laura reminisced: "He messaged me three years ago and I saw it by chance and replied lol. We've been together ever since. Clark loves that story," she laughed. Gary Lucy's representatives have been contacted for comment.
