'The fitter you are, with core strength, the easier it becomes to control your breath while jumping, dancing, and singing,' he explained.
To keep his energy levels high and his creativity sharp, DSP follows a disciplined daily routine. 'I don't eat before performances. I exercise a lot. Anyone can follow this — just make sure to walk, run, jump, or skip every day. Engage in some form of physical activity,' he said.
DSP has even designed his home to support his routine and multitasking habits.
'I've set up my home theatre with a treadmill and a reclining bed. As soon as I wake up in the morning, I get out of bed and get moving,' he shared. 'For instance, if a web series has ten episodes, I watch one episode a day for an hour. That way, I accomplish multiple things: I save time, complete my workout, and refresh my mind by focusing on something.
