Jaime King is engaged
The 46-year-old actress is in a relationship with investor Austin Sosa, and PEOPLE has confirmed that the pair is set to tie the knot.
A source told the outlet: "She is very close with his family and was staying with his parents after she moved out of her Los Angeles apartment earlier this year."
A representative for the Hart of Dixie star - who was initially married to Kyle Newman from 2007 until 2023 and has James, 11, as well as nine-year-old Leo with him - later confirmed the news but also reminded fans that she would prefer privacy at this time.
The rep said: "Jaime is especially happy to share this moment with her children, who have a loving bond with Austin and his family," her rep said. "As always, her sons remain her top priority, and she kindly asks for privacy as they move forward together with love and gratitude."
After losing sole physical custody of her children, Jaime admitted that the whole battle had been "scary" for her and she didn't think about any of that when she first tied the knot.
Speaking to Jana Kramer on her Whine Down podcast, she said: "It's terrifying, when to be able to be free means that you have to pay a very extreme price, and I'm not just talking about financially.
"It's very upsetting, and I will do everything in my power to change this system, and it's not a will. I'm going to. There's no price to pay for freedom."

Jason went on to applaud bosses at Apple for taking a chance on a show about Hawaii's history, adding: "It's a bold thing to do. "I think Apple had a lot of trust in us, because there's nothing to prove it against. No one's ever heard the language. There's a lot of actors that have never been seen before. It's a lot ... "There's a lot of change and a lot to bring back of a culture that was … Our language is banned from us and we're getting it back. James Cameron is "good to go" when it comes to directing Avatar 4 and Avatar 5. The 70-year-old filmmaker has helmed the third movie in the epic sci-fi franchise Avatar: Fire and Ash – which will be released in December – and plans to be behind the camera for the next two pictures, which are scheduled to hit cinemas in 2029 and 2031 respectively. Speaking to Empire magazine, Cameron said: "I mean, there's no reason not to. "I'm healthy, I'm good to go. I'm not going to rule it out. I mean, I've got to make it in a vigorous way, to handle the kind of volume and energy of the work for another six or seven years. You know what I mean? I might not be able to do that... (but) if I can, I'll just do it." The Titanic director pointed out that he has passed on his planned movies to other filmmakers in the past – as he gave the 2019 flick Alita: Battle Angel to Robert Rodriguez but remained closely involved with the picture's production. Cameron said of Rodriguez: "He honoured what I had written. We worked very collaboratively." The acclaimed filmmaker previously revealed that he does not plan to helm the sixth and seventh Avatar films, even though he does have stories in mind for them.
