Meet Safira, who will inherit largest share of Sunjay Kapur's Rs 31000 crore fortune, leaving behind Karisma Kapoor and her kids

Prominent industrialist Sunjay Kapur passed away suddenly on June 12 after suffering a cardiac arrest. A week later, Sunjay's mortal remains were brought back to Delhi, where he was laid to rest in a crematorium at Lodhi Road. For the uninitiated, Sunjay Kapur is the ex-husband of actress Karisma Kapoor, and the two shared two kids – Samaira and Kiaan Kapoor. Sunjay Kapur was one of the most well-known businessmen across the globe and had built a business worth Rs 10,300 crore. With a humongous net worth, a question that often arises is: who will inherit the money? Sunjay was married thrice. His first marriage was with Nandita Mahtani, but they parted ways in 2000. Later, in 2003, Kapur married Karisma Kapoor. However, this marriage also did not sustain. They divorced in 2016. A year later, Sunjay Kapur tied the knot with Priya Sachdev, with whom he shared a son. Who Will Inherit Sunjay Kapur's Wealth? According to a media report, Sunjay Kapur's company Sona Comstar had a net worth of Rs 31,000 crore at the time of his death. On the other hand, his personal net worth was Rs 13,000 crore. While the will of the late businessman has not been disclosed, media reports claim that the property and other assets of Sunjay Kapur will be divided among all the dependents. However, a report by One India states that Safira Chatwal will get the largest portion of Sunjay Kapur's wealth. Who is Safira Chatwal? Safira Chatwal is Priya Sachdev's daughter. Priya was previously married to American actor Vikram Chatwal. The two had a daughter, Safira Chatwal. Priya and Vikram's relationship did not work out, and the two parted ways. Further, Safira stayed with Priya, and Sunjay also accepted her as his daughter. Under Indian law, Sunjay adopted Safira as his daughter. With that, she also has the same rights as Sunjay's other children regarding his property and assets. Safira Chatwal, a 19-year-old student at Marlborough College in England, has a keen interest in international relations and contemporary geopolitical issues. Her fascination with these subjects began during her time living in India. She is also the founder of Diplomacy 2030.

Saahel, one of Gen-Z's most beloved singer-songwriters, has returned with his latest single Man Chala—a soft Hindi ballad that captures the quiet wonder of unexpected love. Released on June 27, 2025, the track continues Saahel's signature tradition of combining soul-stirring melodies with intimate, poetic lyricism. Man Chala is more than just a love song—it's a meditation on the kind of companionship that arrives without warning and transforms everything. With minimal instrumentation, warm vocals, and a lingering sense of peace, the song tells the story of two people who weren't looking for love but found in each other a path worth walking together. There's no drama or grand gesture here—just a gentle, growing desire to follow someone through life, wherever it may lead. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Saahel (@saahellmusic) Speaking about the song, Saahel says, 'Man Chala is about the kind of love that finds you when you're not searching. It's that rare connection that feels destined; where someone unexpectedly becomes your companion in the journey of becoming. As time passes, you don't just walk beside them, you want to follow them, drift with them, and let life lead you both wherever it will. It's unplanned, unforced and just the winds of life aligning two souls in the most effortless way." Composed, written, and performed by Saahel and produced by Yoki, Man Chala is a delicate sonic experience mixed and mastered by Ashish Raitani. The track is now available on all major streaming platforms, with a lyric video set to premiere on Saahel's official YouTube channel. The release of Man Chala follows a string of recent successes for the 22-year-old artist. Earlier this year, he released popular singles like Nazarein Utaarun and Tujhi Mein, both of which resonated deeply with his growing fanbase. Whether it's his Hindi versions of international hits like Heartbreak Anniversary, Love Nwantiti, and Stay, or his viral Lo-fi remixes and mashups like Premika x Ishq Wala Love and Saiyyan x Glimpse of Us, Saahel has consistently proven his ability to connect with audiences through raw emotion and musical honesty. His original music journey began in 2022 and has since gathered impressive momentum.
