Pantry Goals: Fully Stocked with Snacks, Drinks & Supplements
The video, which has racked up over 1.6 million views, offers a glimpse into shelves packed with food, beverages, frozen meals, and even vitamins and probiotics. It's part of Christy's way of giving back to her team, many of whom spend up to 12 hours a day in the office.
'This is my way of repaying my employees who stay at the office for up to eight to 12 hours every day,' she explained.
More Than Just Snacks: Staff Could Practically Move In
Far from your average workplace pantry, Christy's version includes shower supplies and essentials — so well-equipped, in fact, that she jokes her staff could practically live there.
'The pantry is so well prepared with self-care items such as shower necessities and frozen food items that her staff could even live in the office if they wanted,' she added.
Christy even makes monthly trips to Indonesia to stock up on Indomie noodles in bulk — not just for her team, but for herself too. 'Talk about commitment!' the TikTok caption reads.
Netizens React: 'My Office Only Has Me'
The clip has stirred reactions from viewers who couldn't help comparing their own office pantries.
'So nice... meanwhile, my office only has me,' one user called Azlan Anuar lamented jokingly.
'Now this is what real employee benefits look like. Not things like 'EPF, SOCSO, annual leave, medical leave' — those are basic employee rights, yet they're still often treated as if they're special benefits,' Ika pointed out.
'The water filter at my office pantry is not even serviced,' bossdarksystem confessed.
'How to send it to management without actually sending it,' rfssanurin asked.
'Christy Ng is the best provider, better than any husband,' Alyn.aaziz joked.

Bursa Reprimands MYEG Now Zetrix, And Fines 7 Directors RM150,000 Each
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has publicly reprimanded Zetrix AI Berhad (formerly known as MY E.G. Services Berhad) and imposed fines of RM150,000 each on seven of its directors for breaching the Main Market Listing Requirements. The regulatory action was taken due to the company's failure to ensure that its announcements were factual and accurate, and for failing to comply with a directive from Bursa Malaysia. Zetrix AI Berhad was found to have breached paragraphs 9.35A(1)(a) and (b) of the MAIN LR for issuing announcements on July 7, 2023, September 13, 2023, and September 14, 2023, that were deemed false and misleading. The company also breached paragraph 2.23(1) for failing to comply with a Bursa Malaysia directive dated August 15, 2023, which required an immediate clarification of the July 7 announcement. The seven directors were penalised for permitting the company to commit these breaches. The breaches relate specifically to the company's July 7, 2023 announcement, which claimed that the Ministry of Finance (MOF) had approved the company's appointment as a collection agent and extended its role as an online service provider for the Immigration Department of Malaysia. The Exchange's investigation found this representation to be inaccurate and misleading, as the contents of the official notification letter were inconsistent with the company's claims. Furthermore, the company's concession for Immigration-related services had expired on May 22, 2023, and there was no evidence of approval for the period between May 23, 2023, and January 31, 2024. Despite being aware of the inconsistencies and receiving a directive from Bursa Malaysia to clarify the matter, the company and its directors failed to do so and continued the misrepresentation in subsequent announcements. Bursa Malaysia emphasised that there was a 'serious dereliction of duties' by the directors, highlighting the importance of timely and accurate disclosure for maintaining market integrity and investor confidence. The penalised directors include Group Managing Director Wong Thean Soon, Executive Chairman Dato' Dr. Norraesah binti Haji Mohamad, Wong Kok Chau (Audit Committee Chairman), and Audit Committee members Datuk Mohd Jimmy Wong bin Abdullah and Mohaini binti Mohd Yusof. Independent Non-Executive Directors Dato' Sri Mohd Mokhtar bin Mohd Shariff and Dato' Mohd Jeffrey bin Joakim (who resigned on April 22, 2025) were also fined. Related

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has publicly reprimanded Zetrix AI Bhd, formerly known as MyEG Services Bhd , and fined seven directors for breaching the Bursa Malaysia Securities Main Market listing requirements (LR). The stock exchange operator imposed a fine of RM150,000 on each director, including the company's group managing director, Wong Thean Soon; executive chairman Datuk Dr Norraesah Mohamad; and non-independent non-executive director, Datuk Mohd Jimmy Wong Abdullah. Also reprimanded and fined were independent non-executive directors Wong Kok Chau, Datuk Seri Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff, Datuk Mohd Jeffrey Joakim and Mohaini Mohd Yusof. According to Bursa Malaysia Securities, the findings of breach and the imposition of penalties on the company and the directors were made pursuant to paragraph 16.19 of the Main Market LR upon completion of due process and after taking into consideration all facts and circumstances of the matter. These included the materiality of the breaches, the impact of the breaches on the company and shareholders/investors, and the roles, responsibilities, knowledge, involvement and conduct/action/inaction of the directors. "Bursa Malaysia Securities has also reminded the company and its board of directors of their responsibility to maintain the appropriate standards of corporate responsibility and accountability to its shareholders and the investing public," it said in a statement. On July 7, 2023, Zetrix AI announced that the company received a notification letter dated July 4, 2023 from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) to confirm that the Ministry of Finance (MOF) had approved for the company to be appointed as the collection agent for the government revenue and to extend its role as the provider of online services for the Immigration Department of Malaysia. "However, the July 7 announcement was not factual, inaccurate, false and misleading as the contents of the July 4 letter were inconsistent with the company's representations in the July 7 announcement," said Bursa Malaysia Securities. - Bernama

Data centres to boost construction jobs in 2H25
PETALING JAYA: The second half of 2025 (2H25) will see more job flows coming the way of construction companies, driven by key structural themes such as the expansion of data centres (DCs) and the ongoing development of the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone, which is gaining traction. Hong Leong Investment Bank (HLIB) Research said the DC award cycle in 2H25 follows multiple award decisions for DC tenders made in 1H25, including five multibillion ringgit tenders for one US-based hyperscaler. 'For the DC segment, we take a 'big is better'' view, anticipating further inroads to be made by sector's big-three players (namely Gamuda Bhd , Sunway Construction Group Bhd and IJM Corp Bhd ), riding on competitive advantages such as balance sheet strength, track record and the ability to leverage their integrated structures, including access to building material supply chains and bundled offerings in power and water infrastructure,' HLIB Research said in a report. While concerns have arisen from reports of potential artificial intelligence (AI) chip export curbs on Malaysia, these remain unconfirmed and lack actionable details. HLIB Research added that Malaysian contractors' reliance on US and Western hyperscalers for large DC projects somewhat mitigates these uncertainties, with exemptions possible – this remains their base case. Year-to-date contracts awarded have totalled RM28.9bil, marking a 39.5% year-on-year (y-o-y) growth. 'In 1H25, total DC-related contracts awarded came in at RM3.3bil (31% y-o-y fall), a slower pace when compared to the frenetic pace achieved in 1H24,' it said. Beyond DC projects, HLIB Research said 2H25 could see subcontract and system package awards for the Penang light rail transit, as well as progress on major Sabah and Sarawak road projects such as the Sabah–Sarawak Link Road. As for the commercial segment, including residential projects built on commercial land, HLIB Research said uncertainty over the sales and service tax (SST) treatment could weigh on activity in the third quarter of 2025. Developers may delay project launches until there is clarity on how SST will be applied to such developments. HLIB Research said the recent removal of the SST exemption for the construction sector, from 0% to 6%, should be manageable overall as most contracts allow for cost adjustments. 'We retain our 'overweight' sector call, anticipating sustained contract flows in 2H25 anchored by DCs, infrastructure rollout and still buoyant private sector sentiment. In our view, contractors broadly can still add to order books from the DC segment as well as infrastructure projects.' HLIB Research said forward sector valuations remains palatable, trading at price-to-earning and price-to-book multiples of 19.1 times and 1.3 times, respectively.
