Hawthorn young gun Jack Ginnivan is the latest AFL player set to be sanctioned for giving the bird to Adelaide supporters.
Ginnivan was caught on camera pulling his finger to Crows fans while walking off Adelaide Oval after the Hawks' 14-point loss on Friday night.
The 22-year old, who's set to cop a $1000 fine for the incident, took to Instagram to respond to a video of the act with the comment: 'Best coin spent.'

Ginnivan would join the likes of Geelong's Bailey Smith and West Coast's Harley Reid in getting fined for the middle-finger salute in 2025.
'There was definitely a one-fingered salute from Jack Ginnivan,' Herald Sun reporter Jon Ralph said on Fox Footy.
'I think we call that the Bailey Smith ... the going rate is $1000, we saw Bailey Smith double-finger salute and also Harley Reid earlier in the year.
'That's what (Ginnivan) does, that's Hok-ball for you.'
Ginnivan was among Hawthorn's best players on Friday night, finishing with 20 disposals and two goals.
The youngster's post-game bird weren't his only cheeky antics on the night, with Ginnivan turning to the crowd after kicking an epic goal on his left foot late in the third quarter and pointing to his ear.

Gold Coast Suns postponed game against Essendon scheduled for Wednesday night as round 24 fixtures drop

The Gold Coast Suns' bid for their maiden finals appearance could go down to the last Wednesday in August. The AFL has released its round 24 fixture, including the postponed game between the Suns and Essendon that was unable to be played in Opening Round due to Cyclone Alfred. That extra game will now be played during what is a pre-finals bye week for the other top eight sides, scheduled for a 7:20pm bounce at Carrara Stadium on Wednesday August 27. The Suns are one of a number of sides battling for the final spots in the top eight, and there is every chance that match will determine their fate. Essendon and Gold Coast's round 24 games against Carlton and Port Adelaide will be played on Thursday night and Friday night respectively. Two other crucial round 24 games have been scheduled for the last Sunday of the home-and-away season. The Western Bulldogs play Fremantle at Docklands at 3:15pm on August 24, while Brisbane hosts Hawthorn at the Gabba at 7:20pm that night. The results of those two games are also likely to have a massive say in the final make-up of the top eight. "Round 24 is set to deliver an exciting finish to the home and away season, with several matches likely to influence the final eight," AFL head of strategy and scheduling Josh Bowler said. "The round will start on Thursday night and finish the following Wednesday to provide the Gold Coast Suns and Essendon sufficient days' break between matches, with their rescheduled Opening Round match being played during round 24, in addition to their respective clashes against Carlton and Port Adelaide. "To avoid a clash between the Western Bulldogs' round 24 AFL match and their round two AFLW match, we have also adjusted the start time of the AFLW match between Richmond and the Western Bulldogs on Sunday, 24 August, and subsequently the AFLW match between Essendon and the West Coast Eagles. "The revised start times give Bulldogs fans the opportunity to watch both their club's teams play on the same day, and we thank everyone involved in working through these changes." * All times AEST

Wests Tigers centre Brent Naden has been breached by the NRL for using an offensive Middle Eastern hand gesture – known as the 'khawd' – following Sunday's game at Commbank Stadium. The NRL notified Naden and the Tigers on Tuesday night that he had been issued with a breach notice after he used the Arabic gesture on social media following the club's win over the Bulldogs on Sunday night. Naden has five days to respond to the breach notice. The other three players who used the gesture during Sunday's game at Commbank Stadium – who the NRL chose not to name – were given warnings by the NRL. What do you think of the NRL's punishment for the Wests Tigers players? Too light Just right Too tough Cast your vote The NRL released a statement on Wednesday morning confirming that the warning handed out to three players, who they declined to name, was related to their conduct on the field during the round 22 game against the Bulldogs. 'The NRL acknowledges that these actions caused, or had the potential to cause, offence to members of the NRL community,' the statement said. 'Separately, the NRL has issued a breach notice to Wests Tigers Player Brent Naden. The notice alleges that Naden's conduct following the Wests Tigers match on 3 August 2025 contravened the NRL Code of Conduct. The Player will have five days to respond to the breach notice.' Reality star names ‘best' famous lover amid slew of Hollywood hook-ups

Don't miss out on the headlines from Hook Ups & Break Ups. Followed categories will be added to My News. Reality star Scheana Shay name-dropped her 'best' celebrity lover in her slew of Hollywood hook-ups. The Vanderpump Rules star didn't hold back on the latest episode of the podcast Not Skinny But Not Fatwhile discussing her July memoir, My Good Side. When the 40-year-old reality star addressed the book's bombshell list of romantic liaisons on the podcast, host Amanda Hirsch asked, 'Who was, like, the best hook-up?' Shay replied, 'Shemar [Moore].' The other men the Bravolebrity confessed to sleeping with, notably, included John Mayer, Jesse Metcalfe, Jesse McCartney, Eddie Cibrian, JC Chasez and more. US reality star Scheana Shay lifts the lid on her Hollywood hook-ups in her new memoir. Shay did not identify the other A-listers she 'left out' of the list, including 'two actors from The Notebook.' Hirsch pointed out that Ryan Gosling stars in that 2004 movie, with Shay cryptically saying she was 'not confirming or denying.' Gosling has been in a relationship with his Place Beyond the Pines co-star Eva Mendes since 2011, previously dating Sandra Bullock, Blake Lively and Rachel McAdams. The film's other cast members include James Marsden and Kevin Connolly. Shay joked, 'Maybe there's another book one day.' Reps for Moore, Gosling, Marsden and Connolly did not immediately respond to Page Six's requests for comment. Shay explained to readers that when hooking up with a slew of Hollywood hunks wasn't 'working out,' she started dating guys 'under the radar.' Actor Shemar Moore got a shout-out as her 'best' Hollywood hook-up … Picture: ABC Studios/Cliff Lipson … while she also teased she'd been with two actors from The Notebook, famously starring Ryan Gosling. Picture: AFP She noted, 'It [was] time to switch things up. … I didn't want any of the fanfare or complications that came with being linked to someone famous. I wanted to be with someone who was grounded.' Shay has since been married twice — first to music producer Michael Shay from 2014 to 2017 and, most recently, to personal trainer Brock Davies. The latter cheated on Shay before they tied the knot, but Davies did not cop to the affair — which happened during his partner's pregnancy — until after their 2022 Mexico wedding. Shay kept the betrayal a secret until describing the experience in her memoir. She denied 'wild' speculation on Tuesday that the infidelity was revealed 'to sell books,' something Kristen Doute hinted at in last week's episode of the same podcast by asking, 'You and your husband got over this years ago. Why now?' Shay brushed off the accusations, asking haters, 'Who in their right mind would [do] that?' As for Davies, he broke his silence on the 'sexual affair' on the Scheananigans With Scheana Shay podcast last month and called his past self a 'coward.'
