A new McDonald's restaurant is coming to Pace. Here's where
A new McDonald's is coming to Pace after Santa Rosa County approved the chain's proposal to build one of its signature restaurants on the corner of Berryhill Road and King George Parkway.
The fast-food chain was approved in early June to build a 3,849-square-foot restaurant along with two drive-through lanes and 46 parking spaces that'll be located next to an incoming Wawa.
The future restaurant will be built on a 2.2-acre lot in between Wawa's site and another plot of land that's zoned for commercial use, which does not have an occupant set at this time.
This McDonald's will be located at 4164 Berryhill Road and it'll be connected to its neighbors through their parking lots.
There will be two entrances and one exit into the restaurant that will each be accessible from Berryhill Road. Motorists using King George Parkway will be able to access McDonald's by entering Wawa's lot.

The site plans for this proposal were filed with Santa Rosa County in April and the project was approved on June 6.
Developers submitted updated plans for the incoming McDonald's in May after receiving feedback from county officials earlier that month.

Martins, who has served as CEO since 2010, expressed gratitude for his tenure and confidence in the organization's direction. Charlie Freeman, currently President of Business Operations, will now lead all business functions for the franchise. Freeman, entering his 30th season with the Magic, will oversee departments including personnel, ticket sales, global partnerships, arena operations, philanthropy, finance, human resources, communications, and broadcasting. 'With his deep expertise in business operations, our family is confident he is the right leader for this time in our organization.' Increased involvement from the DeVos family's third generation was also highlighted in the announcement. Ryan DeVos will take on an expanded role as Managing Director, working closely with Freeman, President of Basketball Operations Jeff Weltman, and the Board of Directors. His responsibilities will focus on aligning the organization with family values, strengthening community ties, and supporting both basketball and business operations. Cole DeVos is set to relocate to Orlando for the 2025–26 season, where he will participate in a full-time management development program to deepen his role within the franchise. Weltman will continue to oversee all basketball-related matters, reporting directly to the Board. On Tuesday, the beloved burger joint publicly confirmed that the rumors about the Takis Meal are true, and customers in North America can expect to see two all-new items on menus soon: the Takis Fuego Chicken Sandwich and Takis Fuego Fries.
